13% Increase in Performance! The 9700X and Ryzen 5 9600X BIOS now supports 105W TDP. AMD 600 Series motherboards will soon get the AMD AGESA BIOS PI 1.2.0.1 update, which will enhance power delivery for AMD Ryzen 5 9600X and Ryzen 7 9700X CPUs. MSI is happy to share this. Users will be able to enhance the original CPU TDP of these two Ryzen CPUs to 105W with this updated BIOS, which will result in an additional performance improvement.

Performance really improved by almost 13% when compared to the initial 65W TDP of the new Ryzen 7 9700X and Ryzen 5 9600X processors thanks to this new feature.

AOC heeft een nieuwe gaming monitor met een verversingssnelheid van 240 Hz gelanceerd. Het gaat om de AG271FZ2 welke tot de ‘Agon’-gamingserie behoort.

Het beeldscherm maakt gebruik van een 2,45-inch tn-paneel met een fullhd-resolutie van 1920 bij 1080 beeldpunten. AOC adverteert met een ‘moving picture response time’ van een halve milliseconde. Dit zou motion blur moeten verminderen. Verder claimt de fabrikant een contrast van 1000:1, een helderheid van 400 candela per vierkante meter en kijkhoeken van 170/160 graden. De monitor ondersteunt zowel Free- als G-sync. Het scherm is draaibaar, kantelbaar, roteerbaar en in hoogte verstelbaar. Een vesa-mount is tevens aanwezig.

Aan de achterkant vinden we één displayport, één hdmi2.0-aansluiting, één hdmi1.4-connector, één dual-link dvi-aansluiting en één vga-uitgang. Daarnaast zijn audio- en microfoonaansluitingen terug te vinden. Ten slotte zijn nog twee 3w-speakers en een 4-poorts usb-hub geïntegreerd.

De prijs van de monitor is helaas nog niet bekend.
