I experimented a little bit with this one...I can already tell that flourishes aren't really my thing, so I decided to replace them with elements from the Braille alphabet, (which is so cool btw!). This is again a bit of a dark piece...Hopefully the last one I'm gonna make for a while, but I just needed to express some of the negativity I've been feeling. I go through so many different emotional states in a single DAY that I don't even know how my mind hasn't exploded yet. In one moment, I'm happy, grateful and content; in the next, I want to punch a wall or hide under the sheets. Anyone else feel like that? This is such an important lesson for me. If I wrote a list of all the things that I started and never finished, I could probably fill all of my empty diaries, planners and organizers that I've bought over the years, not to mention hundreds of books, projects and hobbies that I pursued for exactly a month. I thought this little hobby of mine was on its way to join all my other rejects, but I'm happy to say that three years in, it's still going (with some breaks 😊). Today we celebrate St George's day in Bulgaria and in many other places around the world! It's an extra special day for my family because it's my mom's name day. We are going to sit down for a Viber lunch in a bit and it just makes me even more grateful to have our little family together. For this piece I wanted to do something special using some colored pencils for the first time. I know the layout and everything isn't perfect, but I just needed a reminder on our wall that nothing is more important than family, especially today! Честит Гергьовден на всички българи! Нека Св.
