I’m trying to make plans to get out there for the play as well. And the excitement is kinda overwhelming, and i dont even know if i can actually go yet. And I know for a fact that i wouldn’t be able to meet Jesse, because I’ll be in tears

i know, same here. I mean i want to meet him but i'll probably just make a fool of myself..

but honestly i don't think it would be that bad, making a fool of myself in front of him. He and I, we're nervous, awkward, anxiety-prone kindred spirits. I feel like he would understand me, haha.

i don't know if I can go yet, either, but it actually looks pretty promising, especially since it's around my birthday.

Jesse and Andrew (or Mark/Wardo) hate eachother but their parents set up an arranged marriage and they work together to find various ways to stall it but end up falling in love with each other but they have too much pride to admit it.

I agree. There are people in every fandom that take things too far, but I hate it when people generalize the entire fandom that way.

exactly. to call us 'gross' is just really offensive.

it's honestly more annoying than hurtful, in my opinion

like, if you don't know every single person in a fandom then you have no right to pass judgment on said fandom as a whole.

that's why words like 'some' exist in the english language. had they said 'some of his fanbase are really gross' i probably would have giggled, silently agreed and moved on

but no

they had to go and say 'he deserves a less grosser fanbase'

which, i must mention,  'grosser' isn't even used properly which is an annoyance in and of itself

seriously, out of all fanbases, i think Jesse's is one of the most wonderful. Of course, there are some people who take things too far, as there are in every fanbase, but let's be real for a second, here.

I think the fandom (and by 'fandom' i mean both those who stan TSN and just Jesse in general) is one of the most loyal and supportive fandoms around.

Everyone i've ever interacted with genuinely admires Jesse for everything he does

everyone is really supportive and sort of..not really dotes on him, obviously, but find his quirks totally endearing and wonderful

i think for the most part people see him as too sweet and vulnerable to be 'gross' about

idk i just feel like people who don't know what the fuck they're talking about probably shouldn't talk

i love everyone in this bar etc etc
