Tutorial sencillo para la utilización de Gantter

En el caso de que ya tengamos cuenta en Google, Facebook o LinkedIn, podemos utilizarla también para este servicio. Simplemente hacemos clic en “Register with XXXXX” con la cuenta que dispongamos y nos aparecerá una pantalla que nos pedirá autorización para iniciar sesión.

  La primera vez que iniciemos sesión la aplicación nos ofrece una pequeña introducción explicando un poco su funcionamiento y que nos permite acceder a archivos que ya tengamos en nuestras cuentas de Google Drive, Skydrive o Dropbox.

1. Para empezar a utilizar la aplicación nos vamos a la última diapositiva y pulsamos Start Now.

2. En la pantalla de Gantter podemos encontrar:

Proyecto: nos permite abrir otros proyectos, guardar el que tenemos abierto, imprimir, compartir y exportar a otros formatos.

Editar: aquí se encuentran funciones corrientes como “deshacer, repetir, cortar, copiar y pegar”.

Ver: engloba diferentes columnas que le podemos poner a la tabla de tareas.

Acciones: desde este menú se puede insertar, mover, y borrar filas, enlazar o mover tareas y sus propiedades.

Extensiones: es un menú para desarrolladores.

Ayuda: podemos obtener ayuda sobre el programa.

Autosave to FileCentral: nos permite activar o desactivar el guardado automático de nuestro proyecto. La traducción no está del todo implementada en este botón, así que cuando éste en inglés estará activado y cuando éste en castellano estará desactivado.

3. Las pestañas de Tareas, Recursos y Calendarios son las que manejaremos.

4. Automáticamente cuando accedemos a Gantter, nos crea un proyecto nuevo. En caso de que necesitemos crear uno nuevo hacemos clic sobre Proyecto y pulsamos Nuevo.

5. Cuando creamos tareas debemos seguir el orden en el que van a completarse. Podemos indicar los días que va a durar esa tarea y los recursos que son necesarios para completarla.

6. Un recurso es algo que necesitaremos para asignar a una tarea como material necesario.

7. Por defecto en nuestro proyecto tenemos tres calendarios: estándar, turno de 24 horas y turno noche.

(10 a 14 de setembro) 

Na terça feira dessa semana,nós fizemos a montagem do cronograma no Gantter, que era pra ser fácil, mas acabou que nao foi kk. Mas, apesar das dificuldades, conseguimos organizar as tarefas de forma que ficasse num prazo agradavel pra todo mundo, e pra que o trabalho pudesse correr bem.

Na quinta feira, revisamos a introdução e a professora Juliana apontou algumas mudanças que deveriam ser feitas, e a partir daí nós fomos nos organizando para fazer as mudanças necessárias.
