Statues of Saraswati show her with four arms each carrying different things in them. One of the hands on her left side carries a palm-leaf manuscript, while the other holds the vina. One of her right hands holds a lotus while the other showers blessings in the  gift-giving gesture.

Things to avoid while placing statues of Hindu Gods
While we have been talking a lot about what to do to please the Gods, today, let’s discuss what not to do to bring God’s wrath upon us.  To start with, let’s learn how to keep the statues of Lord Ganesha in the temples.
Tumblr media
World renowned Vastu Shastri Acharya Indu Prakash in his article in the famous newspaper, India TV, detailed on how small mistakes whale placing the statues of Hindu gods can become inauspicious. To start with he shares that a statue of Durga mata or the statues of Lord Ganesha should be never kept with their back visible to their devotees. “Always place an idol in such a way that it is visible from front,” he shares. “Looking at the back of any God’s statue while praying is not considered auspicious,” he further adds.
Tumblr media
Such precautions need to be taken while placing the statues of Ram Darbar as well. Often when placing the Ramdarbar statues in a temple or at home people tend to place the statues of Hanuman facing towards Lord Ram and showing it’s back to the one who is praying. This should be strictly avoided.
Similarly, another common mistake that people tend to commit while placing statues in homes or temples is that they place more than two Ganesh statues in one temple. There are several statues of Lord Ganesha in different poses available everywhere. The devotees of Lord Ganesha think placing all the different poses of Lord Ganesha in their temples will bring them prosperity. However, it turns out to be the opposite. If one wishes to place the different poses of Lord Ganesha in their home, they can place them at different places in the house instead of placing them in only one place.
Tumblr media
Recently it is being observed that people have started using the pictures of Gods depicting them in war. “A picture in which God is in the posture of war or a statue showing God in its rage form should be avoided,” shares Acharya Indu Prakash. It is well advised to use the statues and pictures showing Gods in their gentle, beautiful and blessed form to bring positive energy.
Any statue of Hindu Gods, if fragmented, must always be removed from the temple and  immersed as soon as possible. Similarly, if a picture of the Gods gets torn or disoriented, it should be also removed immediately and immersed immediately.
Keeping the above into consideration one can avoid bringing wrath of the GOds and be blessed with their positivity always.

