Savoury Scones Lately, we have been doing some tests in the kitchen for @mirandacafe . Last weekend were eggless savory scones with spicy olives and cheddar cheese. HOMEMADE RAW GRANOLA 1 cup of dry fruit (apricots, dates, plums) 2 cups of oats (RO) 1/3 cup of peanut butter 1/2 cup of peanuts and cashews (RO) Pinch of salt Re-hydrate the dry fruits for 15min if they don’t look very dry. Blend them with peanut butter until becomes a puree (use several spoons of water if needed). In a bowl, mix the puree with oats, nuts, and salt. Place the mixture in a flat container with a baking or plastic sheet underneath. Press the mixture evenly and freeze it overnight or for a couple of hours. When ready, use the sheet to take the granola out of the container and cut it into bars. Serve it with natural Greek yogurt or the way we like it, with your every morning coffee. RO = roasted optional. We love the roast flavor so, put the oats and nuts to roast in the oven for about 20 min or until brown if you are also a lover. #sololechugayzanahoria #conejo #granola #bars #vegetarian #vegan #snack #gabrieldiazphotography #mirandacafeldn #crouchend
