Gerudo Gems
Chapter 1: Interview
Zelda wakes up startled that the sun is coming in through the gaps in her blinds. Panic sets in; her alarm didn’t go off and she is going to be late for the big day. “Not today!” she screams internally knowing that the interview is today. Like a tornado, she flies through her apartment at break neck speed getting ready for the day. She even forgoes most of her make-up to save precious minutes to make. Rushing out the door, she decides to take the stairs instead of fighting for the elevator.
Once outside, real panic sets in. “How am I going to get to the building in time?!” She is about to hyperventilate when she notices a black limo waiting outside with a familiar face opening the rear door.
“How did I know?” the tall woman rolls her eyes and smiles at Zelda.
Zelda is about to get mad for Impa being right and a little sassy; but, she is to relieve to be any other than happy right now. “Thank you Impa!” is all she can blurt out before running into the back of the limo. It only takes a few moments before Impa is making the limo fly through the tight streets of New York. She has lived there long enough to know all the shortcuts and how to drive with all of the other traffic. It is like the limo is dancing between the other cars at points.
They are almost there when Zelda speaks again. “I hope my father didn’t set you up to do this.”
Impa smiles and looks at her in the rearview mirror. “Not at all. I just knew.” This statement makes Zelda’s face turn a hue redder in embracement. It is only a few moments longer than they arrived at the front of the interview location. The building is massive, at least 80 stories tall. Clad in glass and gilded with accents of gold. “GG” in fancy script adorns the awning above the massive guarded doors. Zelda rushes out, forgetting to say good bye to Impa but she knows that she will apologize for it later. She approaches the doormen and they open the doors for her without question.
Inside the building, the panic sets back in as she tries to locate the elevators knowing her interview is at the 78th floor. After asking the front desk and pointed into the right direction, she arrives at the 3 elevators that go to the top. Two of the elevators state floors above 50, while the middle one is just about to close. Slamming her hand into the closing doors, Zelda makes it just in time.
“I am sorry to barge in like that but I am going to be late. Please forgive me.” When she looks up, she goes white realizing who she is in the elevator with. It is Ganondorf Dragmire, the founder and CEO of Gerudo Gems. He is a giant, well over 8 feet tall, if not 9 feet tall, with a very stern looking resting face. Wearing a navy pin stripe suit, his stare isn’t even blocked behind his glasses. Finally, just like the rest of his look, his crimson hair is perfectly in place with a braid that goes down half way down his back.
As Zelda is staring, she notices Ganondorf’s mouth moving. She swears he is speaking but she can’t hear anything over her internal panic. Noticing he is pointing towards the elevator buttons; she realizes he is asking her what floor. She can barely blurt out “78” and then goes back to panicking. The large man presses the button and the doors close. The ride feels like an eternity as it begins moving. Every ding of the floor going by is reminding Zelda how long she has been standing next to the man. Forgetting to breath, she is feeling more and more faint until the door finally opens on her floor.
Urbosa, standing next to her office door, looks up when she hears the elevator opening. Her normally very stoic, cool completion changes rapidly to panic when she notices a young lady, who she presumes is her interviewee, is standing next to Ganondorf. The CEO places a hand on the door to hold it open for the young lady and she barrels out of there. Once the doors close behind her, she gasps for air as she is holding her chest trying to relax after that ordeal.
Zelda suddenly has a hand or her back and looks up to see Urbosa Naboris trying to comfort her. She is intimating in stature but her face is very calming and loving, almost motherly, to Zelda. “I am sorry you had to deal with him, I usually wait a few weeks to introduce anyone to Ganon, but I guess you got to meet him a little early.” She helps Zelda walks to her office, sits her down, and hands her a glass of water. “How did you end up in the elevator together?”
Zelda lowers the glass from her face and speaks meekly “I’m sorry Ms. Naboris. I was running late so I went into the first elevator I saw.”
“Not many would survive an elevator encounter with him let alone willing go into the one he is riding.” Urbosa states as if it is common knowledge in the business.
“I didn’t know he was there. Luckily, he didn’t really do or say anything, just asked what floor I was on and held the door for me when I got off.” she stares at the floor, thinking back to the encounter.
“He pushed the button for you? He doesn’t even do that for me!” Urbosa’s tone sounds annoyed. “I can’t believe that…. He must like you or something.” She sighs. “Sorry to be abrupt, but let’s get on with the interview, I have a tight schedule today. Do you have a copy of your resume?”
Zelda nods and reaches into her bag only to go pale when her hand grazes the bottom. As she is feeling around again, she remembers that she left her resume by her apartment door. “I…..I….. I don’t…..I am so sorry. I forgot it at home.” Panic starts to set in again but when Zelda looks up, she doesn’t see disappointment or angry. She sees a calming demeanor as Urbosa looks at her computer screen.
“Not the biggest deal in the world. I have a copy from HR right here. I just like to see if you are prepared or not.” She turns to look at Zelda and her tone changes. “Normally this would immediately disqualify you.” Zelda clenches her bag straps and is about to cry. “But…” her tone goes back to that calm, almost motherly, tone again. “Not many would stand a chance next to Ganon or even getting in the same elevator with him. I’ll admit it here right on the spot. I know you are qualified but I am also interested. Ganon saw something I didn’t, and I curious to what. His choices are never questioned and if he acted like that around you, there must be something special.”
“I got the job?!” Zelda practically screams.
Urbosa gets up. “Yes, and you start tomorrow.” She puts her hand out to, what Zelda assumes, is to shake her hand. In reality, it turns into a hug. “Please get some rest and come tomorrow better prepared. I will email you a list everything you will need.” Zelda thanks her profusely as she heads out and heads towards the elevator. “Oh, Zelda.” Zelda turns around. “Do be careful about which elevator you go on from now on.”

