who: @glitchfms where: nightshade park
Asher shot off a quick text to his brother earlier that day, hoping to catch up since it had been a while. Sure, they’d exchanged a few messages after the festival, but with Asher juggling his production work and shifts at Kai’s shop, finding the time to meet up had been nearly impossible. Today, though, he was off and determined to see Banks in person.
When he finally spotted Banks at their designated meeting spot, a wide grin spread across Asher’s face. "Banks! It’s been too long." He walked up, giving his brother a friendly clap on the shoulder. "How’ve you been, man?" There was a genuine warmth in his voice, a mix of excitement and curiosity, eager to catch up after all this time.

who: @glitchfms (cricket) where: nightshade park
The park was bathed in a soft, golden glow as the sun began its slow descent beyond the horizon. Vivienne had always appreciated the tranquility of parks, especially at this hour, when most humans had left, and the world was quieter. Vi found herself wandering the paths of the park, her heels clicking softly on the cobblestone path.
As she rounded a corner, she spotted a figure seated on a weathered bench under a large oak tree. They looked alone and that was Vi's favorite thing a person could be. She moved silently, her movements fluid and graceful, until she was standing just a few feet away. "Well, well," Vi drawled, her voice carrying a playful lilt as she leaned against the bench, one hand resting on her hip. "Mind if I join you?" she asked, though she didn’t wait for an answer before slipping onto the bench beside them. She looked out at the park, her gaze softening slightly. "What brings you here today? Seeking solace, or are you just enjoying the view?"

There had never been any experience in the history of humankind that had ever been as frustrating as the one that Reilly was currently having; or at least, that's what he was currently convinced was the truth. It had been over a week since he'd met Arden in the record store, and though he had been working in every free moment he'd had since then to try and create something from the inspiration that her beauty had given him, nothing had been remotely close to good enough. "AGGGH!" He yelled, throwing his hands up in frustration as he looked with utter disdain upon yet another piece that failed to capture the feeling that seeing Arden had stirred in him. As he threw his hands up in his frustration, his paint brush that he'd been holding went sailing out of his hands, and out of the open window of his downtown apartment. "Oh crap!" Reilly exclaimed as he rushed over to the window and looked down to see that the brush had landed very close to where someone was standing, though it thankfully looked like it had just barely missed them. "I am so so so so sorry!" He called down to them. "Please tell me I didn't get any paint on you! Please."

Emily knew she and Banks needed to talk about what happened. Every time she thought about it, guilt washed over her for the reasons she put herself in that situation, allowing the demon in Banks to take advantage of her. She texted him, asking to meet at their spot, and he agreed. Emily made her way to the park in the late summer weather, perching herself on a bench and nervously biting the end of her thumb. When she saw Banks approaching, she met him halfway, a small smile on her face. "Thanks for meeting me, Banks."

Neighbours || Banks&Sofia
Sofia's legs hung over the edge of the fire escape as the night air washed over her sunkissed olive skin leaving it covered in goosebumps. Even the summer months had nights where it could get cold and though the soon rising sun would fix that cool air Sofia for now embraced the temperature, her body aching from a long night of work.
There was a slight creak and screeching sound as Sofia heard the sound of one of the apartment building's windows opening. "You joining me?" she asked, sure that it was Bank's window. They shared the same fire escape and would frequently smoke together, though she was sure he did not quite enough the scent of her methols.

who: @glitchfms (banks) where: masquerade ball, the bar
Sam was waiting for his drink refill when someone slid up beside him at the bar. He glanced over, grinning as he recognized Banks, even beneath the stage makeup. It was hard to miss him, especially since Sam knew him through Emily. Banks had always been nice enough, and Sam had a soft spot for supporting local talent.
"Great show, man," Sam said, leaning casually against the bar as he turned to face him. "You guys planning on touring anytime soon?" There was genuine curiosity in his voice, his grin lingering as he waited for Banks’ reply.

"Aren't the cinnamon rolls to die for?" Beau asked, his mouth half-full as he chewed happily. He was already halfway through his cinnamon roll, savoring every bite. He had tried replicating them in his own kitchen while experimenting with recipes, but he could never quite get the texture right. "Do you think they use magic or something?" he mused, grinning as he took another bite.

"you're never really alone, crick. there's like...bugs, rats, pigeons and stuff everywhere, in general," though, sebastien knew what they meant. it did feel like there were eyes watching the two of them as they cut through the fog that seemed to resettle around them every time they cut walked. the vampire quietly hoped it would stay this way during the daytime to, so he'd be able to walk around the streets like a normal person and not be limited to the night.
despite the weather, however, the vampire did lead them home, somehow. sebastien very gently nudged cricket towards the door, smiling down at their friend as they had finally made it to their apartments.
"see? home in one piece. nothing to be afraid of. catch you some othertime, yeah?"
It was next to impossible for Cricket to know which direction to even face, much less the one that would get them back to their apartment before the sun rose in the morning. If it weren't for Sebastien's gentle nudges or tugs on their sleeve, Cricket was sure they would have been turned upside down before the end of the walk and back where they started. Or in worse shape. The fog had rolled in thick, unbelievably so as they nearly stumbled over rock and clung to Sebastien's arm. "I can't see a thing," they spoke, peering up at Sebastien in hopes of being to at least see their familiar face close enough to not be obscured by the fog.
"The movie must have gotten under my skin." It would explain the eerie feeling they had as if someone were watching them while they walked. "It makes me think we're not alone but that's, crazy." They spoke softer with each word as they continued to walk down towards hopefully their apartment.

