Here is a Pokémon team of six that I made for the Sea Snake himself, Corlys Velaryon. Corlys is a proud seafarer, and takes pride in that he expanded his family's fortune through his own work and grit, so I looked for Pokémon that best showcased the power of the sea.

Not just any regular old Gyarados, but a Red Gyarados:

A Red Gyarados is categorized as a Shiny Pokémon, which have a different coloration to the regular form and are extremely rare. Given this rarity and the fact that a Gyarados is regarded as the strongest non-Legendary Water type Pokémon, I know Corlys would want one as the head of the main seafaring house in Westeros. Also, the red color can help Coryls make a statement about the closeness between House Velaryon and House Targaryen. The description for Gyarados is below:

"The process of evolution causes a change in its brain structure that is believed to cause its violent nature. Gyarados's fangs can crush stones and its scales are harder than steel. Gyarados is feared for its fierce temper and wanton destructive tendencies since ancient times. In some regions, Gyarados is called the "deity of destruction" because of this. It appears in times of conflict and destroys the surrounding area. Its rampages have been known to last a month at a time. These rampages can occur even during a harsh storm. A Gyarados's rage won't stop completely until everything is destroyed. Some believed any human settlement is fated to be destroyed should a Gyarados appear. Gyarados lives in both fresh and salty waters."

Kingdra:

Kingdra, while being a dual Water/Dragon type Pokémon, is called the "Sea Dragon of the Sea". It would perfectly match House Velaryon's coat of arms and be a powerful part of Corlys' team. Description is below:

"The yawn of a sleeping Kingdra is powerful enough to create undercurrents capable of destroying small ships. Should it decide to emerge from the depths of the ocean, Kingdra's strength can create large whirlpools and waterspouts on the surface. Because of its immense power, Kingdra often hibernates deep in uninhabited areas of the sea to build up its energy, usually at the bottom of the seas. When a storm arrives, Kingdra is said to awaken and wander about in search of prey. Kingdra's awakening can cause tornadoes. It is known to have fierce battles with Dragonite whenever they meet. Kingdra's gleaming scales are gifted to royals."

Sharpedo:

Sharpedo is a powerful and vicious dual Water/Dark type Pokémon. The pirates that Coryls has faced would probably have these, so it wouldn't hurt to have one of his own. Also, as a Dark type, it would be powerful against Otto's Psychic types, as Psychic types are weak to Dark types. Description is below:

"Sharpedo swallows and shoots out jets of seawater from its rear, which allows it to swim 75 to 80 miles per hour. However, it is unable to swim long distances. It is feared and known by many names as "Bully of the Sea", "Ruffian of the Seas", "Bandit of the Sea", or "Gangster of the Sea" as a group, due to its sharp teeth. Sharpedo uses the teeth to finish off its opponent. It was once prized for its dorsal fin as a food item and has been a victim of overfishing. Its fangs can rip through iron and steel, being able to tear apart a supertanker into pieces. Sharpedo's fangs can instantly grow back the moment it comes off. Discarded Sharpedo fangs are made into accessories due to the belief they can prevent ship mishaps. It also attacks any ships that enter the waters it lives in with no exceptions. When its fangs fall out, they grow back immediately. It is very sensitive to the scent of blood."

Lanturn:

Lanturn is one of the very few dual Water/Electric types out there. Water types are weak to Electric types, so Coryls would have an advantage using this Pokémon when facing other Water types out on the open sea. Description is below:

"Inside its orbs are bacteria that produce light by absorbing Lanturn's bodily fluids. It lures prey using the glow, then blinds them by using an intense flash before it swallows them whole. The flash it creates is visible on the surface from a depth of over three miles (five kilometers). This has earned it the nickname "The Deep-Sea Star". Lanturn inhabits the depths of the ocean."

Swanna:

Swanna is a dual Water/Flying type. Unlike the others before it on this list, Swanna lives its life above the water, which would be extremely useful for Corlys when he's on land. It could also be used as a messenger for when Corlys is far away, as it has excellent stamina for prolonged flights.

