Joe drew in a deep breath, the air thick with the smell of dust and damp earth. His chest felt tight, and it took three gasping inhales before he sputtered and coughed, filling his lungs.

It was something he never thought he'd do again.

The jig was up. He wasn't picked during the Main Game and his fate had been sealed. He remembered telling everyone to work together to escape. He remembered telling Sara he loved her. He remembered pain. The persistent sound of something clicking. So where was he now? He was in the dark...well, almost. A cool blue light shone through a thin clay slab suspended above him. It was a cramped space.

Huh? No way...a coffin?

He reached up towards the opening, picking at it once he remembered how to move his fingers. The slab was flimsy and started deteriorating, crumbling on top of his torso. He covered his face and continued pushing debris until he could sit up and surround himself with the brisk night air. He looked around him curiously-- He was in a small room with bones piled in the corner and pillars rising to touch the damaged ceiling. Joe wanted out of here, and fast. He pushed the slab further down and listened as shards splintered to the floor.

He turned toward the entrance of this mausoleum, swinging his leg over the coffin's base and staring out into the fog. He swears he can hear twigs breaking nearby, and he can see a hazy figure approaching. A bright blue coat, and orange-brown hair. Maybe he's just imagining it.

"Yo...!! Sara! Saraaaaa! Is that you?! Wait up--"

He jolts forward, afraid if he doesn't chase her shadow that she might disappear--and immediately topples to the floor.

It took time for the reality of his situation to sink in. Sure, he could accept being kidnapped or brought to a different dimension, those weren't too far-fetched. What rankled Genis' practical mind was how his magic was indeed stripped down to where he could barely cast a fireball. And for what? Was it not bad enough he had no familiar sights nor people to lean on?

Such thoughts made for the complex internal monologue that accompanied his plodding steps while staking out the best spot to work out his frustrations. Since it was winter and snow piled high in a section of Mistwood, he only needed to stay on the fringes to build himself a couple of makeshift targets out of snow.

On his knees amid the white fluff, he focused more on the solidity of snow targets than sensations like the full-body shivering occurring. It was easy enough to tune out all extraneous sounds since the weather delivered an acoustic hush, though his own short huffs and occasional curses seemed louder than usual.

Jester's signature spell allows her to change anything considered a “rule” or a “law”. Whether it be as small as the rules written in a book, or as big as the laws of gravity, as long as its considered a law, she can change it!

But, before changing said rule, she must first know exactly how it works. Think of it as a safe lock. If she knows how the machinery of the inside works, or figures it out, she can change that rule of how it opens. But if she doesn't, then she can't do a thing.

Her most notable feature is that her face is constantly hidden behind an enchanted mask that changes depending on her expression.

She has long blonde hair with beautiful, almost perfect curls. She wears lots of accessories in her hair, and there is often confetti that gets stuck in her hair.

She has a very slender bodytype! Shes very athletic and despite her body seeming rather skinny, her legs and arms are very strong, and her muscles are only obvious when she flexes! (Sleeper build gang😈)

Underneath the mask, she is incredibly beautiful. She has a doll-like beauty, and two notable beautymarks, one located under each eye. She has long, thick blonde lashes and pretty purple eyes. Jester moves like a cartoon character. She often appears out of thin air, usually whenever someone calls her name or is talking about her. She appears whenever people need her, and its awfully convenient.

Shes extremely EXTREMELY animated! Despite wearing a mask, it changes according to her emotions so shes actually my most expressive oc! She has this funny thing where her hat jumps off of her head whenever shes surprised.

Very bouncy! She likes to jump around alot and only skips. Never walks. Just. Skips. Like a joyful little lad. She often uses her magic to emphasis the things she says. Think of Genie from Aladdin as an example of how he uses his magic with his dialog. Thats basically Jester!

Jester also talks very fast! Its hard to keep up what shes saying. She jumps from one topic to another, and the best example I can think of that isn’t Genie, is Pinkie pie!

Her presence accompanied with the playful chimes of her bells, Jester makes it her job to keep everyone as happy as can be! The #1 party planner at NRC! (After Kalim, of course.)