Finding Solace During the Difficult Times like Covid!
Krishna is said to be the God who taught us the true meaning of love and life. His life journey shows how at times, even a God can’t get his true love, which makes people understand that you may love someone from a whole heart, but still you may have to live your life without them. Krishna, the divine God, fell in love with his childhood friend, Radha. Their love story resonated across the universe. However, still, when it came to taking responsibility as a husband, Krishna had to choose Rukmani over Radha. But isn’t due to this, that their love became immortal! Every time whenever a devotee remembers Krishna, he speaks the name of Radha. Even in the temples, several marble statues of Radha Krishna are placed instead of only Krishna. This is the power of true love that when one says the name of Radha, one remembers Krishna and vice versa. Though they were not together in this world, their love has made them truly for each other forever in the eternal world.
Tumblr media
It is this inspiration of the love story of Radha Krishna that helps many people across the world to stay strong when they find themselves most vulnerable due to the loss of their loved ones. During these tough times of Covid, when we are seeing people being left alone, without their loved ones, we can look upon this love story and try to find true solace. At such times, worshipping against the statue of Radha Krishna can bring true inner peace. While visiting the temples had been prohibited, one can place a marble statue of Radha Krishna in their home temples and devotedly ask them for granting good health to their loved ones. Marble statues of Hindu Gods are available at Agrawal Moorti Bhandar in Jaipur. You can also buy the statues of Radha Krishna along with marble statues of Gaurishankar and statues of Ganesha among others from their e-commerce website www.agrawalmoortibhandar.co.in. A Blog on Shiva and Shiva Bhakts!
The person who non stop worships and bows his/her head in front of the Statues of Shiva and Gauri Shankar Statues is called a Shiva bhakt.
For all the Shiva bhakts (devotees), the month of Sawan is the most awaited one. This holy month of the year has very significance for the devoted prayers of Lord Shiva. This generally is observed during the months of July and August. Savan is especially relevant to Lord Shiva. The devotees believe, praying Shiva in this month pleases Him the most and brings upon them the blessings of God. In this Swan Month, many Shiva devotees worship Lord Shiva. In this Month, Hindu God Idols are worshiped well in every temple by devotees.
Tumblr media
During the time of Sawan, people wake up early in the morning, observe fast and go to temples regularly. Devotees observe the consecutive sixteen Mondays’ commonly known as ‘Solah Somwar’. This is done to impress Lord Shiva and pray for a suitable spouse. It is done in front of Gauri Shankar Moorti in the temple.
This custom has been followed for thousands of years since it was intact in the Hindu Vedas and Puranas.
There is an ancient tale according to which during the times of the Gods and the demons, in the month of sawan, it was decided to do Samundra Manthan or the process of churning the huge ocean. This was done to find out who was superior, the Gods or the demons, as they both wanted the Amrit (nectar) hidden inside the waters of the ocean. However, during the process, before Amrit, deadly poison or halahala also came out of the sea. This poison was so deadly that it could destroy the entire world. At such times of need, Lord Shiva came for the rescue. He drank the entire poison and stored it in his Kanth (throat). The poison could do no more harm to Shiva than just changing the color of his throat. Thus Shiva came to be known as the Neelkanth. Since then, Lord Shiva is worshipped during this time showing the gesture of gratitude for saving the world.
In the holy month of Savan, people observe fasts to please Lord Shiva. It is a prevalent thought that Lord Shiva is the most innocent of all the Gods and anyone can please him by merely fasting for a few days. Thus getting their wishes fulfilled.
In the Sawan month, devotees dedicatedly worship Lord Shiva for prosperity, success, and marriage. Often people visit temples regularly and chant Maha Mrutyunjay Mantra. As Rudraksha has its significance in the Hindu culture, thus, people also wear Rudraksha. A mix of Ghee, Milk, Gangajal, and Honey is offered on the idols of Shiva.
Where to Buy Hindu God Idols
Thus, Sawan is the best time to welcome and perfectly place a Marble Shiva Statue in your home and worship it with all your heart. These marble statues of Hindu Gods very soothingly yet positively influence the lifestyles of the devotees. Explore the exclusive collection of Hindu Gods Marble Statues that are ready to spark your corner of the house at some of the Best Moorti shops in Jaipur.

Finding Best Marble Statues of Devo ke Dev - Mahadev!
Mahadev or Shiva is the greatest of all the gods in the Hindu mythology. People across the world worship him and ask him to fulfil their prayers. Several statues of Gaurishankar are placed across different temples throughout the world. Among all these statues, some of the most beautiful ones are the white marble statues of Gaurishankar. These statues have gained fame across the world and people from different parts of the world visit the shrines where marble statues of Gaurishankar are placed to offer their love and ask for their desires. The face and features of Lord Shiva and Maa Parwati look completely mesmerising when carved out of marble.
Tumblr media
Often the best marble statue manufacturers make marble statues of Hindu Gods using the best quality of marble stones. Yet, there may be a few fraudsters who can sell you these marble statues of Hindu Gods made out of very low quality marble which may shatter into pieces even while transporting from one place to another. These low quality marble statues may look very attractive and might be very light on your pockets, however, they may not even reach unbroken to your home from the manufacturers’ factories. Finding fine quality marble statues of Hindu Gods becomes quite challenging if you are not an expert in understanding how to identify fine marble from brittle one. Here are a few points that may help you find some of the best quality marble statues of Hindu Gods.
Pure marble is usually available in white colour. However, the presence of some impurities make different patterns and swirls on the white surface throughout the slab. A fine moorti manufacturer will always try to use the purest white marble to make fine marble statues of Hindu Gods. While the ones that will have these hidden impurities might adjust the statues in such a way that these impurities will look like a part of these statues.
Other than this, a pure marble statue will have a glossiness that can be self explanatory. Even if you rub the statue hard, the shine won't fade. This glossiness will be everlasting which can be regained with very less efforts, that too after remaining intact for more than a decade.
Now, if you want to buy some of the finest quality marble statues of Hindu Gods, you know what are the basic things that can help you identify them. Agrawal Moorti Bhandar in Jaipur is one such marble statue manufacturer who have been selling some of the best statues of Hindu Gods & Goddesses for more than a decade now. To order them online you can visit their website at www.agrawalmoortibhandar.com.