"Swanna is known to fly for thousands of miles without rest, and it flies out when the sun rises. At dusk, flocks of Swanna will dance, with the leader in the middle of the routine. Swanna is quite physically powerful for its graceful appearance as its beak can deliver forceful blows. Many artists have claimed to have taken inspiration from a Swanna performing a beautiful dance during the light of dawn."

Slowking:

A dual Water/Psychic type, Slowking is and extremely smart Pokémon that would serve Corlys well when planning for tactics. Like Swanna, it breathes air and lives life above the water, but it is a capable swimmer. Description is below:

"Shellder's bite releases venom into Slowpoke's brain, causing a chemical chain-reaction that unlocks a superior intelligence and extraordinary power. More venom is injected into Slowking every time it yawns. The more venom the Shellder releases, the more intelligent Slowking will become. However, if the Shellder on its head comes off, it will forget everything it has learned and would revert itself back to Slowpoke. Slowking's Shellder crown can take control of human who wears the crown. Slowking's intelligence can match that of a human and it constantly attempts to learn more. Its inspiration and intuition are also highly developed, and Slowking is able to stay calm in any situation and plan situations with effective results; this allows Slowking to solve anything."

An alternate that I had was Vaporeon:

A Water type Pokémon, Vaporeon can blend in perfectly with the sea for surprise attacks. Also, it could be the parent of Dae's Eevee, as Corlys could have gifted Dae an egg that Vaporeon laid. And yes, all Pokémon lay eggs, regardless of if they look like mammals. Description is below:

"Vaporeon is mostly found in urban settings under the ownership of a Trainer. It is rarely seen in the wild, but it prefers clean freshwater lakes and shores. It has developed gills to become better suited to an aquatic lifestyle, and its cell composition's similarity to water allows it to melt into the water. This ability enables Vaporeon to remain camouflaged while swimming, hiding itself from enemies and allowing it to ambush its prey: fish Pokémon."

So what do you think of my list for Corlys?

I love these picks for Corlys! And I definitely see him trying to get on a 'legendary' level with the Targaryens. He'd definitely go for prestige and fierceness, wanting to be just as good as House Targaryen--and of course also consider what he can use against them ;)

Chinchou line gained the Gleam type

This is the picture of the Chinchou line but they gained the Gleam type in my possible future fan made Pokemon game (Also known as Fuchsite & Kunzite), both Chinchou and Lanturn are now Water/Gleam types.

Thank You Tangled

Since everyone else is doing this i might as well do it too. Im so happy I found Tangled the Series, ever since my Tv played “Max’s Enemy” I had remembered my love for the movie and characters. I watched Tangled when I was 5, my uncle gave me a dvd that read “Tangled” and I always watched it as a kid. Tangled gave me confidence and melted all my fears away. If I was ever sick, I would watch Tangled the Series and automatically feel warmth and happiness. I remember the night where my appendix hurt and I turned on the Tv to watch Tangled, and when I talked to my dad about Tangled, I felt somewhat better. (of course I still had to get surgery lolol) The whole show is amazing and I always talk about in and out of school. The series is just so intriguing and interesting in so many ways. The art style is unique, the animation is spectacular, the writing is gold. All this gives me hope that one day I might make a cartoon as amazing as Tangled.  Overall I wanna thank Tangled Talk with Team Awesome @tangledbea @kelseyfitzherbert @darkprince-eugene for doing this podcast and making me laugh and feel included in the series. I always enjoy myself while listening to their podcast and will always stick around in their blogs. Aloof GN!Reader w/ Genshin Boys

A/N: Hellooo! Thank you for requesting! You’ll be my first request so I’ll do my best to fulfill everything! I hope everything seems in character, I really need to get used to writing different personality types.

Synopsis: The Genshin boys discover that their s/o is actually softer than they originally thought.