That being said, even with as reliable as she is, theres no denying she has a wicked mischevious streak!

Simultaniously both Heartslabyul's best party planner, and Heartslabyul's worst troublemaker- Jester is undeniably Riddle's biggest headache, especially with that troublesome UM of hers...

With an obvious disregard for the rules, Jester goes left and right spreading her wings of chaos as she pleases And she finds herself in a constant Cat and Mouse chase with Riddle from these shennanigans.

Despite her rebellious nature, Jester is incredibly intelligent! Secretly a magical prodigy and a genius when it comes to academics, Jester’s dislike for sitting through classes stems from the fact she probably already knows whatever topic is being discussed.

Although she is RIDICULOUSLY smart, talented and full of potential— Jester… Doesn’t care about any of that. She likes to stay in the background of things, and gets through school by keeping her grades average in order to not stand out academically, so she can do whatever she wants instead. Many of the Heartslabyul students wonder why, as rhey are well aware of how intelligent she is as she hosts dorm study sessions to help them with whatever subjects theyre struggling with.

This also ties into the fact Jester also doesn’t like to get directly involved in anything troublesome. She’d rather not put in any effort into anything, and only does the things she likes. She’ll watch the chaos from afar, and run away from any punishments for her shennanigans.

Shes first cousins with Vil, and ran away from home the year he enrolled at NRC. She enrolled a year later, and it was only halway through the semester he found out it was her. He keeps her secret, and no one knows of their connection just yet.

Jester ♡ Riddle — Enemies, But Not Really. || Despite everyone else thinking there must be bad blood between the two— thats actually not the case at all. While Riddle may scold Jester for her pranks and shennanigans, they’re actually pretty close friends! Behind closed doors, they’ve gotten a routine of hanging out whenever hes studying. While he wasn’t a big fan of this at first, he got used to it eventually. While Riddle has a lot of trouble with his developing feelings towards Jester— It was love at first sight for her! She speaks of him very highly and isnt shy about her admiration towards him, often saying hes the “Best housewarden she could ever ask for”.

Jester & Vil — Cousins! || The cousins ever!!! While no one else is aware of their relationship, they’re very close and act more like siblings than cousins! You see, they somehow figured out what exactly her UM was, and Azul of course wanted it. She never ran out of somewhere so fast, she was dodging the twins like her life depended on it! Never again. Jester & Kalim — Besties!! || The best party planners EVER!!! When they come together, theres never a dull moment! They match eachother’s energy perfectly, and are two peas in a pod! As thick as thieves, and they’re always hanging out together! Jester also helps him up with academics whenever he needs it :3

Jester & Lillia — “Haha! Im adopting you.” “What.” || Lillia has always been amused by Jester, and likes to watch her and her shennanigans. As they’ve gotten closer, Jester always shows Lillia the new pieces of machinery shes made! Rambling about the blueprints and showing them off like a little kid proud of their crayon drawing. He finds it so cute, and has gotten rather attatched to her and her eccentric self. Hes honestly like one step away from just straight up adopting her. And honestly I dont think she’d mind—

They’re also gamer buddies!! She likes to introduce him to the various games she plays (most of them so obscure it makes you curious how she finds them) and gets so excited over them too! They’re pretty close, and I think its adorable HEHE

TRACK 01. Espresso (orig. by SABRINA CARPENTER) is a funk-pop English song written by Nari and produced by Julian Bunetta. On Genius, she explains that she compares herself to coffee to emphasize how energetic her partner gets with her. The lyrics further explain that she can get the guy— any guy— and she is this person’s dream come true. Nari references pop culture with Nintendo and Mountain Dew in this song.

TRACK 02. Melting (orig. by KALI UCHIS) is a dreamy love song written by Nari and Kino and produced by IO and Diplo. The song details falling in love with someone who makes you lose all your worries.

