'Fall Away' - Love Crumbs (update) from The Extended Play Sessions on Vimeo.
The Extended Play Sessions - March 30, 2024
Love Crumbs perform the song "Fall Away" on The Extended Play Sessions. With stories involving triumph and overcoming personal trauma, Love Crumbs holds nothing back – whether sonically or emotionally. Guitarist and songwriter Michael says of performing together: “Creation and the energy around creation is its own reward. Live performance is unlike anything else. Playing music with others is both primal and timeless. It transcends language. It’s a beautiful experience that I wish everyone could have. Almost like another feeling, close to love or happiness.”
The Band: Ali McTavish - vocals Michael Dubuque - acoustic guitar, vocals Alyssa Harrison - vocals, violin John Hoffman - keyboards Gabriel Meacham - bass Ed Kuri - lead guitar Jacob Nunes - drums, vocals
The Fallout Shelter is an all ages 100-seat performance venue and state-of-the-art broadcast and recording studio, offering one of the most unique live music experiences in New England. Located in Norwood, MA, just 15 miles from Boston, The Fallout Shelter is run under the auspices of the Grass Roots Cultural and Performing Arts Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, promoting and advocating for traditional American Roots music.

Gabriel Orozco
Born in 1962 in Jalapa, Veracruz, Gabriel Orozco's childhood was spent in Mexico City in the bosom of a family from the artistic milieu of the Mexican left. From 1981 to 1984 he studied at the National School of Plastic Arts at UNAM, Mexico and from 1986 to 1987 at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid. From 1987 to 1992 he directed the Friday Workshop, in his house in Tlalpan, which became a place for discussion, meeting and art production in which Abraham Cruzvillegas, Gabriel Kuri, Dr. Lakra and Damián participated.
His work revolves around recurring themes and techniques that incorporate common, everyday objects. The materials he investigates allow the public to explore creative associations between often overlooked objects. Orozco's nomadism as a way of life has marked his work from the beginning. For Orozco, the decentralization of manufacturing practices reflects a rich heterogeneity of object and material. There is no way to identify one of his works in terms of a physical product. On the contrary, his work must be deciphered through common threads and strategies that are constantly repeated, but in forms and configurations that are constantly changing.