Important things to know about Shiva Murtis
Shiva, the God of the Gods, is one of the most powerful Gods in Hindu mythology. He is also the most popular deity among all the Hindu deities. Worshipped not only across the Indian continent, but everywhere wherever there is a Hindu, Lord Shiva is regarded as the God who is responsible for maintaining the cycle of existence. Shiva is the one who maintains the beginning of the universe and he is the one who keeps a check on the end as well. Shiva is the god of Moksha (liberation from reincarnation). He blesses his followers with eternal happiness. While Shiva is very easy to please, if while placing the statues of Shiva someone commits some mistakes, he can bring upon the wrath of the Bholenath too. Following are some important points to be kept in mind while placing his statue at home or in any temple.
Tumblr media
As per the Vastu Shastra, the traditional Vedic architecture of India, everything and every room in a house has to have a specific place, specific directions and specific surroundings. Similarly the marble statues of Shiva have to be placed in a particular way when placed in a house or temple. It is only then the positive vibrations from the statue can be felt bringing peace and prosperity. The best corner to place the statue of Shiva  or his Lingam are the north east corner of the temple(mandir), or room.
When talking about placing statues of Shiva, one may wonder which one is better, his statue showing him as a whole or the statue of his Lingam? Whichever statue of Shiva you wish to place in your house, it is important to understand that Lord Shiva is the God that can be pleased most easily. All he expects from his devotee is pure dedication. The Lingam stone represents Shiva as omnipresent without confining to any particular form, thus formless. You may keep both the forms of statues of Shiva in your temple. Along with the Lingam, the most common type of statue placed is that of Shiva in the meditating state or the dancing pose also called the Nataraja pose. You may place both the statues adjacent to each other.
Keeping the mandir always clean is something what the Shiva expects from his devotees. While one may meditate in front of the omnipresent God once in a week, it is necessary to offer him water, uncooked rice, flowers, incense and vibhuti regularly. A diya (brass oil lamp) should be left burning always in front of the statues of Shiva, as has been the tradition.
Worshipping Shiva brings lot of positivity in the life of the devotee. A true devotee of Siva is blessed with wisdom and knowledge. One who bows regularly in front of the Shiva statues is quite patient, yet, can lose temper when it is necessary. As soon as one bows in front of the statues of Shiva, one feels the negativity leaving them, and he finds himself left without worries for every petite issue. Eventually the person is blessed with a long and happy married life. Thus the importance of worshipping Shiva are countless. Offering pure hearted prayers to the God of destruction brings everything but.

Purest Form of Love - The Love of Radha Krishna
The love of Radha Krishna is known to the world. Every devotee of Krishna loves Radha equally. In fact, the way these devotees greet each other is by reciting the name of Radha, that too more than once. It is well said, no love is complete until one chant the name of Radha Krishna. And what can be the best way to get your love wishes fulfilled than placing marble statues of Radha Krishna and worshipping them twice a day.
Tumblr media
“This is all a matter of devotion”, says Abhinav Agrawal, the head of Agrawal Moorti Bhandar, a reputed marble moorti manufacturer in Jaipur. “We have sold so many marble statues of Radha Krishna to different people, many of them have been in love with someone and wanted their wishes to be fulfilled. I don’t remember any
of them returning saying Radha Krishna didn’t hear their prayer,” he further adds. “Radha is the true epitome of love, tenderness, compassion and devotion. She loved Krishna beyond any constraints. Her love is the purest form of love, a perfect example of true love.”
If Radha’s love is the purest of all, should we not place moortis of Radha alone?
“Radharani was completely devoted towards Krishna. While Krishna binds the entire universe, her love towards Krishna is something that keeps Krishna enchanted. Though she was never married to Krishna, she always wanted to be remembered alongside Krishna only. Therefore, it is always advisable to pray against the photographs or statues of Radha Krishna instead of Radharani alone.”
If Radha loved Krishna so much, why didn’t they get married?
“Radha, in a very tender age, realised that Krishna is not just an ordinary man. She knew many others will love him and that he will have to love them back as well. That is why she not only just loved him but devoted her life to him without attaching any worldly relations. Their love became an example for the world to define the fine line between loving someone unconditionally and getting married to someone. No wonder, even if not married to him, Radha is always placed near Krishna in all the statues of Radha Krishna.”
Agrawal Moorti Bhandar has been manufacturing several statues of Hindu Gods for so many years now. Their knowledge exceeds not only in the quality of the best kind of marble stone to be used for manufacturing marble statues of Hindu Gods, but also in the field of the stories behind why and how one God is worshipped. If you are looking for the best marble statues of Hindu Gods, Agrawal Moorti Bhandar is your destination.

