So, Geralt in the Audiobook reading has what my American ears discern as a Yorkshire accent , and in the book even though he is not actually from Rivia he is described as mimicking their accent as apart of taking the name "of Rivia"

Gascon Brossard from the Thronebreaker game was originally from a Rivian noble family and the actor who plays him is from Yorkshire

Rivia = Yorkshire