Don’t mind me I’m just still in my Ganon 🤝 Din camp
look at this perfect match
#I LOVE that they gave it Gan’s oot palette 😭#Not just because I’m biased and this is one of my favorite color schemes but also because I’m a Din+Gan baby#And I KNOW they based the lightning on the fact that gan was a lightning user but they took that aWAY FROM HIM in the wilds era 😭😭😭#They even took away his topaz !!! Canonically his most favorite gem !!!#And I’ve already yelled at friends but nothing is more rude than having Farosh — the one classically associated with greenery and forests —#patrolling over the desert I can’t dmndndnd#Back in the day the Gerudo weren’t magic users at all it’s just that Ganondorf was an evil sorcerer raised by witches you see#it was the 90s and Sabrina the Teenaged Witch was a little blonde white girl so her situation was quirky and fun but Gan’s was evil ykwim#funny enough Sabrina predates Zelda ! The comics came out in 1962!#Gan and twinrova is sabrina the teenage witch fic in my head forever now lmao

actually, this one might be my favorite
its so well put together and i like its structure, not too noisy, not too simple and a little more practical (though it looks a little warm for the desert .. would have been interesting to have the ancient gerudo live in the highlands) i like how the shoulder and arm armor look alot like the voe armor from botw (the pants too .... but the shoes idk, if those are metal AND open theres no wonder hes grumpy if hes got sand in his probably sweaty metal shoes all the time) with the long sleve and fur making him more distinct and regal looking- and while the beard is a little unusal for ganondorf i honestly think it could have worked, he looks very different from his other designs AND connecting more to the gerudo of this era and i like that
but i cant be mad they didnt go for it bc then i would have been even more frustrated that he was written so damn flat in the game and ... what game he was in in general :I
you know im unable to shut up when i have any opinion on zelda (though i try and have thus far succeeded at not commenting on any other concept from the darn book)- i find most totk ganondorf concept art worse than what we got to insulting even (of those i have seen) ..... this one though
much more the one in the background than the one up front, still at least he has the collar and the weapon we saw in the first trailer of things that never happen in the end (like so much else)
#ganondoodles talks#zelda#the eye catcher color repetition is one of the few drawing rules i have and its used here so well with his hair color-#appearing again in nails and gerudo symbol#drawing your eye to it while not being too big or drowned out in other color abd his hair still being the most of that color#ALSO his forehead gem is like an eyeball????#what the hell happened to this story#also is that a little grey in his hair? >u>#WHY is the grey though#at least not mint green like in canon totk official art#but man#you just need to slide a little into color and it would be so much better#im sorry but i think canon totk gan is the most boring of all (though my least fav will always be hyrule warriors gan- horrible colors wtf)#both in how hes written and 'used' in the 'story' and how he looks#cant deny theres a little bit of annoyance influencing that though#bc of the amount of people that went “oh no they made him hot!!!” when he was revealed#he always has been!!!!!!#do you need to see shrink wrapped muscles to think someone is hot???#cowards!#its as if you said oh no they made kashiwa (kass) hot! bc they took off his lil leather armor he wears or something#to reveal a weirdly defined sixpack on a feathered thick birds body

an older piece i made of zelink wedding outfit!
"A luxurious headpiece sold at Gerudo jewelry shops. It's decorated with a diamond, the most precious gem one can find in Hyrule. its signature sparkle has charmed Hyruleans for generations.
i gave the wedding designs an upgrade. since Zelda has her sacred light power, i think diamonds would be the official gemstone they feature at their wedding. the rings are inversions of one another. Link’s showing the front of the circlet, Zelda’s featuring the back.

The ropes around your wrists behind your back and ankles were more than enough for you to already understand your error, but your position only solidified it.
You lay spread along the knees of the Great Demon King, your body bare with the air gently caressing your skin. The king’s menacing aura practically summoned goosebumps to your skin, nearly visible for him to see. You didn’t dare to move, to speak. You didn’t even dare to meet his gaze. You feared even a small sound would induce his next action, but there would be no need, for it wouldn’t be you that caused him to move, but rather his own actions.
His large hand found your back. Specifically, his fingertips. They slowly traced along your spine, eliciting shudders from your body. A shaky breath left your mouth, and his actions repeated, his fingers now trailing upward. It was teasing, tormenting. Hell, it was even a bit embarrassing. Though one would understand such feelings if they too were naked and at the mercy of the Gerudo King.
“I’m surprised…” His low voice rang through the air, knocking out the silence. It seemed louder than it was due to how quiet things had been that it caused you to jolt lightly. “I figured by now you would be begging me for mercy, pleading to release you.”
Do you dare speak? Could you even speak? Would you only embarrass yourself further by how you sounded, explaining yourself to him?
“Tell me…do you understand why you’re in this position?”
He opened the floor for you to speak, putting the spotlight on you now. Swallowing your fear, your mouth opened, but sound refused to come out. At least at first. It took you a moment, but soon, a voice sounded. For a moment you didn’t recognize it as your own.
“I…I was c-caught…stealing…”
“How deplorable…But who exactly were you stealing from?”
It was a confession of crime, a force of guilt. He wanted to drive it into you, for you to understand the crime you committed.
“I-I stole…from the Great Demon King…f-from Ganon…”
“And what a bold crime…Sneaking into my treasury to take whatever your filthy Hylian hands could touch. But you fumbled, your nerves got the better of you and you only managed to take a singular Red Rupee.”
Before your face, Ganon revealed the very gem you attempted to sneak off with. If your nerves hadn’t gotten the better of you, you would have taken more. You finally forced your gaze away from the offending gem, not ready to meet the fate that awaited you.
“Such a crime deserves punishment, don’t you think? And I can’t think of a more befitting punishment than…”
Slap!
Your head shot up upon the impact, a wince of pain leaving you from gritted teeth as Ganon’s hand had whipped down, making firm contact with one of your ass cheeks. Your body trembled and your face flushed a deep shade of pink once it all started to connect.
“Do you get it now?” His voice was mocking, a tone that seemed to make you question what you did and didn’t understand. “One for every rupee stolen.”
“B-But I—!”
That attempted rebuttal earned you a firm hand over your mouth. Ganon effectively silenced you as he forced your head and body up to look at him. You had almost forgotten the size difference between the two of you, and now you felt like a mere mouse to his large stature.
“I did not give you permission to argue,” he stated with a glare. “You simply answer. ‘Yes, Sir.’ ‘No, Sir.’ In my presence, you are compliant. Do I make myself clear?”
Taking a shuddering breath in through your nose, you nodded with what room you had, understanding. Having your obedience, Ganon released you, letting you fall back to his lap.
“Now…starting with this next one, I want you to count for me. Understand that for every one I give you, you could have spent a year in the cellars for your sticky fingers.”
Slap! “Two!”
The pain was tolerable at the start. The first one was like a warning, but these were like a build up, each one getting firmer, rougher, harder.
Slap! “S-Seven!”
Your fingers would spread, clench into fists, spread again, all trying to fight the pain that was building with each impact, to fight the…pleasure?
Slap! “Ten!”
Your voice squeaked, from pain and desire. You couldn’t understand why, but as he continued, your cock would ache with every impact onward. Your hips slowly grinding against his leg
Slap! “Th…Thirt-teen…~!”
You were almost done. You were so close to being done, but the change in your voice…Ganon himself nearly faltered as he carried on. Your ass was growing redder by each slap, your legs trembling against the king’s body, and, embarrassingly, your cock grew hard, your body feeding into self betraying desires.
Slap! “S…Six…teen…~”
Slap! “S-Seven…teen…!”
Three more, just three more.
“Do you regret your crime, Hylian?” It was the first time Ganon spoke since starting, his own voice almost sounding…airy.
“Y-Yes, sir,” you breathed, but deep down, that was a lie. You secretly enjoyed the rush this gave you, the new exhilarating bliss that washed over your body. For a moment, you thought that if you weren’t counting, you be moaning more and more with every action, nearly losing yourself.
“Are you sure?” Before he continued with the punishment, his fingers pressed between your clenched thighs and found your erect cock pulsing against him, gently brushing the underside of it to the tip, where white pearled at the tip before having dribbled down against his skin. “Because I think some naughty Hylian is enjoying himself…~”
His fingers left you whimpering, your legs trying to shut his hand out but to no avail. “N-No, Sir…” Withdrawing his hand, Ganon returned it to your ass, gripping it instead of slapping it, causing you to mewl out. Your head hung, and your body lightly writhed.
