Which character from Katekyo Hitman Reborn is most likely to die on their own terms, taking an enemy out with them?

Out of the Arcobaleno, I do think this would be Lal or Colonello. Both are trained soldier, who have had it hammered into them that their lives are not important, as long as a mission is completed, the enemy neutralized. They’re taught to put their lives on the line for the greater good. While both would do their best to make sure they’re not going to die without a damn good fight, if they do realize that there’s no chance for them to escape with their lives, both are going to do everything they can to take as many enemies out with them as possible.

Out of Primo’s Generation, G. is the one who would have pulled this. It was worse in his younger years, when he was sort of reckless in battle (his opinion was that it didn’t much matter how badly he got hurt or how much danger he was in, as long as his friends and those innocents in the town were safe and the enemies were taken out) and it does get better, but G., if there was absolutely no chance he was walking away from a fight alive, is focusing on taking the enemy down in mutually assured destruction. If that’s not a possibility, he’s making sure he can warn his friends in some way.

You’d expect, therefore, that out of Tsuna’s family, I’d say Gokudera is the one most likely to do this but I honestly don’t think he is. In fact, out of Tsuna’s family, I think Chrome is the most likely to do this. It’s not really something she’ll default to. If at all possible, if it’s just her, she’s going to try to run away, but when her precious people are on the line, the enemy has them in their sights, Chrome is more than willing to put her life on the line to ensure the enemy gets taken out and her friends remain safe. She’s already died once…she was given a second chance at life because of her precious people and if that second life is snuffed out to ensure they get to live and thrive, why not?

Out of the Varia, Mammon, Lussuria, and Belphegor are all going to do everything at all possible to survive. But if death is impossible to avoid, I do believe each and every one of the Varia are absolutely taking out as many people as they can and having fun doing so before dying.

Enma actually does not fear death. While he’s not exactly looking to die anytime soon and is always going to try to find a way to get back to his family, I do think if push came to shove in a fight where he knew he was going to die, he would make sure to die a hero’s death, making his family and friends safe even at the cost of his life.

Of course, my lovely anon! Thank you so much for the request and I hope you’ll enjoy what I put together here 😊

Okay, right out the gate, a headcanon I’ve always held is that G. just really sucks at rolling cigarettes. He tries but they always turn out too loose or too tight. Giotto is actually really good at rolling smokes, but he lectures G. a little (though very kindly) whenever G. has him roll his smokes. So instead, G. turns to Lampow to do so, since the kid is the best at doing it and doesn’t give lectures like Giotto does.

G. goes between either being extremely frugal and carefully watching how much money is being spent to throwing all of his money away on really stupid crap. There is no inbetween for him. It’s strictly one or the other. When he’s being frugal, he actually borders on a little stingy and is a little neurotic about carefully watching how much money he spends on anything, denying himself any pleasure besides his tobacco. When he wants to spend though…his money could be gone in a matter of minutes.

He sometimes finds himself waking up at odd hours with just the most brilliant ideas for things that had been on his mind or had been stressing him out. Sometimes, he even wakes up with just brilliant bursts of inspiration out of nowhere. He keeps a notebook by his bed to jot down his ideas if he feels like he can go back to sleep or he finds himself getting up, too inspired and too eager to get to work on these ideas to go back to bed.

He prefers filtered cigarettes.

He likes his coffee black but sweetened with so much sugar that you could almost stand a spoon up in it.

While he’ll drink tea if it’s there, he’s never really gotten used to the aftertaste of tea and has a bad habit of running his tongue along his tea for a little bit after a glass to try to get the taste away.

G.’s the master of the eyeroll. He doesn’t even bother to hide it. If he is annoyed at someone or thinks someone is being stupid, his eyes roll up as if begging some divine deity for patience and his face says everything that’s in his head for him.

He can be very impatient at times and doesn’t always understand that some people take longer to either understand things or to get used to things than he does. G himself is very adaptable and quick-witted and is able to get used to things very quickly.

He would have Giotto as his best man if he were to ever get married. He’d want a very small and intimate wedding as he doesn’t really like the massive ‘let’s party’ atmosphere of big weddings, where the whole thing is just an expensive excuse to party in his opinion instead of an expression of love and commitment.

He doesn’t want children, even though he likes them. He’s content to be Uncle G. to everyone else’s children.

He’s broken a wrist while learning to shoot.
