Things I have noticed from the Broomtail QnA

First off, Genzou mentions having adopted Beano when he was a puppy thanks to a certain "doc"

This may seem a mere detail of no importance. HOWEVER,

If we look closely at Hunar's design, he appears to be wearing a stethoscope, long with scissors near a piece of cloth. Could Hunar be that "doc"?

But speaking of this incredible drawing of Hunar... It's confirmed something else.

There appears to be a small arm, tugging on his coat insistingly. Because it's coming from below and appears insistant, one can only assume that is the arm of a child. Hunar pretty much confirmed that he is married with Bucks and that she's currently away. So if there is a child with him, it can be none other..... Than Saydie!! She exists in Broomtail!

If we look carefully, the skintone also matches. Saydie exists in Broomtail yall.

Another detail I couldn't help but notice through Genzou's dialogue...

He mentions having received his ranch as a "gift". However, he seems very avoidant and suspicious when it comes to the topic, and says it dates back to a time period he does not want to talk about. Similarly, he mentions never having ridden a train, but implies having done something else to do with a train. It seems Genzou was something else, which he is not currently proud of having been. It would be most logical that he used to be a robber, explaining how he got his ranch and his weird relationship with train (implying he robbed one once). This also mirror the fact he is ashamed to have been a bully in our wonderland.

Now, something I've noticed in Orlam's dialogue...

These 3 little dots before "chat" implies that he hesitated as to which word to use, and likely didn't use the first that came to mind. As we know, with Orlam, no detail is unimportant. It seems Orlam doesn't only want to chat with Cecil, but is potentially wishing for more. This implies he sees potential for their relationship to grow further.

And lastly,

OW Jerry and Broomtail Jerry have the same scar on their face and the same tear in their ear!!! I just think that one is cute.

Happy (late) Birthday Iggy!

I know this is extremely late, so it doesn't even feel right to say that it's a birthday drawing anymore... but I liked how it was turning out so much, I couldn't give up on it! Either way, I hope you like it.

I really wanna stop taking so long with my art. I tend to be quite meticulous and also shoot for the stars, which combines into a whole lot of time. Ibis says this one took 60 hours! ToT Though, it wasn't entirely on me this time. I was generally quite busy these past few weeks, with school and other stuff, but I should be able to focus much more on art over the summer!

I've been thinking about posting an art dump tbh, since I've actually accumulated a lot of more light, self-indulgent art that I haven't spent hours perfecting but also like enough to consider sharing. A lot of them are traditional doodles, but there's some digital stuff too. But we'll see how that goes.

Also, this is my first time drawing the whole main cast! I've made doodles of Genzou before, but I think this was my first time ever drawing Bucks! I'm very happy with how all of them turned out, though. I can't even remember the last time I drew a group shot before this! xD

Hi gang, does this feel accurate? I just found this template and decided to place the OW characters on it.

For clarification, the characters in the "idiot" line aren't actually characters who I think are stupid. In the case of Iggy and Bucks, they just mostly appear to struggle with social awareness and have a tendency to be rather oblivious in some situations.

Yes, I know you've noticed Genzou is there twice. That's because he appears to act both "smart" and "stupid" regarding his behavior. It seems like the way he acts depends on his mood or the situation, but it can vary a lot. And I KNOW he can get wholesome, but that's something he almost only shows Iggy tbh.

For Gidget, this is obviously aimed at them POST redemption because wonderland Gidget in arcs 1 to 4 was NOT WHOLESOME.

Lastly, I put Saydie in the edgy section because.... Well... I don't know many suicidal infant characters 😭 (if that's not edgy I don't know what is)
