honestly learning basic knife sharpening has been a big help for me
#sasha speaks#physically and emotionally#get yourself a set of crock sticks and a honing steel today tbh#i rarely have to touch a stone anymore#this is Mostly about my reed knives since they are literally impossible to use well if they aren't properly sharp#but i've been able to bring a decent edge back to the shitty dull old knives i took from home when i went to uni#i can actually cut tomatoes again without worrying about slipping and slicing my finger open! a win
