Okay so Project Sekai is basically an isekai game with vocaloids. All the characters are in bands of 4, and they can all isekai into personal side dimensions in their phone where they can hang out with vocaloids

Mizuki's a member of Nightcord at 25:00 which is a band run on discord nightcord between a bunch of online friends. Their whole theme is that they're all horribly depressed. The last 4 years of the game's story has been about the other 3 band members work through their problems a little bit, but Mizuki's a very avoidant character so her character arc only started really progressing now

Mizuki is a trans girl (canon now 🔥) who has been bullied for it in the past, so she's been scared to tell her bandmates because they might leave her. It's been a whole thing that she promised Ena (bandmate) that she would tell her, and that Ena would wait until she was ready to share her secret. Mizuki finally decided she was ready to come out at a school event her and Ena are having, but before she could come out herself, the people bullying her outed her as trans to Ena right in front of Mizuki. Ena didn't have the chance to respond more than ":0" before Mizuki panicked and ran off, and the band is currently disbanded because Mizuki is refusing to speak to anyone

the way finding paradise is about letting go (of your mistakes, of the unrealistically perfect life you never lived, of the person who helped you through your darkest times but who now keeps you stuck in the past). it's colin letting go of faye despite being afraid, it's colin keep replacing pages in his book with new ones, it's faye knowing that colin never needed sigmund's help, it's faye telling colin he has to let go of her if he wants to live fully, it's neil and eva trusting faye despite what it means for them, it's neil taking the risk in hopes of making it