Selecting Marble for Marble Statue Manufacturing
Choosing a marble slab for making some of the best marble statues of Hindu Gods is not a cakewalk. Selecting the right color, texture and density of the slab is extremely important.
Tumblr media
Marble is a delicate kind of rock that can crack easily if mishandled. Marble is basically made up of carbonate minerals and calcite. Marble statues are world famous for their beauty, strength and resistance to fire and erosion. However, the best marble statue manufacturers always have to be very careful while selecting the slabs.
Tumblr media
At times, it may happen that the marble slab breaks during transportation or shipping. While in some cases, the slab can get eroded due to pollution and other not so favorable conditions. These kinds of slabs are poorly made marble slabs as it isn’t very common for a marble slab to crack easily.
Another challenge for the marble statue manufacturers is to choose a marble slab that has almost no impurities in the white colour i.e. to create pure whaite marble statues. If a slab has an impurity, it may cause a hindrance in the beauty of the statue thus made. However, even if the manufacturer finds a slab with some impurities, it’s up to them as to how to incorporate the defect in such a way that it adds to the beauty of the marble statue and may not look odd to the viewers.
While there are several marble statue manufacturers around the world, some of the best ones can only be found in the Pink City of Rajasthan, Jaipur, where the supply of marble stone is in abundance thanks to the nearby marble mines. These marble statue manufacturers have the tendency to manufacture some of the world’s most awe inspiring white marble statues of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. The beauty of these statues not only keeps the viewers awe struck, but also helps in adding to their devotion to their deity.
To find such mesmerising marble statues of Hindu Gods and Goddesses you may visit Agrwal Moorti Bhandar, one of the leaders among marble moorti manufacturers in Jaipur. You can also order beautiful marble moorti of any Gods and Goddesses online through their website www.agrawalmoortibhandar.in Place your order right away!

Buddha Statues and their Meanings
In Sanskrit, the word ‘Buddha’ means one who has achieved his goal, here, the goal of enlightenment. Buddha, the awakened one, has had a significant role in the history of the world. Many of the scholars believe Buddhism is not a religion but an art or a way of living. Statues of Buddha in different poses had been a source of different positive energies. Here we are going to talk about a few of the poses of white marble statues of Buddha. One of the poses of different marble statues of Buddha is commonly seen as the laughing Buddha. Though this pose is not actually of Lord Buddha, however, it is one of the most common poses. The laughing Buddha is actually a representation of one of the Chinese Buddhist monks who had been quite popular across China thanks to his hearty laughter. This particular pose of Budhha is often said to bring happiness and prosperity when placed in the homes and offices.
Tumblr media
The Earth Touching Buddha, one of the most common poses among the different 100 poses or mudras, depicts the moment of enlightenment. The most famous moment when Buddha achieved enlightenment is said to be when he was sitting under the tree with his legs crossed. While his left hand rested on his lap, the right hand pointed towards the earth. Thus showing how a person who has been enlightened remains relaxed and grounded.
Another commonly visible marble statue of Buddha is in his walking pose which actually represents grace and internal beauty. If not carved out with perfection, no image can show what it is actually representing. Thus a finely carved image is a much needed perfection for any statue of Hindi Gods or Statues of Buddha or any other white marble statues.
To buy several marble Buddha moortis you may contact one of the bestsellers, Agrawal Moorti Bhandar, in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
