Carrying Ace was the hardest 9 months of Mitsume’s life, up until the day she was forced to leave him. It was hiding her stomach in any way she could manage and unfamiliar things like illness and aching. It was hiding that part, too.

Thankfully, Giroli was a kind and reasonable man and didn’t comment on it as long as she did her job, and he did his. Mitsume always enjoyed the games, he always chose players with the most to win from a little battle prestige.

And thankfully, playing around with the clothes of the time wasn’t wrong either, apparently it spiced up the season, according to the audience.

And yet, hiding was hard. Pretending she was unchanged with a warm power that had been born inside her, born next to her beloved son… was hard. She was unnatural in her skin and changed.

Maximus held her and told her it was natural, that she was perfect. He supported her in every way. Her masks were all stripped away by his brightness that sometimes he wondered why he considered her the star.

But every day, she still had to return to the DGP… pretending she was someone she wasn’t.

god. gotta be miyauchi. sometimes i get a little weirded out by the concept of meeting people who have done things i like because i get the "oh, they're a more complex person than this one job they had that i happened to like" thought and it's like well... i don't know if they're actually going to enjoy this. i'd rather just hang out with someone i know wants to chill with me as equals. however miyauchi seems to genuinely love what he did and i think it would be fun as hell hearing him tell stories

geats should have had fucky older men through the whole run and also giroli should have been able to have a drama queen breakdown over what chirami was doing to his show. i have a VISION

"Okay so. In this series you can be selected to take part in a battle royale, and if you win you can make a wish and the world will be reshaped to make that wish come true. Ace has been taking part to this games for a long time and since joining has always won. And this time (the third "world" we see in the series) his wish was for part of the game's staff (aka Girori, the Game Master, and Tsumuri, the Navigator) to be his family. No one is happy about this. Ace clearly has ulterior motives for his wish, Girori is well aware of it and begrudgingly plays along in his role of father, and Tsumuri just hates it and will let Ace know at any chance (this is early in the series, they end up developing a nice sibling bond as the series progresses). They all passive agressively play family because the new world says so, and Ace gets to sit there smugly watching them suffer. He particularly likes playing the annoying brother to Tsumuri. Found Family? No, Forced Family. Worst family meals ever lol."

"Ace wished for the staff or the death game he just won for the fourth time in a town to be his family and now they are! Except his next wish is to be Staff himself! Oh, wait. Now his new “father”, Giroli, wants him dead, and his “older sister” wants him out too. She gets over it eventually tho she’s fine now even if she’s not impressed with his commitment to the bit wrt calling her “Nee-San”. Giroli meanwhile literally dies bc he tries to make the other death game participants (who are Ace’s friends) hunt Ace for sport, which is against the rules. What makes all of this funnier is Ace did all this to find his real mom, Mitsume, and her powers were injected into Tsumuri, making her actually his “biological” YOUNGER sister! Win is here bc he is a member of staff and once jokingly refers to Ace as “brother” in the gang sense bc he is a fucking menace."

For an episode with her name on it, Tsumuri had minimal presence in the episode.

Ukiyo kept reincarnating because he wished to see his mother.

Now, he had met her, would he lost the ability to reincarnate?

VIP audiences were people who paid for extra contents. I guessed, Giroli was a Game Master that sided with the audiences who lived on free bonuses? The current Jyamato was Sparrow’s creation, but I think Archimedel would still be happy that they could live. Perhaps, they would attain the happiness their father wished for them.

Episode 15 was basically a 'lets appreciate Ace' episode 😂. I already appreciate and love this character, but sure, do point it out.

Looks like the fated Keiwa Vs Ace next episode. But I wonder how Giroli will get Keiwa to do that, as it's not in his character. There are many possibilities, but I wonder if Keiwa will also be acting, I mean, be in another plan orchestrated by Ace, all to get rid of Giroli in the end....

Or will Ace 'die' next episode, and come back again with Keiwa's wish. With some twists.

And if anyone's confused about who's side I'm on here, then yes. I'm supporting everyone and no-one, I'm rooting for an interesting story.

It’s still a strange thing to be so… free with it. Giroli had let her wander, but Chirami hadn’t even let her leave the building without someone. Both were uncommon levels of freedom or control.

But she can get her favorite chocolate chip melon bread from the source again, so it could be worse.