TRACK 03. Rooftop * (orig. by YOOA) is a hip-hop dance number with addictive string sounds and the booming percussion sound of an 808 bass written by Nari and Ryder Kim, produced by Jimmi. TRACK 06. Sugar Rush (orig. by BIBI) is a playful and empowering anthem with upbeat R&B pop with a sparse hip-hop beat. It’s written by Nari and Pink Slip and was produced by Pink Slip and inverness. The song emphasizes Nari’s allure and charm while also warning those who try to take advantage. Espresso was released first as a surprise with one teaser announced on social media on May 6th, 2024 at 12AM KST. The song was an English pre-release single.

The music video for Espresso had 76 million views in the first 24 hours. It debuted at #1 on Worldwide iTunes Songs Chart, as well as charting #1 on Bugs and Genie, #3 on MelOn, and #94 on Flo. On all music platforms, the single cover was what captured many attention.

Melting was soon announced with teasers posted on May 8th, 2024. It received over 200k pre-orders in the first 24 hours and within two weeks, it had 1.5million pre-orders.

There are two versions of the album, HEART and FACE.

Melting was released across all platforms on May 27th, 2024. All songs charted in the top 100 across Bugs, Genie, and MelOn. Rooftop debuted at #97 on Flo. The track Sugar Rush was banned from music shows.

Rooftop gained 59 million views within 24 hours, debuting at #1 on Bugs and Genie, #2 on MelOn and #97 on Flo. Nari promoted Rooftop on Korean music shows for two weeks, gaining seven music show wins during the time but in total had eleven wins for the song and performed Kitty Cat three times.

Nari promoted Espresso first, after she went to the Met Gala. She performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

She also went on Genius Verified to explain the lyrics, along with Wired! for Nari Answers the Web’s Most Searched Questions.

She was super excited to do the Puppy Interview with Buzzfeed, she even posted a selfie teaser before the video and some videos on her Instagram once the video was out.

When promoting in Korea, she made sure to go on a lot of variety shows, mostly because she never got the chance before.

She went on Jaefriends, Knowing Bros, Let’s Eat, XYOB, The K-Star Next Door with Jonathan, D&E’s Wanna Come Here, PSICK Show, and The Killing Voice. She really enjoyed being on all of them, making sure to show her appreciation for being invited.

Nari explained on Genius Verified about Teenager in Love, “It’s not about anyone you know.”

VIE Entertainment (Nari) posted a live performance and dance practice for Espresso, Rooftop, and Kitty Cat on YouTube. Along with a lot of vlogs after the era was over, including her GRWM video for the Met Gala (which was posted before), preparing for her comeback, videos of her in the studio, etc.

She also opened her own TikTok account and began posting dance challenges with other idols, along with current trending challenges. She was the first idol Jennie did the Spot challenge with, and likewise for Espresso and Rooftop.

On social media, BLINKs were more ruthless than ever with getting rid of hate posts. VIE Entertainment also had to post a statement about taking legal action against malicious posts.

If she knew anything about said malicious posts, she never spoke out against them or seemed down at any point.

Not once did Nari answer any questions about Jungkook if she was asked by a reporter who couldn’t get the memo, known for either staring at them in silence until they changed the topic or laughing and ignoring them. But everyone knew they were still together as it somehow got out that she went to visit him.

Each time she went somewhere to a known schedule, she had multiple bodyguards with her just in case. And even for her just being out, she had bodyguards with her, no matter what. Which a lot of BLINKs (and Nari’s circle) were glad for.

All in all, it was a really good surprise comeback for Nari.

I’m wishing we could mix and match individual turn-ons actually because as I write this list I’m already worried about people thinking there’s too many supernatural ones. But they’re used in my game so idk. They’re much more relevant than full face makeup I feel.

For badges sims require a silver level to have the turn-on. For skills I’ve increased it to 8 points, and if a turn-on mentions a hobby, a sim either needs 5 points or have it as their One True Hobby.

It was about six hours later when finally you stirred back to life, your pillow somehow on the floor and the sheets a tangled mess. You were about to roll over to drift back into dreamland, but a voice startled you awake.

“Oh! You finally woke up.”

You had never sat up so fast in your life. There was a girl sitting on your chair, staring at you while messing up your rubix cube. In fact, you were pretty sure that this was the same girl that you swore was a hallucination just hours ago.