“What a liar you are…~ But…perhaps we can come to an arrangement. If you can withstand the last three spankings of your punishment, I’ll allow you something nice…~”
You began to wonder what he meant by that, considering your mind was starting to become a foggy mess, but it almost instantly became clear when his hand came down to a rougher, more intense impact, causing you to cry out more audibly as your counting continued. “E-Eighteen!!”
Just two more, only two more.
SLAP!! “N-Nineteen!!”
One more…one more.
The pain of the final impact was unlike the rest. It was sharp, rough, and left you nearly screaming, but that may only be due to the others he had given you earlier. It may not have hurt so much if it weren’t for the rest, but now, you could breathe easy as it was finally over with. “T-Twen…ty…”
Your body fell limp against his lap, both overjoyed and disappointed that it was over. As you gathered your bearings, you could feel Ganon shift around before grabbing onto you and moving you around like a doll. You steadied yourself, finding your view now the room instead of the floor. Realizing your change of scenery, you gently writhed against his grip, almost growing flustered at the thought of him being able to move you around so easily.
“Ah, sit still now,” he breathed, adjusting you once more. “I just need to…”
Before he needed to finish, you felt something prod your hole from behind. You froze, breath hitching in your throat as you realized what he was doing. Before you could say anything, Ganon slid himself inside, the both of you either groaning or squeaking with delight as the two of you joined in flesh.
Neither of you wasted a second. The moment Ganon began to thrust into you, you rocked your hips with whatever room you had. The desire soon overtook you, and you opened you mind and body to the king, losing yourself to the ecstasy that awaited you. Your cock bounced as Ganon moved you against his thrusts, using you like a toy. The feeling, the friction, all sent you into a spiraling mess of desire and lust, and your mind lost all sense of the current world. Ganon didn’t let this go unnoticed either.
“I-Is this what you wanted this whole time?” he breathed, his fingers gripping into your flesh to keep you in rhythm with his movements. “T-To be used as the King’s toy? To be filled with my great cock?”
Your breathing mixed with your moans as you responded. “Y-Yes! Y-Yes, Sir!”
At that point, your little schemes caught up with you. Really, the theft was all a farce. The real goal was the King himself, not his loot. You had been infatuated with the King for some time that this was all you wanted: to be stuffed by the almighty King of Gerudos.
“Such a devious little one…~” he breathed a smirk growing on his lips as his actions quickened. “Then I’ll make sure…you’re thoroughly spent~”
It felt delightful to be at the mercy of the king, to have him move your body as if it were not your own. All you could do was enjoy the pleasure that came with it, the lustful friction of his cock deep inside of you as you both neared your end. Neither of you could wait any longer, and you two released in a dance of sound, a collection of groans and grunts as your bodies gave way to this wave of relief. Gannon spilled into you the same time you spilled into the air, your body trembling from both sensations as your eyes rolled back, your vision fading for the moment.
The next thing you realized was being wrapped up in a blanket, Ganon holding you gently as you both lay in his bed. You don’t remember getting in bed, but you weren’t complaining, seeing as you were all snuggled up to your lover.
“Well? Did that play into your fantasies as desired, dear?” Ganon teased, brushing a stray strand of hair from your face.
“Mm, very much so,” you replied, gazing up at him with a small smile. “I hope you enjoyed it all the same.”
“Oh trust me, darling. It was thoroughly enjoyable~.” The King pulled you in close in a loving, protective embrace. “Perhaps we could do it again sometime~”

You should be able to make the light bow in totk out of the parts of the light dragon, it was the perfect opportunity and it’s usually a staple of the final battle/ fighting alongside Zelda, specifically against ganon/ganondorf
But at least that gives me a reason to design it myself lol
#yes it’s based on the Gerudo bow#I feel like they have some of the best experience with working with gems and metals and I already love the shape of it#so integrating light dragon bits was easy#wip#sketch

Imagine what yandere Chain would be like with a yiga darling that comes from Wilds Hyrule. Legend learns that Ravio tried to steal from the yiga in Wilds Hyrule and obviously got caught. The Chain travels through the perilous Geurdo Desert to save him. After disarming every yiga in the base, they find that they missed one. Ravio is flirting with this Yiga Clan member—wait, Ravio is flirting with them?
Ravio calls dibs on yiga darling. He is the one who found them first, after all. Sure, he snuck in to steal all of the precious gems, weapons, and other things the clan had hoarded over the years. He was blessed to find something much more valuable. You wouldn't be able to understand that he is a darling. Years of training under Sooga have sharpened your mind and hardened your heart. You just don't have the emotional intelligence to understand how devoted he truly is to you. He didn't realize it at first. It's just your dominance. You know how to put him in his place if he starts being too touchy or perverted around you. Does it stop him? No. It entices him. Like a rabbit to its treasured carrot. He just wants to eat you up.
Time is the one that convinces the group to take you in for interrogation. Which evolves into you being held hostage by a bunch of love-sick heroes that were chosen by the goddesses you swore against. Time treats you like a child, and it infuriates you. He is always giving you advice and besting you in sparring. That's his way of courting you and showing you that you need him. He'd be the perfect husband for you. He could protect you if any yiga from any version of Hyrule tried to come after you. He could make you feel good and be your protector. He's tired of having to protect everyone and lead them. He only wants to do that with you. How beautiful you would look between him and Malon. She already adores you as well, based on what Time has told her of you. He also has the Fierce Deity mask in his arsenal. He isn't afraid of getting the deity involved if it keeps you with him.
Twilight almost mimics Times yandere ways. He is also the only one Twilight will listen to when it comes to you. If Time wants time with you, then he gets it. Even if it is at the cost of him spending time with you. Which does make sense considering Time is his ancestor. He treats you like you are his younger sibling. He is always quick to lend a hand to you. He is always second to scold you after Time for your yiga ways. He always protects you when in his wolf form. Those platonic yandere brother tendencies develop into romantic partner feelings after you save his life. It was more of an accidental thing.
They were traveling through a version of Gerudo Desert when a Molduga appeared out from under them. They were all quick to fight back against the beast while trying to get you away from the battle.
They always do that, every time. They have contemplated crippling you just so you lose your soldier persona faster, as well as you being more dependent on them.
The Moldulga had thrown Twilight deep into the sands, and some stray Lizafolos had been attracted. He was injured and was about to be impaled when you saved him. That was the hottest thing he had ever seen. Your determination and reflexes made the wolf part of him howl. He could just feel himself falling that fast for you. After all, you can't hate the heroes that much if you saved one of them, right?
That means you must be madly in love with him.
Sky barely interacts with you. You just get a lot of stares and awkward moments with him. Something about you just makes his mind go blank and his heart begin to pound. It confuses him even more when he learns what a yiga is. He pours his obsessive feelings out when Fi is around. He constantly talks about you to them and fantasizes. Fi becomes interested and eventually approves of Sky's infatuation. They know it isn't healthy, but it just makes him so happy. They have to admit that they don't know a lot about relationships in the first place. So they'll help Sky by giving him things to talk about with you. The mastersword may just always accidentally end up in your care, so Fi can help Sky stalk you. Some of the others panic with the fact that Sky is fine with leaving the mastersword in your hands. What if you use it as a bargaining tool against them? Of course, Fi is there, but they side with Sky on all matters. So Fi could keep you from them. Good for Sky, bad for the rest of The Chain.
