Descendants of Suiga from the Wolf Arc named Kawauso (top) and Mizuho (bottom), and are expert swimmers like Suiga was. I imagine they were born either in the GDW or GDWO era, haven't decided yet

Anyway brought back an old Ginga OC of mine named Sumire and she is Hougen's daughter. Since Hougen and Genba were canonically raised + abused by a cruel dog breeder, she's the product of Hougen and a random female forced to breed with him.

Sumire absolutely hates her cruel deceased father from everything she's heard about him, and since so many Ohu soldiers were extremely wary of her for being Hougen's offspring she spent much of her life wandering outside Futago Pass as a stray. At least until she eventually and gradually finds a home in the Ohu army with help from Weed's daughter Iris from my AU (also one of my Sirius replacement OC's), whom I previously talked about here and here
