on monday i got a massive migraine during lunch. yesterday i got a massive migraine in the evening, took some meds and was in home office today because i was so groggy in the morning. now i am feeling another migraine creeping up, just when i am about to leave for fencing

whyyyyyyyyyy is this happening?! no obvious trigger, just out of no where

i used to have it like this all the time but since i moved my migraines have gotten so much better and less frequent. this is so frustrating i dont want to stay home in case it is not going to be too bad, but i also dont want to take meds now before i handle swords, and i dont want to risk a really bad attack either

i am annoyed AF

ggghhhhhh my mom wants me to start using the shower stool again because of heart stuff making me dizzy and shaky but ive been so proud of how i was building my strength up over the past few years and showers were where i'd get a lot of my standing time in and just... augh i know it's dumb but i feel like some kind of failure for getting weaker and more frail again

I was the same way about tasks. I don't know if this will work for you but I took a step back (in the most perilous time in my life like when it felt impossible to take a step back) and slowed down. It's like a Chinese finger trap the more you pull/try the harder it'll be for you to get it done. Something happens in your brain when you give yourself time to think, better ways to do things that are unique and specific to your situation that others may not understand --these ideas and thoughts that fix and make everything more productive come to you when you're washing the dishes, petting your cat, fixing the door hinge. Idk but if you think about it coming to you or try to chase after it won't come like a butterfly --you get what you want when you don't want or need it anymore ig. Good luck to you 💓

yeah I get it, I'm just under so much fucking pressure to do everything Now and if I'm not making Super Quick Visible Progress my mother gets on my ass about how I'm not doing anything with my life. and it's kind of hellish. I TRY to take a step back as often as I can, but man . I can't help but feel SO FUCKING GUILTY about it when I do because I'm under all this pressure to just go go go get somewhere RIGHT NOW

Chapter 6: Fusing the Blue God Devil Fruit

“Ggghhhhhh Ggghhhhhh” was all that was heard as the red haired Yonkuo lay suspended in the air, body convulsing from the  electric shocks coming from Kaido and Blackbeard. His Jaw open and soundless screams are torn from his lips over and over again. After about 5 continuous minutes of this, it finally stopped and his body slumped forward lifeless. “Check for a pulse and see if he’s still alive, the God Fruits just arrived” said Flamingo in an irritated mood. 

“He has a pulse Dofy, It’s scarce but it's there” said Kaido before he heard a faint wheeze and shuddering breath came from the Red Haired Yonko. “Excellent then let’s begin the operation, shall we?” said Flamingo, opening the chest containing the Blue God Devil Fruit and placing it on the table next to the bench they were currently strapping Shanks onto. “Nnggghhhh” weakly moaned out Shanks as they strapped him down spread eagle. Blood running down his face and out of all the lacerations all over his body. I must have been wearing these shorts the whole time. Who changed me when I got here??? Wondered Shanks.

“This is going to be fun and exciting” exclaimed Blackbeard, “I get to watch you get torn to shreds by two God Devil Fruits Bahahahahaha”. Kaido handed the fruit over to Flamingo who looked Shanks in the eyes as he started to infuse it into his chest. Blood curdling screams were immediately racked from the Red Haired Yonko as his body started flaring about. Scream after scream was ripped from his throat as everyone laughed and walked out of the room to watch the cameras. 

They added the Purple on the next day and for the remainder of the time until he is saved he is screaming in pain. All that is heard across the island were the Red Haired Yonko’s blood curdling screams. “HAHAHAHA” bellowed the group as they laughed watching the Yonko being ripped apart. Laceration and blood sprayed from everywhere and his eyes were rolled in the back of his head while his head was thrown back
