Another week at the circus. Axle press, safety squats, and some rack and speed pulls. This was another fun week for me. Just still awkward with safety squats. I never know where to put my hands. I may say screw it and keep them at my side and see what I can do there. Axle was 295, Squats were 386, rack pull 425, speed pull was 315, and axle press was 185. Finally figuring put how to brace on overhead press. As Hunter S. Mứt tiếng anh là gì?

Trong tiếng anh, từ phổ biến nhất đề đinh nghĩa đúng về mứt là sugar-coated fruit hoặc sugar – preserved fruit , có nghĩa là một loại trái cây ngâm đường , để nói rõ hơn về mứt Việt, các bạn có thể giới thiệu thêm như sau:

“Mứt, mứt trái cây hay mứt quả là một loại thực phẩm ngọt có thể được tìm thấy ở nhiều nước trên thế giới, nó được chế biến các loại trái cây và một số loại củ nấu với đường đến độ khô từ 65-70%. Nguyên liệu đường trong mứt luôn có mặt và cần đạt gần nồng độ khoảng 55 – 60%, nó không chỉ đóng vai trò làm ngọt mà còn để bảo quản mứt, có tác dụng tăng độ đông. Trong mứt, các vi sinh vật vì bị co nguyên sinh nên không hoạt động, hoặc không phát triển vì nồng độ axit cao (trong mứt quả) vì thế nhiều loại mứt nấu xong có thể không cần thanh trùng (tuy một số loại mứt có độ khô thấp hơn cấn phải thanh trùng trong thời gian ngắn để diệt nấm men, nấm mốc). Mứt có thể được tồn trữ trong một thời gian ngắn sau đó nó bắt đầu bị vữa, dần dần, thoạt đầu ở trên bề mặt rồi lan dần ra. Nếu bảo quản mứt ở nhiệt độ thấp, pH dưới 2,8 cùng có nhiều tạp chất, hoặc trong trường hợp bị tác động cơ học, mứt càng chóng bị vữa hơn.

Các loại trái cây, củ được dùng để làm mứt rất đa dạng và phong phú từ dâu tây, dừa, khoai lang, táo… đến hạt sen, mỗi loại mứt sẽ có một màu sắc và hương vị đặc trưng tùy theo nguyên liệu dùng để chế biến thành. Mứt quả được chế biến ở nhiều dạng, có thể phân thành các dạng: mứt đông, mứt nhuyễn, mứt miếng đông, mứt rim, mứt khô” nguồn wiki

All and all this was a pretty good week in the gym. The first video you will see I didn’t lock out the dumbbell press, I screwed up my axle press, and my log press looked just okay. I will open tell people I’m not good at strongman. Every meet is different. That’s the fun part to it to. This week was a tough week. Not physically, but emotionally. - The iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told you’re a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black.
