(Ad) Munch for Lunch. 🧡 If you love the flavour of orange chocolate, @mummymeagz has a treat in store for you. These orange flavour rocky road bars are divine. But I guess I would say that as I just can’t resist crunchy biscuit pieces covered in chocolate. 🧡 These ones are particularly good as they’re not only VEGAN but gluten free and nut free too. So pop a few in your picnic basket and delight your fellow picnickers. 🧡 Perfect for lunch boxes as well as picnics as they’re individually wrapped. 🧡 Free from GMOs and the sustainable palm oil used is certified by the RSPO. 🧡 🧡 🧡 🧡 🧡 🧡 #veganrockyroad #picnicfood #picnicinthepark #alfrescodining #glutenfreerockyroad #vegantreats #glutenfreetreats #veganpicnic #glutenfreepicnic #orangechocolate #veganmarshmallows #cookblogshare #vegansofinstagram #veganchocolatebar #veganeats #eeeeats #mummymeagz https://www.instagram.com/p/CDQ6gAPppXl/?igshid=155tajh4y167w

Living Part of Life: Alexander Ramsey State Park
Easter Sunday! Life tends to get crazier as the years and responsibilities multiply, but that doesn’t mean we should stop living and doing the things that we truly love. And we definitely shouldn’t let any tribulations stand in our way (even when the frustrations of digestive disorders and food intolerances leave us feeling melancholy). I made my mind up last week that a hiking trip needed to be pursued. Minnesota is awesome because they have a numerous amount of state parks, and other really cool attractions (like zip-lining, looking forward to that adventure in May!!). I finally chose Alexander Ramsey State Park in Redwood Falls, MN. The park was AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL! The park offers excellent, family friendly, hiking trails and also has the option of driving a car through. The road for vehicles goes throughout the whole park, just as the hiking trails do. The small zoo in the park gives a taste of some of the native wildlife (bison, moose, and geese were there today!). The weather couldn’t have been more conducive to an afternoon of hiking and a hammock picnic! I love spending time outdoors, especially hiking. I never have to worry about cross contamination or finding food that I can eat it is also one of the healthiest things a person can do for their soul, mind, and body. I’m blessed to have a hobby that pairs with my life so well. I packed my lunch box today with 64 ounces of water, an apple pie Larabar, cheese, almonds, kale chips, and a chicken/chickpea lettuce wrap!