“Who the fuck are you?” You snapped. “What the fuck are you doing in my room?”

“I’m Danielle,” she smiled, unbothered by your aggression. You tried to ignore the weird twist in your stomach, convincing yourself that it was because you were hungry. “Nice to meet you.”

“Okay, Danielle,” you narrowed your eyes. “How the fuck did you get in my room?”

“What do you mean?” She tilted her head. “You summoned me.”

I did what now?

“You know,” she gestured vaguely. “The 11:11 wish thing?”

It took you a few seconds to process what she said before you laughed in disbelief, looking around and expecting Minji to jump out and scream ‘You just got pranked!’

Your laughter quickly died down when you realized that Danielle was being dead serious.

You would’ve found her obliviousness cute if she wasn’t a random intruder who somehow magically appeared in your room.

“So what?” You blurted. “You’re a platonic cupid or something?”

“Cupid?” Danielle giggled. “That’s a new one.”

“Huh?”

“I’ve heard that humans call us angels, or genies, but we’re just messengers of God,” she clarifed. “We don’t have wings or halos, and there’s no need to rub a lamp. Just here to fulfill wishes.”

“Wait,” you raised your hand. “Pause. Did you just say God? God exists?”

“Yes,” she nodded nonchalantly, seemingly unaware of the fact that she just casually dropped a massive bombshell and answered history’s biggest question. “He’s in charge of sorting through all 11:11 wishes.”

You could feel a headache start to form. “So you’re telling me that God is real. But not, like, a holy one. And so are angels. Or messengers. And that 11:11 wishes are also real.”

“Yes?”

“And now you’re here to make me ‘happy’?”

“Ding ding ding! Three in a row!” Danielle grinned, nodding again. “Yes, I have been assigned two weeks to satisfy your wish.”

“Oh,” you slumped, tapping your fingers as your mind ran wild with all sorts of questions. “Can I ask you some questions first?”

“Isn’t that what you’ve already been doing?” She pointed out innocently.

“I’m sorry,” you said sarcastically, rolling your eyes. “You literally appeared out of nowhere. You can’t expect me to not have questions.”

She watched you get out of bed. “Where are you going?”

“I’m gonna brush my teeth and process what just happened. Be ready for an interrogation when I’m done.”

“Okay,” you huffed, sitting across Danielle on your bed. More awake now, you took this time to study her, realizing how angel-like she truly was. Her posture was perfect, back straightened and hands always resting gently in her lap. She had this indescribable aura to her — her smile was warm and sincere, yet her eyes were clouded by this hint of intensity, as if she could see right through you.

“This is exciting,” she clasped her hands together. “I love interrogations!”

You cleared your throat.

“Do all 11:11 wishes come true?”

“No. God chooses which ones go through and which ones don’t.”

“Do you choose which human you take?”

“We have a system in place that automatically assigns us our human, based on compatibility and how likely we’re able to fulfill the wish.”

“Woah,” you gaped. “Is it calculated by a God computer or something?”

“Something like that, yes.”

“So, you know all about me, then?”

“Not really. We’re given a brief profile of our assigned human. It’s nothing detailed — just your name, age, where you’re from, all the likes.”

“Huh.”

You hesitated before the next question.

“Does God birth you out?”

She stared at you with an amused smile. “Really?”

“What?” You said defensively. “It’s a valid question.”

“No. He just speaks us into existence.”

“How long have you existed for?”

“18 years. It’s my first year on the job. This is my first wish, actually.”

You raised your eyebrows. “So it’s kinda like the real world. Being considered independent at 18 and all that.”

“I suppose so,” she said with a shrug. “We get taught about the world and about the code of conduct for our whole childhood, until we stand before God himself. He judges if we’re ready or not, and then, boom, we’re out here making wishes come true.”

“Wow,” you exhaled sharply, letting all the new information sink in. “Okay. That’s all the questions I have. For now, at least.”

“Awesome!” Danielle clapped, and a pen suddenly materialized out of thin air.

“What the fuck?”