Albedo definitely didn’t mind you being distant towards him. I mean, he struggles with interactions in general so he just assumed,

“Oh, they must struggle as well.”

He never saw it as an issue between you since he knew deep down that you deeply cared for him.

He knew you’d always come back to him at the end of the day, he fully trusted that fact about you.

Strangely enough, he found you an intriguing person due to this.

Although the citizens in Mondstadt appear to see him in a positive light, there still are many who fear him deep down. After all, he keeps his secrets zipped up inside him. They know absolutely nothing about him or anything he’s capable of.

But you…you didn’t seem to care about that. And he was thankful for that.

And that brings you to today; a bright sunny day with the rays from the sun gleaming down.

The two of you, along with Klee, were outside the walls of Mondstadt, nearby the lake surrounding the city of freedom.

Today, Klee decided to have a little play date with the two of you. While Albedo was painting away, you and Klee were supposed to play around together.

If he’s being honest, Albedo was a little nervous.

You and Klee had never played together before and due to the distant and cold personality he was used to when it came to you, he wasn’t sure how you’d react with being around a bouncy and hyper child such as Klee.

So when Albedo spotted you playing with Klee, a soft smile on your face, he had a mini heart attack.

Not because he was panicking or anything, but more because he wasn’t used to seeing you smile like this. It made his chest feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Later that day, Albedo made sure to comment on the event.

“Well, it appears you two were getting along fondly.”

“You were watching?!”

“Of course I was watching. How could I look away from that fond smile you had on your face?”

“Shut up!”

“It was very cute.”

“I SAID SHUT UP!”

Diluc and you first met months earlier. You were just another customer at first to him while he was simply a bartender.

Immediately though, he found you interesting.

While his other customers were loud and obnoxious, you would just sit at a table in the corner of Angels Share, minding your own business.

You would only ever speak to ask for another drink, which he would always provide.

“Another glass of apple cider, please.”

He doesn’t know what came over him when he decided he mentally decided to court you. He probably will never know the exact answer either.

It wasn’t the easiest either. Courting you was one of the most difficult things this man has ever done, and somehow he accomplished it in the end.

You were challenging with your distant personality, to say the least. It seemed to him that you wanted absolutely nothing to do with him, that you didn’t see him in the way he saw you.

So when you finally accepted him after weeks, the relief this man felt wash over him in an instant is indescribable.

Now present day, Diluc finds himself heading back to Angels Share in the middle of the night. The moon was directly above him as he silently walked through the city, the only other light source being lanturns.

Due to the drowsiness that he was currently feeling, he thought his eyes were playing tricks on him when he spotted you.

“What in the world are they doing out in the middle of the night?”

But what startled him more than the time on the clock was your facial expression. For the first time, Diluc saw you smile.

Diluc just stood frozen in time as you sat there, rubbing the belly of a stray dog, an empty bowl beside you. He could only assume you’ve been taking care of a stray.

“Who’s a good boy? It’s you, isn’t it!”

“(Y/N)?”

You instantly froze in place, your head creaking towards Diluc’s direction.

“D-Diluc.”

“What in the world are you doing up at this hour?”

“I-I could say the same for you! What are you doing up this late, huh?!”

You shot up from the ground, face beet red.

“I asked you first, love.”

“NOTHING. I WASN’T DOING ANYTHING!”

“That dog below you giving you puppy dog eyes says otherwise-“

“WHATS A DOG??”

Venti was simply just strumming away at his lyre, the sound alluring the Mondstadt citizens around him as he stood at the foot of the Barbatos statue in the plaza.

His eyes were shut as he too, was preoccupied with listening to the soothing sounds.

When his fingers came slowly to a halt, his aqua green eyes peeked open, the sound of the citizens around him clapping filling his ears.

A smile morphed onto his face.

But soon that smile increased in size. Beyond the crowd surrounding him, he spotted you. You weren't doing anything special, just standing there.

“(Y/N)!”

The bard could hardly control the excitement of you watching him doing what he adored.