Legend hates how passive and strong you are. You just have this wall that he wants to break down so badly. You have done awful things, at least from what he has learned about the yiga. So what gives you the right to act so perfect all the time? He does his best to humiliate you in any way possible. He knows you hide your face behind that stupid mask all the time, so he either hides it or breaks it. If you get another one, he does the same thing again. This does present a bit of a problem when Four offers to make you new armor, one without yiga symbols. He inadvertently allowed the two of you to get closer. Goddesses, damn it all!
He just needs to break you down so he is able to find his way into your heart. What was once a passive interest in your lack of emotion became a convoluted infatuation with you. He will do anything to make you show any emotion on your features. Your expressions are like ambrosia from the Golden Three. He'll pick out your worst insecurities if he has to, put you in the most compromising positions, give you love potions, anything—he'll slaughter the entirety of the Yiga Clan if only to see the absolute myriad of emotions wildly strewn across your face.
It was Shadow who first introduced Fours obsession into the world. The Colors hadn't seen Shadow in forever. Yet, now he was here, playing mischievous pranks on you. The others never seemed to notice Shadow except for you and Four. He made himself only noticeable to the two or five of you, depending on how you look at it. The others could sense him, but they just shook off the odd feeling. You began to grow closer with him, and Four couldn't have that. All of The Colors were arguing about what to do about him. Vio was especially upset, and Four was teetering on the edge of constantly splitting. The only thing that calmed them down was when they shooed Shadow away and were near you. It's like the darker version of himself understood the feelings that were just beneath the surface. Shadow made sure they grew so that not only could he be infatuated with you, but Four as well. It was something so sick and twisted that all four of them couldn't fight it. They protected you from Shadow's influence when they should've been protecting you from themselves all along.
It turns into a game of The Colors looking to mark you in different ways. Sure, they work together, but one is more dominant than the others in Fours mind and body most days. With your Yiga training, you were able to understand what was happening pretty quickly—well, part of it. You knew Four and Shadow were somehow connected. You knew that he must have a disorder or a strange genetic mutation because of how his eye colors kept changing on the daily—sometimes hourly. It was not a perfect blend with you around. They were all so needy for some part of you. They craved just an ounce of your affection and love.
Legend and his dumb fuckery gave them the perfect opportunity. All of a sudden, every chance Four could, he would whisk you away. He says that it's just because he is making you a special set of armor and weapons. The others will be irked and grumble about it, but they know it's four the best. Even Time approves of the armor and weapons being made for you. Of course, there is a catch to this. There always is.
They're essentially baby-proofed with a magical enchantment made by Legend and Hyrule. If you try to use your weapons without one of their permissions, they'll be too heavy to use and rendered useless. If you refuse to take your armor off or use it in whatever way one of the Links deems inappropriate, it'll basically turn from armor into something that demobilizes and swaddles you. Don't try to argue against it. You're blessed by Hylia herself that they even let you have armor or weapons, period. That's only because they are incredibly paranoid about you being harmed in way hylianly possible.
Four will reveal his secrets to you one day. He just has to make sure that you can't run first.
Hyrule sees you as above him in many ways. He doesn't really see himself as the hero, but you seem to be confident in your yiga position. You are so competent and level-headed. Hyrule falls in love with yiga darling almost as fast as Ravio does. You are just so perfect in his eyes. Your rough edges seem to round when he heals you with his magic. Not to mention that your body is so plush and soft. He feels himself growing red from pointed ear to pointed ear anytime he has to get near your body. It's just so perfect. It's nothing like this. He's lanky, and because of his fairy genes, he just seems to be unable to put on a lot of muscle. You though? You look like you were crafted by Din herself.
You are closest to Wild, much to the others chargin. You are from his Hyrule, and you met the hero while he was on his quest to save it. He didn't kill you after he had disarmed you only a couple of years ago. He may have defeated Master Kohga, but you didn't have the heart to hate him after that. You go to him whenever you need a break from the others. You always choose him to watch you if the others are arguing over who gets to watch you during nightwatch. You always compliment his food, and you interact with him the most. Wild even had the gall to teach you Hylian sign!
So many of the other Links hold such great resentment towards him for that. That was such an intimate thing for you to learn. Wild isn't the smartest of the bunch. A different Link should have taught you that! Cal is the most envious of the fact that Wild got to teach it to you. He is only semi-verbal and uses a lot of sign to communicate with the others. Not as much as Wild, but still! That's why the others use his trauma against him a lot. They'll tell you all the negative things about Wild in an effort to put a wedge in your relationship with him. Hyrule will go as far as to poison your food, so you no longer trust him to cook your meals.
Sages yandere tendencies evolve from simple indifference in you traveling with them to aggressive in nature. Whenever he sees you, it's like a switch is flipped in his brain, and he suddenly becomes paranoid and fidgety. He has dealt with the Yiga Clan far too much. He wants to suppress these feelings. He wants to make them go away. So instead of just acting passive toward you, he acts aggressive. He's very much a more extreme version of a tsundere. He acts like he wants to murder you, which a part of him does just so he doesn't have to feel vulnerable ever again. The other part of him just wants to strip you of anything yiga, so you can be this defenseless little thing that he has to protect. He wants to make you feel as vulnerable as he feels around you.
Aged-up Wind is naturally smitten with you from the first time he lays eyes on you. You remind him of a pirate. You like to steal and battle, just like him. He's often butting into whatever conversation you are having with another Link. He is shameless about it as well. He'll take up all of your time and try to convince you to come back to his Hyrule. They're holding you here against your will. Having only one yandere Link to deal with is better than a dozen. You both could be rulers over the Great Sea. That's his secret fantasy; the rest of his brothers envying him for having you while you both get married and have a bunch of awe-inspiring offspring. That's how he'd stake his claim on you against the others.
Warriors sees you as a threat at first. He is always on edge and ready for you to attack. Eventually, his apprehension turns to curiosity, which evolves into being enamored with you. He agrees with the rest about you needing to be protected and to never be in battle again, but at the same time he is tempted. He is the one that allows you to train, as long as it's with him or under his supervision. He loves testing your abilities while training. He admires your physique and has to restrain himself from touching you. He just wants his hands to explore your body. You could do the same to him. You wouldn't mind; he's pretty sure you wouldn't mind. The fact that you are from the Yiga Clan only interests him more. There's so much knowledge about their battle tactics and customs that you are keeping from them. Wars mimics Legend in the way that he will break you down emotionally to learn more about you. Wars needs to know about where you came from because, in a way, he understands. He's dealt with the training, having to deal with royalty, and saving the world. You're a soldier, just like him. You must understand that on some level. He just feels this automatic connection. It's like he's found the one he's been looking for all his life. A lover in the guise of an enemy.
