Cuttings of fuschia plants that I nearly killed during the last summer drought have taken enough to restore my sense of worth in my garden. I feel braver when that happens. Like I've just saved a life...and encouraged more into being. It is a heady high. And when plants die, I mourn a little... sometimes a lot. But all of it flows through me. My garden is energy that speaks in colour and fragrance.