Although your facial expression read that of a bored person, Venti didn't seem to mind at all at that moment. Instead, he craved your attention.

Soon enough, the bard stood in front of you, his grin somehow getting wider.

"(Y/N)! Did you enjoy the song?"

"It was nice."

Nice? Only nice? Your facial expression said otherwise. Was the song boring to listen to? Did he mess up a note? Maybe it just wasn't your type of song.

Venti's eyes narrowed in thought, his lips pursed and eyebrows furrowed. He wanted you to say something more than just nice, he wanted you to smile for once due to one of his songs.

That is how you found yourself in this situation. Daily, Venti would find you around Mondstadt, play a song for you, and then wait for your response. He wanted you to say something more than the song was nice without a single hint of emotion before leaving.

But each time, that was your answer and Venti was getting annoyed. Not at you of course, but that he lacked the power to make you smile. He’s the Anemo God, but he can't seem to make his s/o smile.

So the astonishment Venti felt when he glimpsed his eyes over towards you after he played yet another song and saw you smiling ever so slightly, he almost dropped his lyre.

"(Y-Y/N)...are you smiling...?"

"Wait what-"

"I saw it! I saw you smile!"

When I tell you Venti was all over the place, I mean it. He was like a bouncy ball with him bouncing in every direction. But he couldn't control it. The pure bliss he felt in that moment took over all his actions.

"I-I didn't do anything. My face twitched."

"You can't lie to me! I saw it with my own eyes!"

The relationship between Xingqiu and you happened almost instantly. The two of you went from total strangers to Xingqiu always dragging you on his little adventures.

It all started with just a single sentence;

"Oh, you like Legend of the Shattered Halberd as well?"

Let me tell you, the look on his face when you said that. He always dreamed of having another person he could converse with when it came to books. So, the moment you said that he wasn't about to let you walk away without learning your name and other books you have read.

A friendship sparked between the two of you. He was one of the only people who would constantly talk with you even if you acted distantly. Soon enough, the two of you became a couple.

He wasn't worried about grabbing you from your home and taking you outside on a little adventure after he just finished reading one of his adventure novels. And of course, he'd always have a book with him during this time. You found that cute about him, but you never showed it.

Whenever the two of you would chat about books, Xingqiu was always shocked whenever you told him you haven't read a certain book.

"You're telling me you've never read The Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies?!"

"Never."

That's when he shoved the first volume in your face, an immediate serious expression on his face. Blinking a few times, you accepted the book from him.

"Read it and then tell me how you feel about it. I can give you the other volumes if you enjoy it."

"Okay."

Xingqiu thought you seemed wary at first to read it. He knew you weren't as majorly obsessed with books as he was, so he internally was just preparing for you to end up not reading it.

He didn't mind it though, reading wasn't for everyone after all.

The following day though, he felt the sudden urge to stop by Wanwen Bookhouse. He just wanted to skim some of the books there, maybe purchase one or two.

But those plans immediately ended when he spotted you. You were leaning against the wooden red railings, the book he had let you borrowed flipped open in your hands. And you were a chunk through it already.

Xingqiu could've worn his eyes were bulging out of his eye sockets because the one other thing he saw was the tiny smile located on your face.

You didn't seem to notice Xingqiu before he was standing right in front of you, a huge grin on his face.

"You seem to be enjoying the book I lent you. Would you care for the remaining volumes?"

You almost dropped the book as a shriek left your mouth.

"Where did you come from?!"

"Well, I felt the urge to stop by the bookhouse and saw you. So, about those other volumes..."

There was a moment of silence between the two of you, your cheeks slightly reddish.

"I'll...pick them up later..."

