i’m in a gingerfucker droughttttttt 😵

Me too bestie, here’s a drabble I finished just for youuuuu 🥰

Atlas looked at the small worm, taking in its wiggling form. His eyes shone bright with amazement, his little feet stomping in excitement.

“Gentle hands.” Lucien’s warning was soft as he watched his nephew. Atlas held the stick in his hand, tiny tongue sticking out in determination. His gaze narrowed in on the wiggling worm, watching it push soil out of its way to forge a path. The stick moved, piercing the worm’s soft body, Atlas’s movement caused a rip down the worm’s body, splicing it into two.

Lucien cringed watching the two halves of the worm wiggle and spasm on the ground, taking a breath to prepare for his nephew’s meltdown. He closed his eyes, certain Atlas’s piercing cries would invade his senses any moment. Instead his ears were filled with giggles and a shout, “two worms!”

Lucien was frozen, uncertain how to tell the small boy what had happened and that the worm was dying, but the small boy quickly turned on his heels as he threw the stick in the air. His tiny feet sloshed through the mud as he called back to Lucien, “have to show Mama!”

Lucien stayed put, watching the two halves of the worm slowly stop moving, eventually staying still. He couldn’t contain the grimace on his face, sympathy for the unceremonious death of this worm.

At least Lucien wouldn’t have to tell the boy what he had done.

Atlas returned, his little hand dragging his mother behind him, her stride unable to keep up with her son. “Mama, look! Two worms.”

The pair looked down at the ground, finding the two halves of the worm sitting still on top of the mud.

“Atlas, I think the worms are dead.”

Atlas’s face twisted from excitement into anger, his eyebrows furrowing as he took in his uncle, pointing a chubby finger at the male.

“Uncle Lu killed them!” Atlas had a hard time pronouncing his L’s, his words coming out more like ‘unca wu kiwwed them’.

Lucien put his hands on his hips, taking a defensive stance as he looked down at the accusatory toddler. “I did no such thing, you killed them!”

“I weft you in charge.”

“You killed the worm before you left.”

“You kiwwed my worms.”

If his flaming red hair didn’t give him away as a Vanserra, Atlas’s stubbornness certainly did. Lucien towered over his nephew, several feet separating their faces, “Atlas, I did no such thing.”

Atlas crossed his arms, burying his face into his mother’s hip. Heat came pouring from his cheeks, his skin bright red in anger.

His mom crouched down, her hands gently cupping his cheeks. “Atlas, can you forgive Uncle Lu for killing your worms?”

The boy waited a moment, his tiny foot stamping out the rest of his anger. He nodded slowly, until a soft voice said, “Atlas, use your words.”

“Okay.”

“Do you forgive him?”

“Yes.”

The pair turned their attention to Lucien, the boy’s face distraught and red.

“Lu, can you forgive Atlas for giving you too much responsibility in caring for the worms?”

Lucien opened his mouth to argue before quickly shutting it at the face that looked back at him.

“Fine.”

Happy Gingerfucker announcement day! Eris Week is over, it’s time to celebrate his offspring that I’ve unexpectedly created.

For this week, I’ll be preplanning some fics as well as some drabbles/short fics! If you have any fun little requests, drop them into my inbox (but be sure to write that they’re a request otherwise I’ll assume it’s my gingerfucker anons being fun).

The whole week will be filled with lots of fun from our favorite family (as well as much requested fics 😉). I’m still finalizing some themes for the week, but I wanted to have fun and give back love to all those who have showed me so much of it 🥹

omg no I NEED a fic or drabble with eris being alone with atlas for the first time now 😭😭😭😭

I do worry about ever feeling too repetitive with things bc sometimes I feel like some gingerfucker things feel exactly the same over and over. I wrote a lot of stuff for eris week where it was him and Atlas alone and I’m not sure how different things would be?

I love writing them but I am also concerned moments might bleed together or scenes will feel exactly the same and that is not what I want.

as long as gingerfucker week has smut, modern au, SO MUCH ATLAS LEIF + babies + kidnapped fic or at least like something similar so anything eris protective mode I WILL BE CONTENT, lowkey i’ll be content with anything you post because gingerfucker is everything to me

I was actually thinking of outsourcing ideas for some Atlas drabbles! I have some… plans…. And would love to do some gingerfucker stuff!!

I have lots of pre-Atlas plans, but with Atlas rn all i really have are kidnapping, the summer court vacation fic, a fun fic of Eris playing with Atlas, and Atlas being upset at Leif being born.

I have a few gingerfucker fics planned for Eris week, but only one so far features Atlas

-totes agree with other anons about more modern au, kidnapping fic + oop that one draft of atlas vacationing in summer

-twins content (the birth, the aftermath, atlas and leif meeting their SISTER! shocked face emoji, they are obsessed with her)

-eris + gf first time smut 🙈 or first kiss or when the bond first snaps

-the kids’ first starfall / atlas’ first starfall

-WHEN TAMLIN/LUCUEN BRINGS GINGERFUCKER TO ERIS AFTER HER WINGS ARE RIPPEDDD

Okay so my number one priority is the kidnapping fic but tamlin bringing her to Eris is on the list too!!!

Okay I might do their first time smut however I am worried people will hate it bc the first time they have sex it is not tender nor lovey dovey it is feral bc neither of them want the bond and they have sex just to “dull the craving” (but it just makes it WORSE haha). Honestly might do something like those “4 times something then 1 time” fics bc I could do like four times their sex was “meaningless’ and the first time it wasn’t 🥺

I’m really open to ideas, I’m going to make a post later about how I want to post fics but I want to post a lot of drabbles (so less than 1k slice of life kinda) so I will gladly take drabble requests (just mention it’s a request so I don’t think we’re just chatting about gingerfucker lmao)

While today is the last day of gingerfucker week, I have a couple drabble requests I likely won’t finish today but I will be working on them intermittently

I would also like to thank everyone who has read and engaged and sent asks about gingerfucker. I uploaded my first gf fic in March as part of an attempt to branch outside of writing nothing but fluff all the time. It very quickly evolved and took shape and it wouldn’t be the world that it is without every anon who poured their love for this story into my inbox.

If you have been following me for a while you know this year has been difficult for me and full of grief and heartache and gingerfucker has been an incredible bright spot I am so grateful for. Nobody gets anywhere alone and I never would have expanded this series as much as I have without all of you 💕
