It wasn't a secret that the older woman loving this kind of work is considered crazy. This was a transition job for most, while they went to college or attempted to break into the industry. she  left  the  bakery  in  Jaimie’s  capable  hands,  practically  pushed  out  the  door  so  she  could  get  ready  &  enjoy  her  night  with  Buck.  she  had  never  been  to  a  fundraiser,  never  as  a  date  but  she  supposed  there’s  a  first  time  for  everything  &  if  she  was  being  honest,  Buck  was  a  part  of  many  of  her  firsts  lately.

fingers  messed  with  her  curls,  checking  her  makeup  in  the  bathroom  mirror  one  last  time  before  she  made  her  way  to  the  living  room.  after  packing  away  her  other  clothes  &  makeup bag,  Georgia  fiddled with  her  blue  dress,  making  sure  it  sat  on  her  body  right.

head  lifted,  green  eyes  trailing  from  his  shoes  all  the  way  up  to  his  handsome  face.  breath  left  her  lungs,  Buck  was  far  too  beautiful  for  his  own  good  &  it  made  her  heart  jump  every  time  she  looked  at  him.  a bashful smile graced plush lips,  head  shaking  immediately  at  his  reminder  because  there  was  no  where  else  she’d  rather  be  than  by  his  side.

reaching  forward,  pale  pink  nails  gripped  his  tie  just  under  the  knot  &  tugged  his  body  closer.  Georgia  pressed  herself  against  him,  butterflies  fluttering  in  her  stomach  at  his  grin  &  the redhead practically  blossomed  under  his  gaze.  other  arm  slid  around  his  shoulders,  fingers  splayed  along the column of his neck  &  found  his  eyes  through  thick  lashes,  batting  them  once  as  teeth  nipped  the  corner  of  her mouth.  “ you  don’t  look  so  bad  yourself. ”

head  tilts,  nose  bumping  against  his  as  she  teased,  lips  just  barely  brushing.  “ you’re  the  amazin’  one,  Buck. ”  words  are  whispered,  locking  eyes  so  he  could  see  that  she  meant  it.  “ an' i’ll  happily show  you  everyday  just  how  amazin’  you  are. ”  then  she  closed  what  little  distance  there  was  between  them,  kiss  soft  but  passionate,  much  like  their  bond.

bouncing on her feet, she waits impatiently of the cookies to finish baking. a new recipe came to her last night & she’s been dying to try it out — the lull between the morning rush & the midday coffee refuel gives Georgia the perfect time. holding off for another few seconds by pulling on her oven mitts, she removes the blueberry crumble cookies & sets them on the cooling rack. using her hands, the red head fans the cookies to cool them faster but decides to take the risk & plates a still too hot treat.

she moves swiftly through the swinging door to the front of her bakery, taking a peek around before green eyes settle on a blonde in the corner. making a b - line for her, Georgia clears her throat politely. “ this may be a little weird but would ya mind testin’ this recipe for me ? ”

there's no ceremony as she strolls into @supprtingcst's room, making herself at home as she settles onto the bed with the most casual of demeanors. picking up a magazine lil had set on the bed instead of putting away, georgia begins to flip through it with no real interest, simply using the colorful pages for something to do with her hands.

Incident 016-7734-08-A occurred at approximately 1700 hours at site 016 - designated quality testing unit under project COALmine. Model 6 C.O.A.L. serial code 016-7734-08 (IMAGE AND IDENTIFICATION FORM CORRUPTED. FORM CAN NO LONGER BE ATTACHED), formerly classified decommissioned exited IDC chamber 1. Inhibitor chip was no longer present. Subject was armed with Model 6 utility firearm with plasma-based ammunition. Subject stepped through IDC chamber 1's conjoining hall. Admiral Hendricks confronted the subject and called for official lockdown of the facility. Subject fired at and terminated Admiral Hendricks, and continued down the hallway (security footage enclosed).

Subject continued to walk through the hallways of BUILDING C (designated Model 6 quality testing warehouse) seemingly at random. Subject terminated COAL and human security dispatched for emergency decommission.

Subject 016-7734-08 entered Test Wing A. Project lead Dr. Yates was present and was terminated by subject. Subject continued to target both research teams assigned to project COALmine (full list of deceased provided below). Model 3 failsafe failed to action against Subject 016-7734-08 and activated fallback procedure. Model 3 failsafe was found defective and was permanently deactivated following the incident. Model 6 failsafe tracked and successfully initiated combat with subject, Active contact to Admiral Kelvin ceasing at 1822 hours. Signals sent to emergency tracking feature of failsafe Model 6 returned terminal error in the central power core (Failsafe Model 6 was found heavily damaged and inactive after the incident. Primary Department of Defense office within the state of Georgia was contacted. The site dispatched reinforcements at 1838 hours during the incident.
