Chapter 13 was amazing chef kiss!

The hold house tour just piss me off! I was like how can you be so evil to someone. He was like here where rises our kids as he said nonchalant to the woman he gaslight for 2 years and few months ago said he loves his mistress more than his wife and would do anything for her. It piss me more off with everything he did to y/n in the story! The wedding day when fuck iris minute before marrying y/n, The honeymoon and everything else etc. Never forget people! 👏

As for iris I wonder if she save face. She might not love Rin as much as he loves her but still love him nonetheless it must have hurt to someone who claims to be crazy about you and loves you and will do anything to be with you. Only for them to put more effort in their fake relationship with someone who they claim they don’t love.

I mean Rin thought about everything when he bought the house, the location, the number of rooms and how many kids they would have etc meanwhile with iris The hold reason he married y/n in the first place and did all this for but doesn’t know his supposed love preference perfume choice of perfume smells which is vanilla. He seems to nothing about iris or have any plan together once his plan is successful. Iris just get to be his concubine while y/n his fake lover get everything! She get to be his literal wife, get the power and respect as the next queen of the crown prince, having his children’s the heirs to the throne etc.

Rin doesn’t seem to have any plans with iris or their future together.

I wonder if he changed his mind again once he learned that iris is pregnant with his baby. I wouldn’t put it past him. One minute he likes I care about you y/n to I love iris she my entire world I do anything for us to be together even it hurts some people along the way I don’t care.

As for Rin redemption arc I am glad it not happened! Especially since we definitely know now he and iris were having unprotected sex! He could have given y/n a disease of something! With that type of carelessness.

Quick theory unless iris plan this as a last ditch effort to keep Rin and make him rethink his choice like you really throw me and our baby away, does our entire history mean nothing to you🥺

oooh i get that, the house scene was uncomfortable for a bunch of readers as well! for iris though, i wouldn’t say she’s really hurt, or would be hurt to see that rin was now putting effort in the reader. maybe in the previous chapters she would’ve been put off by it, but after the recent events, she’d much prefer rin to frolic around with the reader 👁 but yes you’re right! he claims to be doing everything for iris, and how he loves her so much, but can’t even remember what perfume she’s wearing lmaooo.

as for rin redemption arc, we’ll understand everything about his actions when we reach the end of the story ;) it may seem impossible, and he will be hard to understand, but i promise it’ll make sense eventually. again, thank you so much! i’m so glad you liked the latest chapter and we’ll see what the characters are really thinking soon 👁

Louis is struggling to maintain 2.5m monthly Spotify listeners so he clearly isn't attracting any new fans. His stans thought that his festival performances would open him up to a new audience but his performances are lacklustre and very reliant on 1d songs so that's not working either. His tour was very far from sold out and there were so many complaints about his laziness and over reliance on his backing band. He refuses to address his drink problem and looks as if he's on the brink of collapse a lot of the time.

Given all this, I can't see how he'll maintain his career beyond Lt3 and one more tour. It's just not happening.

Reading your transition from fan to critic of Taylor is basically how I feel. I became a fan of her in 2017 right before reputation came out. I somehow missed how “hated” she was. I really didn’t pay much attention to her beforehand other than knowing her hits. Her earlier albums were not my music taste (I did listen to Red TV and loved it though, aside from a few songs I’m sure you can guess lol). And even reputation I didn’t love right away. It took me some time and then I heard All Too Well and really started appreciating her songwriting.

Since then I have really enjoyed her music, absolutely love folklore and evermore, and saw her in public but she never felt like a huge popstar with how she lived her everyday life which I really respected. Flash forward to now…I think a lot of us who became fans around 2016 are struggling the most to remain fans. The way she has acted publicly since the breakup has really turned me off. It’s giving mean, popular girl in high school. I thought if anyone would not get the ex treatment it would be Joe. While she hasn’t said much about it, other than You’re Losing Me which sounds like a very normal song to articulate problems in a long term relationship, her actions have spoken volumes. I can’t even talk about the Matty Healy thing lol I knew at that point I would look at her differently forever. Which is very dramatic but sounds fitting when we are discussing Taylor.

The way fans are treating Joe now is disgusting and spews immaturity. I really don’t know how he stays quiet. He must have a great support system. I would love to see some spiteful behavior with some PDA with someone but he’s better than I am haha While I don’t think Travis is a bad guy, I think a lot of us can see the writing on the wall that this scenario doesn’t seem to have a lot of foundation to be a long-lasting relationship. She has not healed and wants to avoid her feelings and keeps jumping into situations where she can distract herself because she thought Joe was the one. And now she’s embarrassed. So the only way she can sing these songs about her love for him on tour is if the public thinks she doesn’t care and is over it. Totally get that but come on girl we have all been there and see through it lol The sympathy for her gets older along with her. Anti Hero seemed to show that she got it but then she refuses to break that pattern. All I know is if I’ve ever seen anyone needing a therapist it is her lol

first, i would like to thank all my fans and supporters who have shown this girl nothing but love and support since the beginning and have always supported the relationship i have with her. however, i have been appalled by the levels of disrespect and harassment she has received since rumours of our relationship began to circulate. this breaks my heart to see such levels of abuse being directed at the girl i love, seeing people accuse her of being someone she is not and making horrible assumptions about our relationship. i am very happy in this relationship, possibly the happiest i have ever been. i want to express the importance of spreading positivity on platforms like this and also make people aware of the damaging effects that negativity can do to a person. i have witnessed the love of my life go through it and nothing was more painful to watch than her suffering every day due to the enormous amount of hate sent her way. it's time to stop.

Ok... Story time.

