So what if DC but Warriors-

(Have the Batfam)

(In order, left to right top to bottom: Bruce, Barbara, Dick, Jason, Cass, Steph, Tim, Duke, Damian)

Did Bat (Bruce) mean to create a Clan? No. He was a housecat before he was a stray (full-bred maine coon, he's big) and just trying to survive while also helping his elderly dad-of-sorts. Might've made an old basement bunker into his den, even if he doesn't know what it is.

But then he keeps finding kits. And the first couple he was like, oh this is temporary, I'm just going to teach them how to get around and hunt and such. And then Ginger (Barbara) & Night (Dick) just sort of never left.

Rust (Jason) ended up stealing one of Bat's prey and that's how he ended up with yet another kit. Then another just sort of appeared? Fox (Tim) is just kind of vibing after running away from his home. He's also a persian tortoiseshell. And Bat looks away for five seconds, and now there's another pair of kits too. He does not have an adoption problem. These street kittens just seem to think that he is dad material. Maybe that'll be enough- ope no, there's a kit who has visions of the future who is now here. And his cousin apparently heard about his sort-of clan and joined in with her own sort-of kit. And another pair of strays, Ivy & Bright (Harley) that he's fought with before have invited themselves in and okay, they know healing and herbs so... ... Why are there cats just joining him now??

And then another kitten shows up that's a mini him. Great-

Story:

Sootsight missed his daughter dearly, but he respected her choice to explore the world. 

She was gone for a long time, unable to witness her mother’s passing or her father’s retirement. 

He had been an elder for many moons before she returned again with a mate and daughter the age of a half-trained apprentice. Sootsight was over the moon, nuzzling her and asking her how everything had been, and eager to get to know his granddaughter, Ginger.

But only the day after did the sweet reunion turn bitter. 

Ginger admitted to him that her parents had abused her throughout her life. She hadn’t known that it was anything strange to speak about at all, so used to the way in which she had lived. He had asked her about the large scar on her head, and she had been too truthful.

Sootsight didn’t hesitate one second. He confronted his daughter first, shouting at her, insulting her. 

When the father was on a solo patrol, Sootsight wasted no time in jumping, throwing his head against the ground until his nose flattened against his skull.

He didn’t plan on killing his daughter, only on demanding for her to leave, maybe smacking her a bit. But she had discovered him and the body of her mate and attacked, and anger overcame him at the ferocity of her protectiveness for the tom who hurt her daughter, the protectiveness she never once showed her own kit.

He didn’t try to hide it. He went instantly to the leader to speak privately, and admitted everything, already prepared for exile. The leader decided that, due to the circumstances, Sootsight would not be exiled, although he would be punished.

They also agreed not to make his crime known, if nothing else than to, at Sootsight’s request, protect Gingerpaw from curious eyes.

She cried at her parents’ deaths, and he held her close, promising to take care of her all his life. That, he did.

Additonal Information:

--It’s possible he could go to Starclan, but chose to go to the Dark Forest to make sure his daughter or her mate doesn’t hurt anyone else again.

--The leader decided to tell the Clan that it must’ve been a rogue attack. 

--He’s actually pretty skinny, and can be mistaken as frail, but he can kick major ass when he wants to.
