Hey all! This is mostly for anyone lurking around at our lovely little world. Currently, for a short time, we are putting a hold on all new writers into the RP. This is very temporary - we’ve got a few things we’re tinkering with (and some big updates) and we don’t want to make a mess of things for new writers. If you’re still interested, please shoot us a message and we’ll be happy to let you know when this will be lifted.

Doms will be stripped naked, tied like the picture in the original post, put on the pedestals in the water. The water will come up to their mouths basically.

Things guards might have use:

Spikey wheels

Flares

Capsaicin cream-Gives a burning effect on skin

Nettles- Stinging on skin, maybe a jelly fish bite?

Anything that feels gross, slimey against the skin

Small knives that might cut a leg or arm-nothing serious

Suction cups

Clamps or clothes pins for the effect that they’re getting bitten

Strands of rope or the like to emulate tentacles,eels etc.

Use your imagination, but remember that the guards won’t cause any serious damage to the Doms.

AN APOLOGY IS OWED.

Admin Mack here. So, I answered an ask earlier today in a way that I now see was ignorant and insensitive. At the time, I didn’t take certain views or thoughts into consideration and immediately shut a question down, that I shouldn’t have. Even more, I made an example as a defense to my position that was not appropriate. I am not excusing it, because not knowing that something is offensive is not an excuse. I have since then been educated in how my answer was insensitive, rude, and frankly completely offensive. 

I am deeply sorry. I was closed-minded and ignorant in what colorism is and what it means. I take full responsibility for it, and now that it’s been explained to me, it is not something I will continue to be ignorant about.

In regards to the question - it was about the idea that Rachel Berry be able to be a POC. And the writer had examples to support this idea. And I shut down the idea, and I now see why that was wrong. So, to the RP, the dash and anyone who saw it, I am deeply sorry for my answer and that’s not an answer you’ll be seeing from me again.

ACTIVITY - 

Since we’re getting close (currently) to our 75 character cap, I’ve done a little looking in regards to activity. At this time, we have made a slight - but potentially significant - change to the rules in regards to activity. 

The rule that is changing, is that if your character appears on activity check twice in a 30 day period, we will talk with you about your activity. At that time, if that character appears on activity check within the next 30 day period, we will be unfollowing your character without further warning. 

Additionally, we are fine and understanding when you end up on an act check and request a hiatus - these things happen, we get it. But keep in mind, if you’ve already been gone 5+days, then need a hiatus and THEN don’t return from that hiatus (we give a 2 day grace period to return) - we will need to talk about activity. 

Also, please keep in mind that activity is more than just being on every couple of days. It is also responding to replies and not dropping threads. If you’re dropping a thread because you feel it’s over, or you’ve lost muse for it - let the other writer know. Also - please do not just reblog replies when you’re trying to poke for a reply. It gets confusing in the activity tab and, if i’m being honest, it’s a little passive aggressive. Just let the person know if it’s been a day or two since the last reply - it’s insanely possible it got missed (because that act tab is messy enough and things get lost soooo easy.)

That being said - CAS and all her amazingness took the time to put together a “Starter Help Sheet” that is linked here as well as pinned in the Starter Discord Channel (just go to the channel and click on the little thumb tack at the top of the discord screen) PLEASE GIVE IT A LOOK. I’m still seeing a lot of starters that aren’t getting answered and while, that’s a problem, also make sure it’s something that can be answered. We’re seeing a lot of the same types of starters over and over again (Ex - “Someone wanna take me into town?” or “Looking for a scene,” or “Someone use me.”) And while these may get you one or two replies - there’s not a lot of different ways to answer them. And if people have characters who aren’t feeling those kinda things, then that starter is not going anywhere. Also, in those cases, once someone answers them, that’s kinda the end for them. You really wanna think “If I saw this starter, how would I answer it?” as that’s a good start off point for creating a starter.

We currently have two applications in our inbox which puts us at the 75 character limit we’re holding the roleplay to. With this information, we’re putting a temporary hold on new characters and writers. 

This is likely to change sooner rather than later (we all know how finicky these damned muses can be) so please keep an eye out for when we drop this hold.

UPDATED INFORMATION

Alrighty, so we’ve gotten to the point in this RP where we have to start thinking “after graduation” so we’ve come up with some options. Now, please keep in mind graduation means BOTH an official claim and 5000 points. Now, in most cases it’s highly likely one side of the claim would get there first, so we have come up with some ways that allow characters to stick around. So, here we go.

There is a college in Lima. It has classes for associates, bachelors and masters degrees. Additionally, there are tech classes offered at a Tech school in the town as well. If a student has graduated they can attend classes at either the college or the tech school if they would like, still remaining on campus until the rest of the claim has graduated. They can also still participate in events! While they will no longer need the points, participating in school sponsored events would bee like “credit” for college classes. Think of it as continued education units - if you have a license (teaching, social work, psych, etc) you have to have so many CEU’s to keep your license - same thing. 

The other option, if your character is not looking at attending additional schooling, is you can talk with us about what kind of job the character can get at the school. Now, if you’re freshly graduated with no additional schooling/training - then we could get you something low-key at the school - library, reception, kitchen, etc. If your character goes to the college to pursue teaching, after about a year they can potentially become a teacher at the school. This is currently the only way we would have teachers at the school. 

The third option, is while waiting for the rest of the claim to catch up, if your character already has a degree/license/certification, they can certainly work in town at that kind of establishment.

When you get to this point, PLEASE contact us. While we’re fine with any of these ideas, we still need to be aware of what’s happening so we can work through how it would work and what makes sense and blah blah blah. So, when you get to 5000 points and have a claim - come talk with us.