Cal is the last one to fall for you. He can't believe that yiga scum would cause so many versions of himself to fall in love. Until he sees the softer side of you, just for a moment. Then, you have him hooked. He starts to see you as a victim of them. You are just someone who needs to be reformed and protected. He devotes every second of his free time to teaching you how to be an individual, not just another yiga soldier. Perhaps his teaching includes having to get up close and personal with you. He has never kissed anyone before, but he'd be more than willing to practice with you. You know—to help you reform yourself.

ELLIE!! SO happy that totk finally released bc there's a chance you might hyperfixate and give me the yandere link content that sustains my life force. oh and uh, cuz we waited so long for this game too, of course!
prrrrr i really do love yan Link! so many potential avenues! i was replaying totk recently (bc i was so excited for it i literally blazed thru the whole gam 8 days after release LOL) and some gems really cropped up:
1. Link makes you a little dream house in Tarrey Town to keep you safe and to take advantage of your inherent housewifery. He's so feral you don't even think about leaving even when he's gone for long stretches of time, because you know he'll track you down and drag you back home because you're not the hero silly! :) you stay home :) where it's safe :)
2. Yiga clan member reader who is constantly being hunted down and "rehabilitated" by the Hylian hero. Which is incredibly frustrating to you because a.) ur trying to kill him and b.) the other yiga quickly lose respect for you/shun you when they find out you're practically Link's little playtoy. Especially when he goes x2 as feral on the other yiga in battle when you're around cause he's bricked up at the very sight of you, and you end up getting chewed out by Kohga for letting him hit it and just escape afterwards.
3. You work at one of the stables or the little inn at Hateno village and Link falls so hard for you he's downright creepy. He's constantly hanging around and bringing you gifts and stuff you didn't ask for but you can't just tell him to go away cause...he's the hero. So you kinda just have to deal with his awkward stare and the fumbled kisses he steals behind the barn and try not to hurt his feelings because what are you gonna do if the hero of time decides to quit saving Hyrule because he got rejected?
4. You're part of the Gerudo/live in Gerudo town and Link is undeterred in his attempts to woo you, even though he can't step foot in town or he'll get locked up. So he either dresses up in the vai outfit or just lies in wait for you to leave the city for one reason or another, and then ambushes you and follows you around like a weird little stalker until you love him. Bonus if he scares off another suitor or saves you from a Molduga or--my personal favourite--your sand seal gets spooked and takes you far out into the desert and strands you by accident, and you're forced to accept Link's help when he comes to save you. And now, you owe him.
5. Much like Link, you're a fellow adventurer/wanderer/merchant/etc. and bump into him out in the wild. Maybe you share a campfire for a night and swap stories, or you give him directions, or you just wave at him in passing, and now Link is completely obsessed with you. He stalks you through the wild areas of Hyrule and never lets any harm befall you, be it monsters or gloom pits or pools of malice or just general unluckiness, and while you don't realize it's him you slowly feel less and less alone when you're out in the field. You swear you can even feel some kind of warmth when you lay down in your tent to sleep, like someone's curled up right next to you....
6. Link kidnaps you and takes you to Hyrule castle where he forcibly makes you pretend to be a princess. He dresses you up in pretty gowns and kills all the monsters lurking around so you'll always be safe, and he acts like you're his damsel in distress that he's constantly saving even though you're just some farmer girl he picked up off the side of the road and fell in love with. You're the pretty princess, he's your loyal knight, and if he does a really good job at "saving" you, maybe you'll let him stay in your room for the night when he keeps watch...?

Geurdo Gems
Chapter 2: Frist Day
This morning has gone a lot better for Zelda. Woke up on time, got ready and left her apartment on time. No need for the private ride to work this time, she makes it on time to the office building. Now a new hirer, she goes through all of the boring HR requirements. Papers signed, contracts gone over, and a brand-new badge with her smiling, yet awkward, face on it.
Urbosa welcomes her assistant to her floor with a gentle hug. “How are you this morning? Haven’t encountered and giant red heads, have we?”
Zelda looks up and smiles nervously. “Much better today Ms. Naboris. And no, I haven’t seen him today. Thank goodness. I don’t know if I could manage that again.”
A gentle laugh comes out of the CFO “Understood. Now let’s get you started today. Normally someone else would show you what to do, but I like your attitude and with that Ganon situation, I’m not leaving you alone just yet. You never know if he would show his pretty face around here.” She goes around to the back of secretary desk. Showing her everything from the computer system, paper works that needs managed daily, and even the proper way to start a phone call. “And the last thing you need to know is this.” She presses an unmarked button on the phone. “This will ring my cell directly if you need anything. Emergencies, change of plans, or even arguments between employees which has happened on more than one occasion. The last one ended up with someone getting a black eye and a few ruffled feathers.” She laughs.
“Thank you, Ms. Naboris.” Zelda says while still trying to write down everything she has been taught.
Urbosa turns Zelda to face her. “Please, call me Urbosa. I don’t like to be called Ms. Naboris. It feels too formal. Now that you got the ropes. I have meetings and other odds and ends to take care of the for the rest of the day. If you need anything, I will be at my computer so just email me your questions. Got it?” the young lady just nods her head silently. “Good. Now you have a good first day.” Urbosa smiles as she heads into her officer and gently closes the massive doors.
The office is quiet for a few hours. This gives Zelda time to go over everything she has learned, take time to figure out the computers and check all of her emails from HR. Her tunnel vision is in full effect so she doesn’t notice the elevator doors slide open, or even the large footsteps heading towards her desk. Zelda’s train of though is broken by a booming voice. “Good morning Mrs. Hyrule”
The young lady is startled from her work and looks up to see Ganondorf standing above her. His towering presence intimidating by itself, let alone when he speaks. The deep baritone practically echoing in the room even at low volume. She can’t help but stare like a deer in headlights at the man before her. This time, she is a little more prepared and can speak. “Good morning Mr. Dragmire. What can I do for you?” She asks with a slightly shaky voice.
The red head takes off his glasses and pulls a handkerchief from his breast pocket. He speaks again as he polishes his glasses. “Tell Urbosa that the latest jewelry designs will be ready for viewing in Sidon’s office at 3.” Zelda quickly pulls out a pen and paper to quickly jot down what she just heard. She looks up and sees Ganondorf putting his glasses back on. She doesn’t know why but she can’t help herself and ask. “Is there anything else you need?”
The man looks back down at her. Adjusting his cufflinks, Zelda notices the numerous rings on his hands and even a bracelet on his right wrist. “That will be all.” He states blankly as he turns to head for the elevator. Right as the golden doors open up, Urbosa exits her office. She puts a hand on her hip and smirks at the man leaving.
Heading towards Zelda’s desk. “You could have entered my office instead of frightening the new girl with your presence.” Her smirk now changed to anger.
The man turns and presses the button for his floor. “You always tell me I am interrupt too much, so I’m going through the proper channels.” He states with eyes closed. Then a wide grin grows across his angled face. “Plus, this way is more fun.” The smile doesn’t fade as the doors close.

Could you do Yandere BOTW Champions or TOTK Sages x Reader who has the Mask from Majora’s Mask? The reader is Hylian. But they have the usual four mask, Plus the Fierce Deity mask.
As head cannons preferably.
