Third and final volume of Atsumare! Gakuen Tengoku.  

 The whole plot with the vampire clan is that they start having trouble reproducing, and they need the main character's power to make them fertile again. When he does so for Karen, she immediately tries her new fertility by taking Kitaro to her place. 

 After three days of intense baby-making, Kitaro reappears, completely slimmed down. Everyone is shocked by how skinny he is, but he brushes it off as being just "a bit of weight loss". Karen and him are now all lovey-dovey, and Karen, while being happy Kitaro slimmed down, still wishes to become "meaty" again, because she misses his fat. 

 There are two "Afterward chapters" centered around Kitaro. The first one explains how Karen introduced him to the rest of the vampire clan, resulting in most of them becoming chubby chasers themselves. The other one is Kitaro's friend worrying about his health: indeed, everytime he goes at Karen's house, he becomes chubby again, only to lose the fat when he gets back home (and he goes at Karen's place twice a week). Kitaro reassures him: his health is fine, the only problem he has is with the clothes. Switching many times a week between being chubby and thin, he has to buy everything in two sizes now.

And I have to say I like how, in this last “afterward chapter” they keep realistic in his weight gain. As in, every time he goes at Karen’s house he becomes chubby, yes, but never as big as he was before, just a bit more plump. 

Edit: It’s also interesting to note that it’s not going back at his own house that makes him gain weight, but actually going at the vampire’s house. So it means if he was fat before, it wasn’t the result of a bad lifestyle or a fattening diet.
