          ENERGY RADIATED THE CORE OF HER BEING, cat felt as though she was trembling when in reality she stood still.  guarded and haunted, observing the world flickering by like a GHOST with nothing left to trail.  only an existence, simply there, though the flame of her power had yet to exstinguish, and the ability to feel accomplished remained a void of lengthy emptiness.  she pressed some fingers to her lips and e x h a l e d, allowing the sensation of the breath to remind her she was alive...  no matter how thinly veiled a word that was to her.                  presence of the other wasn't unnoticed, and limbs took their place at her sides while head craned to face the one who approached.  clattering of noise at her feet and a glance down revealed a key had bounced off one of her shoes.  knees bent to allow her to pick it up, grasping with a newfound curiosity.  how s t r a n g e it must be, to be someone who had things to protect.  to hide within some package of sorts.  her only containment was herself.           "i take it this is yours...?"

Who knew why or even where Sam had left his letter man jacket out unsurpervised? For someone with four brothers, perhaps not the smartest moves. Especially because Matthew was now having an absolute field day, doing miserably poor impressions of his youngest older brother.

“Ey, bitch! I am bad to the bone, metaphorically and physically! I don’t fuck with milk, got that calcium deficiency!” His angry face is absolutely comical, as is the way he continues to flex - despite the way the jacket hangs off his thinner frame. “I’m bad at things that most people can do behind their backs! I’m bad at taking naps! Bitch, I don’t know how to add!”

Classmate to the group, he joins them on their trip to the cabin in the mountains. In the prologue, he’s seen half drunk downstairs playing a game on his phone due to barely any service in the area. He sobers up by the time Hannah and Beth run out and the others are concerned over a prank. He ran after them, only to lose them in the snow.. He had to turn back that night. Since then, he felt guilty for not finding them.

A year later, he rejoins them in hopes of continuing his search from where he left off. He feels uneasy within the cabin.

=RELATIONSHIPS=

Josh - Met in 10th grade and have been buddies ever since. He was there for him when the twins disappeared, hoping to ease his suffering with mindless videogames and movies. Ashley - The two get along pretty well. They act almost like siblings and love combing through magazines to joke about celebrities. Chris - A good buddy to Chris, Ace thinks of him like an annoying baby brother. He’s also trying to play wingman so Chris can get with Ashley. They often play phone games to pass the time.. you know.. the ones where you have to bug your friends to play with you. Mike - Sports junkies to the end! Ace plays football with Mike and Matt.. even though Ace gets annoyed by his ‘macho’ façade. He also has a bit of tension when Mike overdoes it to impress the girls. Matt - The two get along fairly well. Sports buddies, movie junkies.. the works. Until Emily came into the picture. Ace doesn’t like how ‘whipped’ Emily treats him. Emily - Very strained relationship. The two have a complicated past.. Exes? Who knows. Nobody really knows but Sam. The two fight almost on sight. Sam - He and Sam get along like two peas in a pod. Good morals, good grades. You name it. The two are gym buddies.. and share similar thoughts on how the prank went wrong. Jess - Ace doesn’t like her personality. A little too bubbly for his tastes.. but there’s also the fact that there were possibly some sparks a while back. Nobody can really tell.. but she’s with Mike, so.. no telling what might have been.

This is so hard Josie because I keep looking at your muse list and going "OH THIS CHARACTER IS GREAT/SOUNDS FUN" and then blanking on who to throw their way, lmao

First things first, I would LOVE stuff with the incubi brothers! I've been writing Sam and Matthew off and on since 2017 and have never once gotten to write them against a canon SM:TO muse before! I also have plenty of supernatural muses to throw at your Sam, James, and Erik! For canons, I've got my heavily au version of Melody from tlm2, I've got my vampire oc Nasreen, my werewolf oc Liora, and my hunter oc Phoebe! All of which could be a lot of fun to bounce off the boys! Side note, I could see all of these muses working for Danny and Sam as well!

There's also the E.ncanto muses, speaking of family bonding, and I'd adore that as well! And of course, I am so ready to throw any of my sdv muses at Abigail!

Those are my initial thoughts because I keep looking at your muse list and thinking about picking up test muses I've considered or readding old muses ahskjsalhd but!! Please know I would also be so down to plot with your OCs! I know I can definitely make some really easy interactions with Hana and Poppy, what with all my farming sim kids!

A SOFT GIGGLE LEFT PAST her lips once Jade felt Sam’s presence behind her. Yes, she knew it was him, having gotten used to him after they officially started dating during her senior year. He just has a unique energy that her other friends can’t replicate.

“Making meatballs,” Jade turned to look at him, quickly kissing his cheek. “Mercedes kept hearing from Ling about how awesome my meatballs are, I personally think she’s exaggerating, so I basically gave in to prepare some, and be in charge of dinner overall,” later on she would start preparing the spaghetti noodles and the sauce, but these take time.