This is a mostly Linked Universe Blog, but sure! I'm not overly well versed on the whole Mask deal, so please bare with me.
I went with the BOTW Champions, since not everyone knows the sages.
Champion of the Masks
・❥・So, if you know the Champions, there's a good chance you are a knight or warrior in your own right.
・❥・You are someone powerful, probably because of said masks. For Hylia's sake, you have the Fierce Deity looking over you. You are practically untouchable.
・❥・And the other Champions are well aware of this fact. But that doesn't change anything.
・❥・Because you are still so vulnerable. What happens when you're separated from your masks? Then what? Hm? You are just so vulnerable, can't you see that?
・❥・You don't have any powers of the wind, not any form of protection. You can't control any elements, nor can you heal. You certainly don't have any part of the triforce. You are powerless.
・❥・Which is why they needed to be there to protect you!
・❥・Now, Revali. My loveable douche-bird. He tries to keep you at a distance, but still falls. And he falls hard. Revali is the only champion who wasn't born with his gift. He had to build Revali's gale into what it was from scratch.
・❥・Reader probably recognizes all of his hard work, because (and this is from my very limited research) to get all of the Masks in their possession? A bitch and a half. They weren't gifted these masks. Not without a price. So they can recognize a situation where you are pitted against these...demi-gods eons beyond your own abilities and forced to catch up or fall behind.
・❥・And Revali absolutely cherishes this. Having someone not look down on him, but instead stand on the very same footing he was? Man's is down bad.
・❥・He is particularly fond of your Breman Mask because you just look so pretty in feathers. And while yes, white looked nice on you, blue looked better.
・❥・I HC that every race has their own form of courting rituals, Rito included. They probably make their intended betrothed some sort of snow-quill headpiece meant for the cold, lined with their feathers and intricate braids of fine silks and expensive ribbons.
・❥・You just know that Revali, as a champion, would make a nice courting present. And you just know he is purposefully difficult and makes everyone else come to him in the Rito village (He is their best warrior and is shown to lead their army in AoC). You just know that he demands the princess bring her two best knights, which begrudgingly means Link, but it also means you. You who wears the snowquill bit with pride-- even if you don't know what if means really.
・❥・It doesn't matter because the others do.
・❥・The next one to fall is Urbosa.
・❥・She falls after seeing you in battle. The Gerudo, regardless of gender, can respect a Warrior when they see one. And you are a warrior. You with your sharp wit and insane reaction times, parrying a blade aimed for her.
・❥・Your strength alone makes her swoon because out of everything she can respect that.
・❥・Her favorite mask of yours is the Garo's mask. Not only does it fool these supposed Garo (You are so smart, did you know that? With all of your stories and journeys.), but it also fools the Yiga. The Mask of Truth does as well, but the thought of spilling her guts to you makes her uneasy.
・❥・Not because she doesn't want you to know how constantly you're running through her head, but she doesn't want you to know how deep these thoughts delve.
・❥・When you're able to fool the Yiga and get back to her about an ambush planned on her people, she knows you're the one.
・❥・I like to imagine the Gerudo focus more on jewelry for a courting action. Not rings, no. But intricate pieces of armor lined with gems aimed to aid in battles.
・❥・Brigandines lined with topaz; Gorgets lined with opals; spaulders ordained in rubies; Poleyn decorated in sapphires. Even your own Scmitar enhanced by diamonds. All of it custom made to you to show her devotion to you.
・❥・Now, with this being all useful items you can wear in battle, you're seen in it often.
・❥・Daruk is next. He falls for you after seeing you in his, coincidentally, favorite mask. You tell the tale of the Goron Mask after he asks, weaving this intricate legend that had him hanging onto every word.
・❥・The Gorons show their love through food. So Daruk makes it a point to constantly share his food, both sedimentary and otherwise. He loves knowing that you are well fed and cared for because of him.
・❥・I feel like the highest form of love that can be shown through food for a Goron is a Prime Rock Roast. And while he knows Hylian's can't eat rocks (Link excluded because...it's Link), he looks for the next best thing.
・❥・Intricate pasties filled with only the finest of whipped cream and dusted with powdered sugar; dripping roasts just oozing juice that practically fall of the bone; grilled fish where the smell alone is enough to make you sallivate
・❥・All of it are gifted to you to ensure you think of him whenever you feel hungry. That he is your go to.
・❥・Now, next is a tie between Link and Zelda.
・❥・Zelda probably falls first because she sees you interacting with the others and watches you. In fact, you watch her back. But the difference between you watching her and Link watching her, because her father has allowed you to take over for Link on the rare occasion, is that you give her space. You allow her to disappear into the divine beasts, waiting patiently for her to come to you.
・❥・You entertain her with stories upon stories.
・❥・You listen to her woes with a careful ear and offer your own advice.
・❥・You even braved her cooking.
・❥・She loves all of your masks and cherishes each story about them. But when you wear the Great Fairy Mask and let fairies tickle her cheeks? That's when she swoons the most.
・❥・Link falls during all the time he spends with you chasing after Zelda. You're able to hold your own, which is always appreciated, and you're okay with silence. Silence settles between you two often while waiting for Zelda and you don't push it.
・❥・And you don't look at him like he's anything other than a Hylian. Not the wielder of the sword that seals the darkness.
・❥・Not this random knight that was handed a legacy on a plate.
・❥・Not an annoyance that needed to be shook off,
・❥・He was just Link to you. And it made his heart sing.
・❥・Unfortunately, neither are quite in the position to court you. Not with Calamity on the horizon, nor with their standings in the royal council. And it tears them apart in the inside. Seeing you decked out in jewels with feathers woven into your hair, eating some of the finest things Hyrule has to offer, all of it makes them bitter and hungry. Hungry to show how you belong to them.
・❥・You get prefential treatment in the castle. The finest of rooms with the softest of sheets. Plump pillows and too many locks on the door to keep you right where she wants satin pajamas, all just for your enjoyment.
・❥・Or the best weapons and shields available to the royal guard. Bows re-strung just for you, or the lion's share of arrows provided. Want that Shield that Jimmy Whosit has? Give Link three minutes. No, there's no blood on the shield, what are you talking about? You must exhausted if you're seeing things, maybe you should just skip training all together?
・❥・It's all yours.
・❥・Now, the last person to fall, is Mipha. She's very hesitant to lend her heart out to you, but you know who isn't afraid of showing their emotions on their sleeves for everyone to see?
・❥・Sidon.
・❥・Sidon, in all his little fishy glory, loves you when you come around. when you dawn the Zora mask and swim with him. You play all the games that Mipha won't because they're 'too dangerous'. So when you come around he's ecstatic, dragging his sister down to see you alongside him.
・❥・Mipha tolerates you for the time being, probably still in love with a different knight, making him his own armor. But after she finishes it, it's no longer shaped to Link's form. No. Somewhere along the way it went from being formed to his broader shoulders to being shortened to your own narrower set. It no longer was long enough to fit his torso, instead fitted to your own.
・❥・Her heart had tainted her hands, making armor for you before she even knew what it all meant. The only reason the rest of her catches up is because she sees you with Sidon.