Alternate Next Gen (Relatives): Gale Surge

Gale is the son of Violet and Lt. Surge. As a young boy, Gale enjoyed watching his mom and his aunts perform in water shows and would always watch them along side his cousins and it was because of the influence with watching their respective moms that they started their own water show where they started calling themselves “The Captivating Cousins”. The main difference between him and his mom is that he doesn’t belittle his youngest cousin Lapis and sees her as a strong battler and a great gym leader when it’s time for her to take over the gym, he, along with Brook and Rosemary also let Lapis join them for their water shows when she isn’t busy training or taking exams. Gale is known for having two parts to his personality, when he isn’t on stage he can be pretty childish and carefree much like his mother but when he’s on stage performing a play, he can be loud, arrogant and even crude which he got from his father. Similar to his father, he can get pretty brutal while he’s battling someone, it’s for that reason he isn’t allowed to battle with his Pokemon unless it’s an emergency, he doesn’t mind since he knows how brutal he can get when he’s too excited. Due to his almost brutal and crude personality, Gale mostly plays villain roles in their performances. Gale will also plan all of the battle scenes and will write the scripts for their shows.

His Pokemon:

Pichu- Pichu hatched from an egg given to him by his parents after the partner of Lt. Surge’s Raichu laid an egg. As Pichu is still young, he gets uneasy when he isn’t near Gale and always stays near him, often riding on his head, on his shoulder or being carried in his arms. Pichu is the more adventurous and mischievous Pokemon of the group, he’s also highly playful and enjoys playing with Togepi, Mantyke and Azurill. Togepi, Pichu, Mantyke and Azurill are known to be the mascots and stars of many of the water shows the cousins create together and he enjoys taking part in the water shows as he gets to be with his friends and his surrogate father. Like most Pichu, Gale’s Pichu has a habit of shocking himself if he discharges electricity, he also will accidentally shock his trainer and his trainer’s cousins, no one gets angry at him due to how they know it’s normal for a Pichu. Pichu is afraid of getting in the water, mostly due to the fact if he isn’t careful he could shock everyone in the pool but it’s thanks to a special flotation tube that is not only made of rubber but also completely covers Pichu so he doesn’t accidentally shock everyone in the pool that he’s able to join the others when they’re playing in the pool. Pichu is the excited little brother that often gets the idea to explore the gym and he will often drag his pseudo siblings with him, none of them mind as they enjoy having adventures with Pichu. Pichu has a special bond with Lapis’ Togepi, Brook’s Mantyke and Rosemary’s Azurill, the four of them see each other as siblings despite none of them being the same species or sharing parents.

Moves are Nuzzle, Sweet Kiss, Volt Tackle and Charm. Locked moves are Thunderbolt, Iron Tail, Swift, Mega Punch, Thunder Punch and Shock Wave.

Prinplup- Prinplup was given to Gale by his grandparents when he was a Piplup after the two of them went to a trip to the Sinnoh region. As a Piplup, Prinplup was actually a lot shyer than a normal Piplup which many people found adorable since Piplup are known to be more prideful to the point they won’t accept food from humans. Prinplup would mostly hide behind his trainer when he was met by new people or if people called him cute, which would cause him to blush heavily and run away shouting, much to everyone’s amusement. After evolving into Prinplup, he lost his shyness and started being more confident, he still had a lot of modesty instead of being overconfident or too prideful. Much like his trainer, he can get a little brutal in battle but with time he was able to control himself. He enjoys playing a villain role with his trainer, he’s still a kind hearted Pokemon despite how he may act on stage and he’ll help other Pokemon should they need a hand. Prinplup has a brotherly bond with Lapis’ Wartortle and Brook’s Dewott though all three of them often fight for Rosemary’s Brionne’s affections.

Moves are Metal Claw, Bubble Beam, Drill Peck, Hydro Pump, Signal Beam, Blizzard, Whirlpool, Hone Claws, Dive and Water Pulse.

