Genderbent Gone Names

Sam & Caine = Eve & Lilith. Maybe Eve would go by Evie or some similar nickname, but Lilith only goes by Lilith (Lily if it's male!Diana trying to get under her skin). It keeps a lot of the symbolism from their original names, maybe even better symbolism--Lilith was Adam's original wife, but she was cast out and replaced by Eve.

On that note, Astrid = Addison. I considered just naming him "Adam", but that felt a little on the nose--Addison just means "son of Adam", so it's practically the same. Plus, the image of people sarcastically calling them "Addie and Evie" just makes me giggle tbh. And it's just old-fashioned enough to really fit Astrid's vibes, y'know (though that might be just me)?

Little Pete = Pandora, but everyone calls her "Little Dora". It's literally PERFECT symbolism--she's the one who made the FAYZ, after all.

Drake = Serta or Sarah. Look, I couldn't find any names that had the right vibe--that creepy, crawly, snake-like vibe--so I just took "certa" out of "lacerta" (Latin, lizard) and called it a day. But if that's too weird, Sarah works too.

Edilio = Edilia or Estefania. Edilia is good if you don't want to confuse people with all the new names, but I like Estefania because of its meaning--from Greek stephanos, meaning crown or laurels.

Diana = Apollo or maybe Artemis? Diana was the Roman interpretation of the Greek goddess Artemis: Artemis is a goddess of the moon and Hunt (and an eternal maiden), while Diana is a warrior goddess of the moon and fertility. Artemis has gained popularity as a boy's name in recent years, and such a name would foreshadow male!Diana's resourcefulness well, but overall I think Apollo fits better. It mirrors Diana's original name (Apollo is the god of the sun, music, & medicine), and better fits Diana's overall "image" (Apollo was known for his dramatic love life, lol).

Lana = Clark, because she was named after superheroes.

Dahra = Dabir, an Arabic name meaning "root, origin".

Sanjit = Saanvi, a Hindu name meaning "the Goddess Lakshmi". So she still gets to brag about her awesome name.

Lightning round! Dekka = Derek, Brianna = Brian, C. Jack = C. Jaqueline, Quinn = Quinette, Charles "Orc" = Charlie "Orc", Howard = Hannah, Albert = Alberta, Mary = Matthew, John = Joan. Taylor, Duck, Hunter, & Orsay's names stay the same since they're already gender neutral; minor characters all stay the same gender.
