Free Meal Planning 101 hosted by Jacksonville Health and Wellness Center - Join Jacksonville Health and Wellness Center for a FREE meal planning prep class as we walk you through some practical ways to prepare nutrient dense, whole foods, plant-based meals. This class will include samples, recipes, and tips to set you up for success as you pursue your health goals.

New Moon Yin with Reiki hosted by Steffanie ॐ and Now & Zen Yoga & Pilates Studio - The new moon is the perfect time to turn inward with yin yoga. This 75 minute offering will guide you through a gentle & meditative yin practice, accompanied by reiki energy healing and live ambient guitar. It’s absolutely vital that we make the time for self care, as healing ourselves is the most significant thing we can do to help heal the world. This Summer, MOCA Jacksonville teams up with the Jacksonville Public Library to offer MOTH presents: Makerspace Movies. This series features films that support the Main Library art exhibition, Reclaimed: Life Beyond the Landfill, and include themes of refusing, reducing, reusing, and recycling. Woke up & ran across my Facebook memories, this first flyer popped up (8 years ago, my joint album w/ @notsucal release party). One of many shows I did with Beckett. I was very honored, as always and still, to share any part of the stage with him, @swordz904 Darryl and/or any of the ‘Beach’ crew. Travel speed (next flyer on the same FB memory stroll) by this time, it was nothing. Flame the stage and move on (whaddup @dialectable_beats & @geexella ). Next picture was a #MPN warehouse party. I was a tad salty because my 3rd album ‘Fish In The Forest’ didn’t win best album of the year at the Artsy Awards. I told Beckett that while DJing (the last picture, he hosted FITF album release party). I told him because I respected his opinion about any and everything I did with music. I got his approval on it all and I’m thankful for that. With that, I miss you brother and I’ll get this Mister Peterson’s Neighborhood album done. You were one in a few folks in Duval who pushed me to do this rap shit with no care and I can’t thank you enough man. Thanks for your acceptance and your appreciation, in and out of this music shit.