Bibarel- Bibarel was caught by Gale when she was a Bidoof, Gale found her to be cute and decided to keep her. After some training, she had evolved into Bibarel. Bibarel is a very helpful Pokemon, she enjoys working with the family by building sets and props for their water shows and she has no problem doing either for them. When she was a Bidoof, she felt useless as she was abandoned by her trainer in an unfamiliar region but was happy when Gale found her and took care of her when no one else would approach her and it’s because of Gale’s kindness that she works hard for him by providing sets and props for her trainer. Bibarel gets very excited when Gale thanks her for her hard work or if he praises her, often getting so excited that she’ll cry tears of joy and will hug him happily, Gale doesn’t mind and he finds it rather cute. Bibarel is more of a carpenter than a battler but she will battle to protect the gym.

Moves are Hyper Fang, Defense Curl, Rollout, Crunch, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Super Fang, Aqua Tail, Surf and Scald.

Lanturn- Lanturn was caught by Gale while he was fishing with his father, he was excited to have caught a Lanturn and was happy to show him off to his cousins. Lanturn wasn’t bothered being caught by Gale as he always wanted a trainer but not many trainers caught him when he was fished up. Lanturn is normally a really easy going Pokemon, nothing phases him and he doesn’t seem bothered by much, he’s always happy just to hang around with the other Pokemon in the gym. Despite how easy going he can be, he has a bad side that comes out while he plays the villain role with his trainer and he’s always excited when that role comes up and takes a lot more enjoyment than normal with that role, thankfully he always apologizes to his fellow Water-type Pokemon if he hurt them too badly during the plays. Aside from playing villain roles, he will also create amazing light shows and will often combine his Electric-type moves with someone else’s Water-type moves as if he was in a Pokemon contest, he’s always careful not to accidentally shock someone.

Moves are Stockpile, Spit Up, Surf, Electro Ball, Bubble Beam, Discharge, Dazzling Gleam, Water Pulse, Psybeam and Charge Beam.

Walrein- Gale caught his Walrein when he was a Sealeo while he and his family were on a trip to Hoenn. As a Sealeo, Walrein was a cheerful Pokemon that loved to perform with his trainer and his teammates, he also enjoyed being with his teammates and other gym Pokemon and would often play with them. He was also enjoyed playing with children who would visit the gym by juggling for them or just entertaining them anyway he could. After evolving, he felt upset due to not being as cute as he was before and not having kids play with him like they normally would and went through a bit of a depression. After getting comforted by his trainer, he started performing in the water shows by playing as a hero to help him get his confidence back and to help kids warm up to his new form, which worked and he started going back to playing with kids when he wasn’t needed for a performance. After some more confidence building, he started getting into playing a villain and was relieved when the kids weren’t afraid of him when he was being a villain’s Pokemon. Walrein is a gentle and kind Pokemon outside a lot of the show’s he’s apart of, he also enjoys battling and is one of the few Pokemon that Lapis is allowed to use during gym battles despite being owned by her cousin. Walrein doesn’t mind being battling alongside Lapis, he sees her as a nice person and is more than happy to lend her a hand. He’s used for challengers with six and seven badges.

Tangled AU - Prologue

Well, I literally have no self control to speak of and already have the prologue done. It’s not too exciting, basically just some beginning narration and exposition. Don’t worry, the entire story will not be the entire movie line for line, I just really like Flynn’s narration and can totally see Roman doing it, so that’s what happened. There are some details that are different however, and will come into play... later. (cue evil chuckle)

Anyway

Summary- beginning of what is essentially the movie Tangled, but with the Sides instead.

Pairings - prinxiety, but that technically will happen in later chapters, and technically parental anxceit I guess

Warnings - Janus ends up playing Mother Gothel’s part, which gets changed a lot in this version of the story, but is still technically unsympathetic for a good chunk of the story. But that comes later, this part is literally just the prologue, and is pretty tame.

Roman’s POV

This is the story of how I died. Don’t worry, this is actually a very fun story, and the truth is it isn’t even mine. This is the story of a boy, named Virgil. And it starts with the stars. Now, once upon a time, a single drop of starlight fell from the heavens, and from this small drop of light grew a magic, silver flower. It had the ability to heal the sick and injured. Oh, you see that scaley old man over there? You might want to remember him. He’s kind of important.