I love cinema and I'm passionate about it, but I also love theatre.

I even took a drama class at my school and another one privately for little while, before COVID decided to come and ruin my adolescence.

Now, I hadn't had the pleasure to see him on stage, I saw him on screen, in movies, and a few pieces of some of his plays.

I mean, how could anyone act badly with him on stage?

Even I could perform an "Oscar performance" while acting with him...

I mean, his so expressive while acting that it seems totally real... It would come natural to anyone answer like something real.

Sometimes theatre tend to exaggerate things, in order to get the audience to understand what is going on, but he has the ability to be extremely communicative without removing reality from the performance.

I love it.

Louis being shocked and unprepared for the end of 1D is Louis being dishonest and spinning a story for his fans. They enjoy imagining that Harry waltzed in one day, said he was going solo, and fuck you guys, by the way. Louis leans into that narrative without explicitly saying it.

Can you imagine them never talking about the end? 1D stans think of them as “the boys” but by that stage they were young men working in the pop music business, endless meetings and branding strategies and media training. They were professionals, no matter how much they messed about on stage. They answered questions about it in interviews. They talked about it in their film! By the time the hiatus/break-up was broached, their ticket sales were not as good, they were on a downward trajectory. Did they simply never talk about that? How to go forward? Whether to go forward?

I believe that Louis never thought of being a solo artist. Him saying that actually gives an insight into the songwriting lie: if he truly had been such a talented songwriter, he would quite naturally have been thinking about what he could do with the songs he was writing. The band wasn’t exactly the place for the sound he preferred, he was frustrated by that, so it would have been the obvious direction for him as an artist to take. But in reality, he had nothing to take forward as a solo artist. He is not an artist.

“I was so obsessed with us moving as a unit and being part of this team”. Hmmmm. Unit/team. This is a line written to emphasise Louis’ dedication to the band. But think of all the ways in which he actually sabotaged the group dynamic. There’s everything we see in interviews: spiteful comments at other people’s answers, distracting people when others are talking. The endless smoking: that’s not contributing to the band, is it? Bullying the staff and laughing about it on tv. Stealing things. Where was the team spirit when he was sleeping out in the tour bus? We have heard how he pissed people off, songwriters, producers. We can see his bad attitude to people (the way he talked to Paul Roberts, the choreographer, in one of their films - shocking). Currently he has no collaborators, no industry friends, and he has to run a competition to get bands to open for him on tour. That is not a team player.

I don’t think Louis is stupid, but I think he thinks his fans are stupid. I think he’s got an unfortunate personality: the type that tears people down and calls it straight-talking, then says he’s joking and people shouldn’t be so sensitive. I think he knows fine he has no talent and no charm, and he goes for this ‘I was clueless and devoted to 1D’ narrative in order to get the fans to feel sorry for him. I think if 1D were all open about it, we’d hear that life in the band was very much about managing Louis’ bad energy and that his bullying personality had an effect on all of them. Honestly, good riddance to 1D, and I hope they never re-form even for one minute. I don’t want Louis to have the satisfaction! (I think we’re safe, though.)

👏👏👏👏 I knew Harry was miserable and frustrated that last year in 1d, but didn't realise the extent until I saw how light and happy he was as a soloist.

Matthew scene by scene in  season 3

Episode 4 Scene 4 - I made a promise

If you haven’t read these before don’t expect any other character arcs - forget it.  Matthew all the way here. AND this is distinctly ‘shallow end’ stuff that is not to be taken too seriously.

SPOILERS if you haven’t seen episode 4!  

Matthew is lurking about in the woods wearing rather a fine looking coat.  

I dunno about you but when I go out to walk in the woods I put on wellies and an old hoodie. Not this vamp tho’.  He is ‘runway ready’ at all times with his red silk lined coat. 

Baldie II turns up to meet Matthew and he’s on the offensive straight away.  Blimey this family - no ‘Hi how are you. Nice to see you again’ .  No it’s straight into ‘why haven’t you killed your stepson yet?!’  

Baldie II thinks Matthew is ducking his responsibilities and being the boss of his own gang won’t get him out of his obligations to stamp out blood rage and keep his family in order. 

Matthew brings out the big guns and plays the Philippe card.  

Matthew reckons that Philippe would understand the need for change - to control blood rage rather than eradicate it.  I think Matthew is right.  Philippe saw that Matthew had controlled his rage - that it could be done.  He advised Jack to wait for Matthew to help him control his rage.  So yes I think Philippe had changed his mind.  BUT - the big problem is that Philippe isn’t here now to explain that to Baldie II.  

Instead Baldie II quotes the rules - he could take Sept Tours and all Matthew’s assets and cast him out.  

Matthew is like whatever - “I have everything I need.”  

Baldie II is amazed that Matthew would turn his back on his family “for a witch who has 50 years left of her life, at best?  And when she’s no longer here?”  Ouch.  Low blow.  Mortality shaming.   

But Matthew takes his marriage vows seriously.  He promised those vows in front of Philippe and he’s not gonna let her down  So 👏 Matthew.  

And then we see a softening of Baldie II when he asks about what it was like seeing Philippe again.  Is there a tiny touch of jealousy there?  

 “As you’d expect.”  

But Baldie II is not shifting.  He can’t agree the Scion and he won’t respect Matthew’s decision.  “No. I cannot.”

Oh crap.   But was it ever gonna be different?  Can you imagine Baldie II saying - yes bro.  Go with my blessing.  Never gonna happen unless Matthew sets Diana on his bro.  

Baldie II does his mic drop exit and as Matthew walks away 🎶Fernando🎶 rings with the news that Diana is in labour.
