Cerita MPASI

Dari ketika aku merasakan bahwa menyusui bukan hal yang mudah, selalu coba ku sempatkan menyelipkan doa untuk Dea "Ya Allah semoga dea dilancarkan minum susunya, makan mpasi hingga menu keluarga, seluruh fase tumbuh kembangnya dea". Alhamdulillah sejauh ini selama 19 Hari Dea mulai makan sangat-amat-teramat dibantu oleh Allah dan makan dengan baik.

Dea seharusnya mpasi sesuai tanggal lahir tapi karena mamak gak mau kehilangan moment suapan pertama soalnya Dea akan masuk daycare saat itu, jadilah dipercepat beberapa hari. si @sitirizkyramdhana sebagai suhu dengan anak dua selalu wanti-wanti lower your expectations, anak mau makan syukur, kalau gak coba lagi. Aku sangat mencoba memahami itu, pasti sulit jadi Dea dari yang biasa minum cair menjadi semi padat, yang biasanya gleg gleg harus belajar menelan.

dan aku coba menerapakn feeding rules yang kisi-kisinya udah dikasih dari @indrisukmawati, feeding rulesnya si Indri kece banget menurutku (sekarang pokoknya semua ibuk yang punya anak terlihat sangat kece dan aku masih sangat-sangat tertatih) dan sepertinya rules ini banyak dianut ibu-ibu lain :

makan di kursi makan/dipangku. Tidak sambil digendong berdiri, tidak sambil jalan, dan tidak di depan TV yang sedang menyala

Tidak ada distraksi tontonan TV, gadget, atau mainan di atas kursi makan, supaya fokus ke makanan

di chiller tahan 1-2 hari, jadi boleh buat stok seharian di malam sebelumnya dan bisa dihangatkan

anak boleh makan apa saja, perhatikan reaksi alergi kalau ada riwayat keluarga (kl ada riwayat bapak ibunya, makan boleh 3 hari jenisnya sama utk mantau gejala). Jangan dikasih mentah/setengah matang, msg, pengawet, pewarna, pemanis 

mau latihan oromotor pas makan bisa pakai jagung, paha ayam, iga…biji mangga, tebu dan bonggol nanas di waktu snack

untuk keju mpasi, keju yg komposisi nya hanya : susu sapi, enzim rennet, bakteri dan garam

fortifikasi atau instan boleh tapi kalau bisa tetap dengan realfood dulu untuk memperkenalkan lebih banyak varian makanan. Kalau utk snack biskuit2 gpp tp kl bs ditmabh lemak misal keju atau selai kacang soalnya kalori biscuit rendah

Menu mpasi deana adalah bubur daging, karena saat itu dirumah si Dhana lagi masak sop jadi minta disisihkan, Saat itu memberi porsi alakadar dari sekali masa 30gr nasi dibagi untuk 3x makan dan aku hanya memberikan 1 kali buah pisang sebagai cemilan dan 1 kali bubur daging sebagai makuta. Alhamdulillah Deana lahap dan lucunya bahkan ketika besok di daycare dia kelaperan jadi makan bubur temannya, jadilah Deana yang baru hari kedua Mpasi berhasil dengan porsi menjadi 3x makuta dan 1x cemilan. Perlu diketahui bersama....saya dan dapur itu bukan teman akrab, bisa dihitung jari selama 30 tahun hidup beberapa kali saya masak selain indomie dan olahan telur. Hari minggu dibela-belain abis suamik ke Pasar melakuan food prep ala-ala dengan memotong wortel, buncis, brokoli (yang ternyata harus direndam air garam dulu), sedangankan untuk protein hewani memasrahkan pengolahannya ke suamik. Hari itu juga buat kaldu ceker, tapi ya memang bukan pakar masak alhasil hanya untuk food preparation dan masak itu dari jam 10.00-15.00 haha rasanya lelah sekali, yang awalnya idealis "harus bisa masak sendiri buat anak" menjadi menerima bantuan suami dan kakak, kalau tidak mungkin bisa kelar besok 😂

Sampai hari ini mamak masih belajar masak, Suami dan Kakak menjadi orang yang paling sabar aku tanya "ini jahee bukaan?" atau "serehnya seberapa panjaang?" atau pertanyaan paling sering "ini nasiknyaa udah pecaah belum?", walau yah sampai hari ini skill mamak masih pakai bumtik ya 1 siung bawang merah dan putih aja, kalau pakai ghee 1,2 sdm, kaldu bubuk wajib haha. Tulisan ini untuk mengenang selain menu bayi pada umumnya, mama sudah berhasil dan dea lahap makan soto lele, opor tuna, uduk udang

Sampai hari ini mamak masih belajar mengenali respon dea dengan masakan mamak dan jangan cepat panik. Alhamdulilah sejauh ini belum ada penolakan, walau ada kejadian lucu makan malam Dea nangis, melenting duduknya, dan mulutnya segaris. Kirain makannya gak enak, ternyata dia ngantuk soalnya tiba-tiba ditengah suapan dia tertidur di kursi 😂 Terimakasih Ya ALLAH untuk pendampingan yang tak pernah henti diproses mengasuh Dea baik secara langsung atau melalui perpanjangan makhluknya seperti Papa Dea, Aunti Dhana, temen-temen mama dan orang sekitar dengan berbagai wejangan (bahkan dari bapak rujak penjual buah potong mama jadi tahu kalau mangga buat bayi itu bagusnya mangga arum manis yang lebih lembut), semoga tahap MPASI hingga menuju menu keluarga ini berjalan lancar. 😄