She winked at you, as if it was a sufficient answer to your question, and then pulled a notebook out of her pocket like a magician with a rabbit and a hat.

Well, at least I know she’s not lying about this whole ‘messenger of God’ schtick.

“To fulfill your wish, I have prepared a plan,” she explained. “You’re going to tell me all the things that make you happy, and we’ll create a bucket list of sorts. We only have two weeks, so we’ll have to make the most of every day.”

“Aren’t you meant to know what makes me happy?” You muttered, a touch of bitterness laced in your tone. “I don’t know what makes me happy — that’s the whole reason I made the wish.”

Danielle hummed, unfazed by your sudden change in mood. “Okay, I’ll just come up with the things to do. We’ll start tomorrow.”

She clapped again, and the notebook and pen disappeared. “Just do me a favor,” she smiled. “Make my job easier and wake up at seven everyday. In the morning, of course.”

“Seven am?” You blanched, your whole body having a visceral reaction. “Are you sure you weren’t sent here to make my life worse? I woke up at seven today and I literally felt like I just crawled back from hell.”

The corner of her mouth tugged upwards. “Just trust me, it’ll be worth it. Do you want your wish fulfilled or not?”

You sighed defeatedly. “You got it.”

Headcanons for context:

•the Igarashi and the Minato are family friends, Ushio and Yukimi were friends so the kids grew up together, before one of the families moved away (haven’t decided which one yet) and they started meeting less frequently. Ikki and Isami were best friends (people usually do Katsumi and Ikki bc they’re both the eldest but if you do the math Isami and Ikki are the same age so)

•Ikki’s memory loss post-revice (before he recovered his memories) is slightly different from canon: he can’t remember most of the year as Kamen Rider, not just Vice. He has only vague fuzzy memories. People can tell him what happened but it will not stick for long and he’ll soon forget

•for Genie Wish Rules, when Ace made the wish to give back Ikki’s memories, he wasn’t specific enough with the phrasing so now Ikki is basically immune to memory alterations of any kind (Asahi’s reality warping included, ence this comic). He remembers better if he’s fighting/doing physical exercise

01.

when you break his heart the first time, he doesn’t really know it’s real. he presses the lips of a dozen priceless wine bottles to his mouth and imagines every one to be yours — he drinks until the world is spinning, the way it spun when he asked you to dance for the very first time.

he gets drunk on the sound of your remembered laughter.

he makes a mess of the sheets, of his silk-lined robes, of all the richest furs in the corners of his closet — he falls asleep wishing that this were all but a dream.

he wakes up and has to deal with the realization that it is not all just a dream and that for the first time in his life, this isn’t something he can buy his way out of because what is the price of heartbreak? the tag on the pieces of a shattered wish — he screams into every single pillow he owns and falls asleep at noon.

the second time you break his heart, he catches your arm before you can leave.

“what d’you want?” he asks, desperate and imploring, with a shudder in his voice that he’s never truly heard there before but —

you shake your head.

“i — i don’t want anything from you.”

he feels his fingers slip from around your wrist as you purse your lips and stumble back half a step. but that’s all he needs. he’s needlessly reminded of a story he’s heard a long, long time ago — about a genie and a girl who accidentally summons him. about the genie who asked the girl what she wished for and she told him she didn’t. the genie stayed with that girl for years and years and years, and in the beginning, whenever she asked him to do anything, he’d ask if that was her wish but she’d shake her head no. she’d tell him that he didn’t have to if he didn’t want to.

and yet somehow, he always found that he wanted to.

silvio wonders what he really wants, and the answer comes — clear and quiet as a winter stream —

he wants… you.

the third time, he thinks he can get used to this.

the fourth time, he’s ready for it —

“no,” you say, shaking your head, frowning at something he’s demanded of you.

“alright then,” he says, shrugging.

you blink, watching him as he turns away. watching him as he takes three steps away from you before you reach for him, tugging him back by the sleeve.

“what — that’s it? you’re… not gonna force me?”

he chuckles, “what’s the point if you’re just gonna snark at me? and anyway — i’ve got proper maids for this kind of stuff.”

