The page next to my #bulletjournal table of contents, I used #watercolor to make an abstract sky and decided to put the lyrics to possibly my favorite #beatles song, Tomorrow Never Knows, certainly the song that speaks to me the most, I used to meditate to it as a hippie teenager (in the 90s) also I went by Michael's, they had watercolor pallets, regular and iridescent, I figured I can go on the balcony and paint a bit without getting my stuff out of storage, but soon I'll be back to miniatures and card alters. Here's an updated look after my first week in my January #bujo #sleeplog. I've decided to alternate colors between pink and blue each day. I am recording total sleep time, awake time, REM sleep, light sleep, deep sleep. I also added the sunset for that night before and the sunrise of the morning of (for example, for today's sleep log, 5:13p is what time the sun set on Friday and 8:03a is what time it rose on Saturday). I was getting a lot of conflicting information regarding sunset and sunrise times across three different sources so eventually I stuck with one and filled it in ahead of time so that I don't have to worry about it.