" You know, once my cereals caught on fire, like, out of nowhere." Irvin smiles at the memory." I'm a terrible cook, I'm better now but back a few years ago you couldn't let me near a kitchen or you would risk it burning down." The confess, sometimes it still happened but not as often.
"Anyway, what snacks do you recommend?"

Who: closed stater for Rowen @glitchfms Where: Street at night
Adelaide couldn't sleep, too much was going on around her and as much as things have settled down she couldn't help but wait for the other shoe to drop. So Addie did what she did best and just wandered around to try to find something to do and keep her busy. She didn't know how long she was walking around town when she smelled a familiar scent. One that she never thought she would smell in Raven's Peak again.
She stopped in her tracks to try to figure out where he was. Adelaide knew that he hadn't been back in Raven's Peak since it happened, and she also knew of their promise to each other that he would see her before he ever left her permanently. Her heart immediately started racing, expecting the worse. "Rowen? Where are you?" Addie called out into the night.

who: @glitchfms (cricket) where: witches brew
Asher waited in line for his coffee, glancing around for any sign of Cricket. They had decided to meet up here for a catch-up session, and this was the only place in town with decent coffee. Asher and Cricket had been friends since school, but life took them in different directions when Asher went off to college. Since returning home, he had made it a point to reconnect with Cricket, turning these weekly coffee meetups into a cherished tradition.
With everything that had happened recently, Asher felt like they needed this catch-up more than ever. When the barista called his name, he grabbed the coffees and headed over to their usual table. He smiled warmly at Cricket, placing their coffee in front of them. "Here ya go," he said, settling into his seat. "Missed our coffee dates."

LOCATION: The White Willow Winery - Movies Beneath the Stars CLOSED for @glitchfms (Banks)
"If you think I'm gonna let you try and get out of being here, you clearly don't know me at all. You're my date now, and you're gonna sit through whatever movie they're gonna play next and if I don't see at least some semblance of a smile on your face, I'm gonna kick you." Ria said, laying down the law as she looked at Banks. "I'm a catch and you're gonna act like it. Got it? We both deserve to have a nice night, and it's going to happen. Now, do you want a glass of something strong or do you want to stick with coffee?"

There were many faces that Lincoln had come across during his time in Raven's Peak thus far that he had been surprised to see. There were none, however, that were more surprising than the face of the man who would undisputedly serve as the best man at his wedding, should Hell ever freeze over for him to actually get married.
"I am not a man who is often at a loss for words, but seeing you here? Well, I'm still not really at a loss for words, but the words that I do have aren't to my usual level of eloquence. You ready for them? Here they are: What the fuck?" He asked with a laugh and a shake of his head, moving to hug his friend. "I never thought you would come back here! Never! I genuinely thought you were the only person who would hold out longer than I would. And yet, here we both are. Back in the place that, once upon a time, neither of us could seem to leave far enough behind no matter where we went. How in the Hell did that happen?"

Emily stood at the entrance to the park, stretching her hamstrings with one hand while balancing herself against a pole with the other. She was waiting for Banks to show up for their usual Thursday jog. Though they called it a jog, it often turned into a leisurely walk filled with conversation. This weekly routine had been their tradition for years, ever since they rekindled their friendship after a teenage breakup. Banks had been one of Emily's closest friends even before they dated, and she cherished having him back in her life, even if only platonically. Switching to stretch her other leg, Emily heard footsteps approaching from behind. She put her foot down and turned, her face lighting up with a grin as she saw Banks. "And here I thought you were going to stand me up!" she teased.

LOCATION: Somewhere in the middle of the festival CLOSED for @glitchfms (Banks)
When Banks had invited Eden to come watch the band play at the festival, she hadn't hesitated in saying yes. She loved to support her friends, and she loved festivals, so it was really a win-win for her. She'd been stood near the stage, watching the band play with a wide smile, dancing along to the music and really enjoying herself.
Once the gig was over, she'd waited for Banks to re-join her and immediately she'd offered to buy him a celebratory drink. But, before they could get to the nearest stall, there was a loud explosion, followed by screams, people running around and streams of black smoke weaving in and around the crowd. With wide eyes, Eden looked at Banks. "W-what was that?" It was clear from her tone that she was scared. "We should... we should get out of here."

Who: Mollie & Banks @glitchfms
Where: Pandemonium
Mollie had a habit of adopting people she felt needed family. Maybe it was because she had been adopted when she was little or maybe it was because she couldn't have children herself. By default she was a mother hen. Raven's Peak had so many people that were lost and looking for some sort of support, it was like a magnet for orphans.
"Banks," she called as she entered the psychic shop. She knew many witches that could do clairvoyance spells but she had never met a tried and true psychic. Though, as with all of them in this town, they probably existed even if they weren't supposed to. "Hey I got some more of those treats at the shop, thought I would bring some by for you."