“fine then,” you say, petulant, your voice sharp in a way that makes his lips twitch.

he grins, cocking his head as he watches the color wash up into your cheeks.

“fine,” he parrots back, his own voice painfully sweet and just as smug. he revels in the way your eyes flash, the way your fingers curl into fists at your side as he turns away.

so it really does take two to tango.

05.

“y’know, a million girls would kill to be in your place right now.”

“then why aren’t they?”

“hm? why aren’t they what?”

“why aren’t they here, in my place?”

silvio licks his lips, tasting salt and heat and the midnight air.

“cause… i didn’t really take to any of ‘em.”

you sigh, rolling your eyes.

“and you just so happened to take… to me. why?”

silvio shrugs, “you’re beautiful.”

“bullshit — there are plenty of girls out there prettier than me.”

“prettier, yeah. but more beautiful? no.”

your breath catches in your chest — hook, line, and sinker. you feel the tug in the base of your belly, your mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water.

“w-what? that… that doesn’t make any sense.”

silvio only laughs, casting his eyes back out at the florid lushness of his palace gardens, teaming with the world’s rarest flowers — the night blooming cereus, the elusive ghost orchids, the fire lilies, and his prized juliet rose bushes. he leans over the thick railing to tug one from it’s bed of thorns, pressing it to his nose and taking a deep breath.

“it took my best gardener 12 years to cultivate one o’ these,” he says, twirling the peach-colored flower between his fingers.

“wow,” you say, eyeing the small, unassuming bloom, “that’s… a long time.”

“yeah, sure. but the gardener was rewarded pretty damn well for his work.”

at this, you heave another sigh, leaning up against the stone banisters.

“and i’m sure that’s the only reason he worked as hard as he did, right?”

silvio traces a finger along the edge of a velvet petal, admiring the fractal-like formation of the flower’s center.

“yeah… i’m sure it is.”

the sixth time you reject him, he almost laughs out loud. it really is fun pushing all your buttons after all.

the seventh time, he curls his lips around the shape of your name and dares to ask why.

you tell him, “because… it’d be nice of you to ask instead of demand for a change.”

he shivers at the gentleness of your tone, at the feather-soft of your confession, the pink that kisses your cheeks like the rosy-fingered dawn.

“but… if i ask, there’s a chance you’re gonna say no.”

you laugh and roll your eyes, “i say no anyways.”

“so why bother askin’ when i know what your answer’s gonna be?”

“because… sometimes, if you give someone the choice to stay or to go — they’ll surprise you.”

“can… can y’just… stay? please?”

“...okay.”

“when’d you learn how to say please?”

you twist to face him in the silver light of an encroaching dawn.

silvio groans as he buries his face in the silken pillows, his hair a hallo of lingering moonlight.

“dunno — shuttup… it’s too damn early.”

you allow yourself a smile and snuggle in before drifting back off to sleep.

“kiss me.”

silvio smirks, cocking his head, “no.”

you narrow your eyes, frowning even as he chuckles, his fingers tight around your waist as the pair of you spin in ever and ever faster circles to music only the two of you can hear.

“why not?”

“cause…” he bites back, laving his tongue luxuriously across the expanse of his bottom lip before tugging it between his teeth, “y’didn’t ask nicely.”

you fight down the urge to push him away but his grip on you is tight and true, strong and steady and… so very nearly sweet.

“fuck off.”

he grins a foxhole grin and you feel yourself sinking into it’s depths, deeper and deeper as he spins you beneath his arm and dips you low, low, low.

“nope — pretty sure y’didn’t ask there either. and… that ain’t proper language for a lady, now is it?”

you roll your eyes as he pulls you back up and the dance begins again.

“fine,” you bite out, sparing him a half-hearted glare, “can i please have a kiss?” you ground out the words, even as the heat crests up your chest and bubbles over into your cheeks, burning all the way to the tips of your ears.

“hm… now that wasn’t so hard, now was it?”

he leans in and you let your eyes flutter shut.

when he breaks the kiss, he is smiling.

