I took this candid picture of a painter when he was resting for a while, but somehow this picture depicts so much of our society & mental health problems we are facing. Extremely tired from inside, that no matter how hard we try, we are not able to hide it but we try to remain blind folded because we just don’t want to accept how tired we are, because apparently our society is not able to accept a “weak” person. The only option we often see is to close our eyes or remain silent and hope things will get better on their own. But unfortunately they don’t, and we stay there for ages, getting more exhausted without even moving a muscle, desperately waiting (never asking because it doesn’t seems right) for someone to grab our hand and pull us out.

For once, let’s talk about it, let’s talk about depression and all other mental health issues and in a right way let’s be vocal about it. Let’s become a fresh breath of air for those who are suffocating with an idea of what people would think if they speak about their demons. Let’s reach out to them, not in a way you want but in a way they want, let’s be that one single person they wanna pour their heart out to ✨

You’ll change when you gonna hit rock bottom in your life, you’ll try to fight in various different ways and in all this process you’ll eventually change as a person. You may find yourself whining about stuff that didn’t matter before, you may remain silent on things where you used to share your thoughts. Just remember, change is not a weakness. Keep loving yourself through all this mess, and once you find peace, keep all the things which helped you grow and burn the rest.