・❥・She watches you swim on you back, with Sidon clinging to your chest, laughter bubbling up from both of you.
・❥・And the last of them falls.
・❥・She aims to give you the armor after the fall of the calamity, but...I'm sure we all know how that'll play out...
・❥・Anyway, between them all, you get very little time to yourself. They are all constantly hovering over you.
・❥・You think you can get away with one of your masks?
・❥・Nice try.
・❥・Your precious Stone Mask? Gone. Confiscated under the order of Princess Zelda King Rhoam.
・❥・Think you can fight your way out?
・❥・Not even the Fierce Deity mask can save you from the champions, their Divine Beasts, and the Triforce of Wisdom and Courage, nor their wielders.
・❥・You wanna run and hide?
・❥・There is not a single inch of Hyrule that one of them doesn't know about.
・❥・You are well and truly trapped under their hold, just where they like you.
・❥・Trapped like a fucking bird in a cage while they fight amongst themselves to see who you stay with.
・❥・ Let's hope they decided quickly before the Calamity decides he's done being patient.

This prompt is your free ticket to write GanonDad stuff! I'll take anything as long as Ganon's being a good dad :3
Ganondorf had never seen the sea.
Some called the desert a sea, or said that it used to be one. All Ganondorf could see in the desert was death.
He'd heard tales of it when he visited Castle Town. People described it as endless, in varying shades of blue that could swallow one whole. It had sounded fantastical and exaggerated, powerful and enticing and so foreign he could hardly put a picture to it. It hadn't mattered all that much back then, once he'd realized the sea didn't have water that was actually drinkable - what use was it to him, then?
He'd learned of its depths when he met Nabooru. There was a teenager who went by that name in his barren wasteland, spunky and capable but defiant. But when he was brought to this new land through Din's blessing, he'd met someone of the same name who was far different. She was the Gerudo's chief.
She was more than just a chief, though, she was a queen. She didn't just lead a small group of thieves picking at scraps in the desert, she ruled over an entire civilization.
Ganondorf had challenged her, of course. He was the rightful ruler of the Gerudo, after all.
He'd lost.
Despite his anger, despite his attempt to overthrow her, Nabooru spared him, letting him stay in the outskirts of her capital city, Lagema.
Ganondorf felt frustration and jealousy boil his blood. He'd had the power of a goddess at the point of being executed by the sages, yet when he needed it now, Din stole it away from him. Instead, he was left to suffer the indignity of seeing a Gerudo prospering under someone else's rule.
It was almost as if Din did this just to show him he couldn't succeed. And he would not let that stand.
But the longer he lingered here, the more he saw of these people, the more he saw her...
The woman was bathed in power. She wore it like the fine silk head scarf she sometimes showcased for celebrations. Red, dripping in precious gems, jingling with every step from decorative jewelry all over her arms, her belly and hips, her ears, her wrists, and her ankles, strong in stance, muscles sculpted by the goddess Farore herself...
And her eyes. Bluer than the sky, infinite in their depths, drawing him in every time he looked at them, daring him to try her, calm and quiet and dangerous. They held the vastness and power that people spoke of in relation to the ocean, all encapsulated in such beauty.
He’d finally seen the sea. And it was breathtaking.
Ganondorf had never felt this way before. He didn't know what it was. He just wanted to get closer to her again. To fight her, to prove himself, to win.
It was maddening. It was invigorating.
It was far worse when those oceans actually looked at him, when they focused on him. He could hardly articulate himself sometimes when they started to speak, and he despised that. He stepped up more, became bolder, and as time passed, this woman became more than just a challenge; she became an adventure, and, eventually, a partner.
When their children had been born, he'd never suspected he'd find her ocean eyes in their little boy.
It was fascinating, beautiful to watch how their children reflected them. Hemisi bore her mother's facial structure paired her father's amber eyes and leaf shaped ears. Merovar was the spitting image of his father, but with his mother's eyes, captivating in their blue. They didn't reflect the silent power that his mother bore, though - they were ravenous, hunting for whatever his ambitious heart could reach, just like his father. Despite this, though, Hemisi was the one with true fire, rambunctious and temperamental and the superior warrior.
His twins were his world. He’d never been so utterly overrun by so many emotions, so dedicated to others. He’d build and destroy kingdoms for them.
Many moons after their birth, Ganondorf found his son on the balcony of their palace, staring out at the night sky. The streets of Lagema were still vaguely splashed with color from the festival, though the harsh winds and sands were slowly washing it away, bringing a drab tan back to the world as they prepared for the moment of truth.
The world was silent in anticipation. Hemisi was fast asleep, having let her father carry her to bed after he'd told her and Orik a story. Nabooru was gathering forces in the other settlements. Orik was resting, blissfully unaware of what was to come.
Merovar glanced at Ganondorf with his ocean eyes, blue coloring near black in the darkness, face uncharacteristically worried.
"What is it?" the Gerudo king asked quietly.
Merovar sighed, looking away. "The assault. It's going to change everything."
"For the better," Ganondorf pointed out. "Don't tell me you're having reservations like Hemisi."
Hemisi had argued time and again that they didn't need the Triforce, that an ancient sacred relic didn't matter because they had what they needed. Nabooru looked at it more as a potential threat if relations between the Gerudo and Hyrule broke down.
Ganondorf saw an opportunity. He'd desired this power most of his life. Once he'd learned of its existence here, he'd renewed his search for it. Merovar had seemed on board.
"I... don't know," his son finally said, looking at his hands resting on the balcony railing. "Such power is... I want it. But we're going to start a war."
"Not necessarily," Ganondorf assured him with a rumble of satisfied amusement in his chest. "They won't stand a chance against us once we have it. It'll be a skirmish at best."
"And then?" Merovar asked, glancing back at him for guidance. "Will we really rule over it all?"
Ganondorf rested his hand on his boy's shoulder. "Yes, we will. All of Hyrule will be ours."
Finally. The winds of Hyrule would belong to him and his family.
His children. He'd share this prosperity with them. He'd protect them with it. His entire life, Ganondorf had been looked to for safety and guidance - it had been an expectation a s a burden. But now, he finally felt... happy to give it.
He moved his hand to sweep up and down his son's back briefly, a promise of love and a reassurance. Merovar relaxed under the touch, smiling a little, excitement glittering in his blue eyes like stars in the night sky.
But it hadn't gone that way. The Triforce had fractured, the world had gone awry, and war had broken out.
And one by one, his family had fallen apart.
Nabooru had turned against him. They'd fought, and she'd died. Ganondorf repeated over and over that she had started it, that she had attacked him. His hands didn't tremble as much anymore thinking about it. Instead, all he felt was rage.
The rage grew when Merovar fell in battle. When Hemisi was captured and subsequently betrayed him. His grief was inconsolable, dying heart replaced with a furnace of pure hatred. He didn't even see the fear in his little girl's eyes anymore when he fought her, Link, and the queen that final day.
Yet time and torture had a way of cooling such hatred. Solitude brought contemplation. But resentment, fear, hurt remained.
And on a battlefield millennia later, Ganondorf froze at the sight of blue cutting through a sea of armor.