Well, centuries pass, and a hop,skip, and a boat ride away there grew a kingdom, ruled by a beloved King and Queen. And the Queen, well, she was about to have a baby, and she got sick. Really sick. She was running out of time, and that’s usually when people start to look for a miracle. Or in this case, a magic silver flower.

Ahhh, see, I told you he’d be important. You see, instead of sharing the night’s gift, this man, Janus, hoarded its healing power and used it to hide his disfigurement, and as a side effect, kept himself young for hundreds of years. And all he had to do, was sing a special song.

“Flower, gleam, and glow-”

Yeah, yeah, you get the idea. He sings, turns all young and handsome. Creepy, right? Not at all like my own naturally good looks.

Anyway, one night, Janus was careless, and, in his haste to escape being seen, his lanturn knocked over the flower’s covering, and it was found by the palace guards. The magic of the silver flower healed the Queen. A healthy baby boy, a Prince was born, with shining, silver hair. I’ll give you a hint. That’s Virgil. To celebrate his birth, the King and Queen launched a flying lantern into the sky. For that one moment, everything was perfect. And then, that moment ended.

Janus snuck into the castle, intending to steal a lock of silver hair, but, once cut, it turned black as night and lost its power. Janus began to panic as scaled skin crept up his left arm, and, in his desperation, he stole the child and ran into the night. The kingdom searched tirelessly, but they couldn’t find the Prince. But deep within the forest, in a hidden tower, Janus raised the child as his own. Janus had found his new magic flower, and with it, a chance at unconditional love, unmarred by his cursed appearance. But this time, he was determined to keep it hidden and protected.

Through the window of the tower, a young Virgil could be heard, asking, “Why can’t I go outside?” “The outside world is a dangerous place, filled with horrible, selfish, judgemental people,” Janus replied. “You must stay here, where you’re safe. Do you understand, starlight?” “Yes, Papa.”

But the walls of that tower couldn’t hide everything. Each year, on his birthday, the King and Queen released thousands of lanterns into the night, in the hope that one day, their son would return.

But yes Im making my own version of a ninjago pokemon crossover/au and Im sure people have expectations and Im gonna say this.

Filla could care less about dance but she cares lots about Cole.

Filla, Lori, and Lady are all basically thenmoms of everyone. They team up to be the moms.

Do not touch Neil or you will have a bunch of angry ground types on your butt. On that note dont touch Chill or flame will hurt you. Dont touch Mariposa because then all the teams will be on you.

Pokemon Shenanigans

After FINALLY completing Pokemon Ultra Moon, I came to a few realizations. (WARNING: WALL OF TEXT INCOMING):

1.) Of the 18 Pokemon types, 4 have not been represented in the Elite Four (outside of the Challengers in Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, but I consider them Champion tier as you have to beat them to retain the title).  Those four are Grass, Electric, Fairy, and Normal. With Champion/Challenger, we are still missing Normal, Grass, and Fairy.

2.) Of the 14 remaining (and outside the Champion/Challenger), only 5  have been used more than twice: Dragon (3), Dark (3), Ghost (4, and I am counting Agatha), Fighting (3), and Psychic (3). Including Champion/Challenger, Dragon goes up to 6 instances (Lance counts twice), Steel joins the club at 3 (Molyane counts twice), and Psychic goes to 4, but nothing else changes.

3.) Of the 9 left, there are 3 that have appeared twice outside of  the Champion/Challenger fights: Fire, Ice,and Steel (I do not count Steven as a Steel-type trainer, as he has Rock and Ground Pokemon that lack Steel); including the Champion/Challenger fights, Water, Ground, Poison, and Bug gain a second appearance, leaving Rock and Flying as the only Types with one appearance overall.

4.) The Champion/Challenger will, more than 50% of the time, have a mixed belt (11).

Pokeshipping One-shot

I wrote this a little bit ago, figured I should upload it. :)

Leave it to Ash Ketchum to come hiking into the Cerulean Gym mid-winter in summer clothes.

