This being an astronomy and astrology zine theme there was a lot of range for contributors to explore. It has been a fun experience and everyone's contributions have really turned out beautifully. One eye-popping project this one.

Mila’sred hairs fell from behind her ears as she stroked her nimble fingersdown his cheek and onto his lips. “I’m sorry if I was too rough….I didn’t even know if you wanted the kiss, I just went for it… doyou hate me?”

No,oh my god, I love you, I love you so much. I’ve loved you since youturned nineteen, I’ve loved you for what feels like forever.

Shakinghis head, he pecks to her lips and leans his hand up to move thosered curls out of her face as well, gulping dryly to the air. “No…I don’t hate you at all…. I never could…” Georgi smilesa little bit, “I…. I’ve wanted to kiss you for a while now.”

“Really?”She finds her smile again, looking into his eyes, and still glancingaround to every corner of his face for a sign of lying, “How long?”

Forever?

“J-Justa few months.” He gulps, “I’m sorry I haven’t done itsooner….. but… Mila, I want to talk to you about all of this, weneed to talk before we get too ahead of ourselves…”

“Georgi…can we wait on talking for a while? Maybe just hold onto each other?”

Ofcourse, my Love….

Georgifelt his heart fluttering at the sound of her voice, not broken, butweakened and delighted with him, elated for the moment.

To add on what, we can say that the Musical theme allowed artists and writers to explore all kind of dynamics between the characters. Not all the Musical have a romantic theme, so not every art or fic has romance as the main focus. There is a lot of it though, but sometimes is hinted and sometimes you can read it as you prefer in your own mind.

Also, the amazing thing about Musicals is that there is a lot of people working on every production, so you have the chance to use a lot of YOI characters to cover the various roles of a cast.

Bearing in mind that this zine is SFW (so any romantic relationship is portrayed in a soft way) we can say that we have these explicit or hinted romance in our fics and/or arts: Victuuri, Otayuri, Emimike, Leoji, Vichris, Georgila.

We suggest you to check the “previews” tag https://yoimusicalzine.tumblr.com/tagged/previews to have a better idea. We’re updating it regularly as soon as our artists and writers post their sneak peeks!

Introducing Issue 2 Artist, Saniika!

Duracell bunny represents me the best and its sort of insider joke. I am a majored teacher of Fine Arts and German linguistic. For several years I worked as a freelancer but now have a fulltime office job, and therefore arting is reserved for free time. Basically, I did a thing for 15 year professionally and now I'm retired hobbyist. Don't ever take me seriously. I am as intimidating as you think I am. Not.

With an art style that can be recognized from miles, Sanii brings her distinct personality to her every piece. Her dreamy colors and strong lines, her soft backgrounds that are infused with light, the expressions that tell full stories, all of that comes together to create ethereal scenes that immediately draw you in, and refuse to let you go. The only option is to surrender — be it to her Victuuris, her Georgilas or Yakovs!

As rarepairs go this one has been really growing on me... Day 6: Love Confessions & Flowers. Blue/violet violets symbolize love & faithfulness. Peony is for beauty, happiness, prosperity and marriage.

After all no true Regency gentleman would confess his love without intention to marry... but maybe Mila is the one popping the question here? :P Your choice.  The landscape reffed here is Bodiam castle in Essex btw :).

Ο ζωγράφος ανέλαβε να βάλει τα χρώματα και το χρυσάφι και ορίσθηκε ποινική ρήτρα, εάν δεν ετοίμαζε εγκαίρως την εικόνα