“kiss me again,” he says.

you smirk, “what happened to asking nicely?”

“hn. don’t feel like it — too much trou—”

but you cut him off with another kiss, and briefly, silvio considers the merits of tugging away if only to tease you about the impropriety of interrupting a prince’s speech before he’s finished. and then the next moment, he decides that, really, he prefers just kissing you instead.

The Master of Endless Wishes

Another abnormality! This one was voted for by the lovely people on The City's discord server. speaking of the discord server, if you like my system and what I've been posting PLEASE join the discord server. Everyone is welcome and we have a section for people who want to play this TTRPG but don't have a group! It would really help motivate me to keep making stuff for this fan-project.

Anyways, let me explain this abnormality. I loosely based this abnormality off of Jafar from both Disney's Aladdin and A Thousand and One Nights, specifically him after he turns into a genie. This abnormality will stop at nothing to twist your words and cause you pain and suffering, especially when it breaches containment and begins to shape the facility around itself. This is also the first ALEPH abnormality I have completely written in the game, so it's packed with high damage and huge rewards! Have fun adding this to your Lobotomy Corporation games, friends!

Ragdolls are big kitties. In general, they are mild-mannered, not very active, and can be clingy with their humans. (Aziraphale doesn’t present with that last important trait. He lacks those “genies”, as pointed out by Sandalphon.)

Crowley is a Bombay cat. This breed is active, curious, and loves attention. In the vids, they seem to walk with a characteristic sway. Also, look at these Eyes!

Yes, I still drew this genie, even if its original design makes me uncomfortable.

Artist's notes:

Enamorus was added as a fourth member to the original "Forces of Nature" trio, composed of Landorus, Thundurus and Tornadus.

I struggled a lot to make a descent gijinka version of this genie, the only thing I saw here was a Drag Queen or a Trans woman, I think it fits the most.

So I go for the Drag Queen interpretation and took a lot of inspiration of it, by giving her exaggerated makeup and an extravagant outfit.

Enamorus is supposed to represent the black tortoise Genbu, guardian of the North, in Chinese mythology. Her tattoo represents her Therian form.

Iron and Steel

Initially, iron was obtained from iron-nickle meteorites that reached earth. Meteoric iron has a specific crystalline structure that is maintained when the metal is worked at lower temperatures, as was done by the ancient Egyptians and Sumerians who created spear tips and other ornaments in around 4000 BCE. Around 2000 BCE, the Hittites traded iron for silver with the Assyrians for 40 times the weight of the iron. At this time, furnaces couldn't reach the temperatures to smelt the iron, or melt it at a high enough temperature to remove impurities. Iron is commonly found with copper and was used to purify copper for several thousand years.

Exactly when furnaces became hot enough to purify iron is unclear as well, but it might have been in the 3rd millennium BCE in the Middle East, though wrought iron, iron with very low carbon, remained rare until the 12th century BCE, and didn't start replacing bronze weaponry until the 900s BCE. One of the first iron artifacts we've found is a dagger in a Hattic tomb in Anatolia that is from 2500 BCE. Tutankhamun had an iron dagger with a golden hilt, an Eye of Horus, and many other artifacts in his tomb when he died in 1323 BCE.

Furnaces with bellows, called bloomeries, were initially used to attempt to purify iron, but they couldn't get hot enough to do more than create a 'spongy mass' called a bloom. This bloom was then beaten and turned into wrought iron, which is relatively soft. It was discovered that adding carbon to this wrought iron would make it more stable and stronger and this was done by heating a finished piece in charcoal, then quenching it in water or oil. This turns the outside into steel with a core of stronger iron. Sometime between 500 BCE and 200 CE in southern India, a new technique using a crucible created high-quality steel.

A further refinement of this process produced a type of steel called Wootz steel, which was known for its durability, which first appeared in Sri Lanka around 300 BCE. This steel was produced in furnaces that were dug into hilltops, with tunnels dug for the monsoon wind to flow into, which allowed for hotter furnaces and better quality results. Recent studies have found that the qualities that made Wootz steel so popular were the results of carbon nanotubes in the steel.