A blue scarf. Just like Link. A fierce cry of rage. Just like Hemisi.
And those ocean eyes. Just like Merovar, like Nabooru.
That day, Ganondorf saw the sea once more.

Wild Tears of The Kingdom theory but it’s been floating around in my head all day.
This is long and probably all over the place but please bare with me.
So I’m sure by now most of you have already seen the official artwork for Ganondorf and noticed that he had one of the tear shaped Gems on his forehead.
Except this one is red, you might even say it looks corrupted.
But we’ll get back to that, because I wanna talk about the hero on the tapestry in botw for a hot second.
So I know we’ve all already talked about how the hero in the tapestry isn’t Link, doesn’t even look remotely like Link, with the red hair and beard, but you know who does have red hair and a beard, oh yeah, Ganondorf.
Also, in the opening of the tapestry he isn’t called “The Hero” which is what we always call Link, he’s called “a warrior wielding the soul of a hero”
So here’s where it gets crazy, well, crazier. What if for some reason Link wasn’t around for Calamity Ganon 10,000 years ago and Hylia, (or I guess it would technically be Fi?) was forced to chose someone else to battle The Calamity. A strong warrior, like someone from the Gerudo, like maybe….Ganondorf? And perhaps the “soul of a hero” refers to the master sword.
So let’s say I’m right and Ganondorf somehow ended up being the hero from 10,000 years ago, then what happened, why does he want to destroy us now?
Well, here’s where we pick up where I left off on the tear gem because I have a second theory inside of this one. Maybe, because he wasn’t the true hero, because he wasn’t LINK, he somehow got corrupted by malace during the battle, and they ended up having to seal him away somewhere deep underground. And the reason he’s so angry now isn’t just because of his malace corrupted soul, but because they betrayed him, they forced this role upon him, this destiny he never asked for and then when he needed help instead of trying to save him they locked him away, abandoned him after everything he had sacrificed for them.
I saw a post on tumble where someone mentioned they wanted to be able to save Ganondorf, which got me wondering if we can purify his little gem thing, but yeah that’s pretty much it.
Also, in not related to this theory, but I noticed the Zelda on the tapestry seems to have a dark skin tone, which makes me wonder if this is the Zelda from 10,000 years ago.
#botw sequel#tears of the kingdom#probably not even remotely correct but it’s fun to think about#it would put a completely different spin on the story#wacky theories that kinda sound like they could be canon but at the same time sound like a crack theory#please excuse the fact that this said mural and not tapestry cause i couldn’t think of the right word

Astorvember Day 6: CROWNED 👑
A little different from the others I've posted so far and (if it isn't obvious) out of order from the comic I've been posting. But I wanted to do something cute and bright today, so have a picture of Astor's mom (Leah) and her wife Vaari <3
Still figuring out the specifics, but there's a period of time in Astor's life where he leaves the cult to follow the compulsions of Fate. He's convinces Father Herod that Leah must come with him, that Fate has selected her as his guide out of the Akkala region and towards Ganon's return. Though an obvious lie, Herod allows it, unwilling to let people think he's lost control of the Seer.
Astor helps Leah escape into the Eldin region, where she meets a travelling Gerudo gem merchant named Vaari. They stick together, both women far away from their homelands, and eventually fall in love.
Vaari is the one who gives Astor the ruby in his necklace, as a gift after she and Leah get married. She also teaches Leah about different Gerudo symbols, which Leah later embroiders into Astor's robes.
Vaari will admit that she is uncomfortable with Astor's continued association with Ganon, and has challenged him about it on numerous occasions (making for a few uncomfortable family meals). In some ways she plays a critical role in turning his eyes away from both Ganon and Hylia, and towards the impartiality of pure Fate.
Also, I'm counting this as "Crowned" because she's kissing her forehead (where a crown would go). And I think we can all agree that it would be much nicer to have a kiss on your forehead than some creepy circlet

I'm usually not big on cross-overs, but I'm actually a huge fan of combining Ninjago with LoZ
Like in my head they're in the same universe, but Ninjago and Hyrule are just different areas
I wanna see Lloyd interact with Rito and Zora, because why are there snake people but not bird people or fish people?
There are, they just live in different regions
Humans live in Ninjago and Hylians live in Hyrule
The people of Hyrule have never seen a human before, so when Lloyd and the other ninja travel to Hyrule, everyone is amazed at these new tall folk (Hylians tend to be around 4-5 feet tall, and I'm convinced Cole is like 6'5" or something)
Due to their ninja appearance, everyone mistakes them for being part of the Yiga Clan at first
Headcanons Below
Kai is the only one who can walk freely in Goron City without fire protection
Cole is very welcomed in Goron City because he can very easily help the Gorons find gems
Nya prefers Zora's Domain and it's surprisingly common for some of the people there to compare her to Mipha
I feel like Link and Lloyd don't get along, and it's partially because the people around them compare them to each other a LOT more than they'd like
"I'm literally the chosen one of Ninjago, I should lead-" "I'm the hylian champion and hero of Hyrule, and I know this area better than you, I should lead going into this-" "I fought my own father and defeated the Overloard, the manifestation of pure evil." "I defeated four different versions of Ganon to take back the Divine Beasts-" "Do you even know what an 'Oni' is?" "Have you ever encountered a Lynel!?"
Link and Lloyd are the same height, they're both tiny
The Gerudo fucking love Nya?? They're all so impressed by her intelligence, fighting skills, and elemental power
The boys really dislike not being allowed into Gerudo Town, and instead having to stay at Kara Kara Bazaar
Kai waits outside the walls of Gerudo Town to wait for her because he's really protective and doesn't like her being somewhere he can't get access to
Link helping them get inside Gerudo Town because he's done this before???
The Ninja all dressed as women just walking through Gerudo Town and they're all super anxious they're gonna be found out and tossed back over the wall or something
"Jay, you know you can take that outfit off now right? We've got Nya." "I kinda like it, it's breathable. And I was definitely a prettier girl than any of you were :) "
The ninja explaining the Serpentine to Link, and Link in turn introduces them to the Rito because animal-people
Zane fucking thrives up in the mountains
Guardians terrify Jay, he hates how much they look like spiders, and the fact that they lock onto you also freaks him out
Both Jay and Zane are fucking delighted to collect the Guardian parts though when they defeat one
I feel like Zane takes the Sheikah technology back to Julien for him to study and make use of
Omg, the Ninja helping take back the Divine Beasts, each of them partnering with Link based on their Element
Like Kai and Cole accompany him into Vah Rudania, Nya into Vah Rutah, Jay into Vah Naboris, and Zane into Vah Medoh just because he's the only one that can handle the cold up there, and I feel like Lloyd and Link would have to set aside their differences and face Calamity Ganon together
As you can see, I have thought about this a lot lol

A thing I like about BotW/TotK associating the Gerudo with lightning is that historically Ganon has used lightning magic in earlier games in the series. Like lightning balls are his main attack in OoT for example.
His OoT concept art also says the gems on his armor in that game are topaz, which is the same gem that the Wild games give electrical affinity to. It's a nice bit of subtle continuity.