“Does the word ‘blizzard’ mean anything to you?!” Misty practically screamed at Ash as she marched into where she had left Ash after discovering him shivering at the gym door. He was curled up on the couch, several blankets around him as he huddled there. Pikachu was curled up on his chest, trying to warm him up.

Ash grinned up at her, teeth chattering. “Totally worth it.”

She shook her head, setting down the tray she had just brought from the kitchen in front of him. A bowl of steaming soup and hot chocolate sat in front of him, and his eyes lit up like the lights of a Lanturn. Misty merely rolled her eyes as the blankets were thrown off of Ash, the boy basically lunging for the food.

“Here Pikachu,” Misty said holding out a Sitrus berry for the little mouse.

“Pikachu-pi!” He cried happily, leaping off of Ash and claiming the small berry. He scurried up onto Misty’s shoulder, nuzzling her at the same moment he bit into the fruit. Ash shot a glare up at him.

“Hey, I’m the freezing one here!” Ash said to the mouse, shoving a spoonful of soup into his mouth.

“And you’re also the one that went out during a winter storm in shorts!” Misty said, shaking her head as she patted Pikachu. “What on earth was going through your mind?”

Ash flushed slightly. “Um... I just got off the plane from Alola a few hours back... and I didn’t even stop to think that it’d be winter here...”

Misty blinked, but scanned his outfit– clearly meant for the hot island weather. She sighed, and shook her head. “You’re an idiot, Ash Ketchum. Didn’t you change at all when you got home?”

“Oh, I didn’t go home yet,” Ash said, setting down the soup and picking up the hot chocolate. “I came straight to Cerulean, I wanted to see you,” He took a sip of the drink. “Oh, this is good... did you make this yourself Misty? You’re awesome!” He took another long sip, before noticing that Misty was staring at him. “Um... Mist? You okay?”

“You came here first?” Misty asked, her voice much softer than before. “Even before seeing your mom?”

“Yeah!” Ash said happily, and at last Pikachu left Misty’s shoulder to return to Ash’s. “It’s been forever, and I saw that one of the planes to Kanto when I was getting ready to leave Alola went to the airport close to here, so I thought I could drop by and visit you first thing!” He smiled. “I hope you don’t mind.”

A slight rosey hue was on Misty’s cheeks. “I don’t mind at all Ash, that’s actually quite nice of you. I’ve missed you.”

Ash set down his now-empty mug, and started to finish up the soup. “I’ve missed you too! While in Alola I honestly couldn’t stop thinking about you, I know you’d love it there. There’s all these beaches,” He paused to swallow. “And water types everywhere! It’s like the perfect place for ya!”

Misty sat down next to him as he finished off his soup. “Yeah, it’s sounded fun ever since you and your class came to Kanto.”

Ash’s eyes lit up. “You know, I’ve caught more Pokemon since then, and I have one I think you might like.”

Misty raised an eyebrow as he set down the empty bowl. “Really?”

“It’s a water type,” Ash said simply, eyes gleaming. Pikachu had the same mischievous look in his gaze, but Misty leaned forward with interest.

“One that you can’t find in Kanto?” She asked eagerly.

Ash smirked, pulling out a Pokeball. “I don't think you can find them anywhere else!”

He held out the sphere to her, and she happily took it, pressing the release button. A burst of white light filled the room, and Pokemon began to form in front of Misty. It stood taller than her, it’s pale gray body covered with a thick shell. Misty’s eyes started to widen as the purple face leaned in close to hers.

“Buh- buh- buuug!” She screamed as the Golisopod stood in front of her, scrambling back.

Ash burst out laughing. “It’s a water type Misty, what’s wrong?”

Misty had taken shelter behind the couch. “I hate you Ash Ketchum!”

Ash’s laugh filled the gym as he scooped up the fallen Pokeball, recalling the Golisopod with a burst of light. “I love ya too, Mist.”
