So....

It’s been a while, though in my defense, there hasn’t been a whole lot going on, since tends Gary to go quiet between projects. So this is mainly a post to say sorry, I’m still here, still keeping an eye on the news and hoping for something interesting.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, several movies have had their releases pushed back, and unfortunately, The Woman in the Window is one of them. As of right now, there hasn’t been a new release date announced, but as soon as there is, I’ll post it here.

Other than that, things are pretty quiet. I know everything’s a little stressful right now, but I really want to encourage everyone to please stay home, if you’re able to. I understand that it’s not possible for everyone (unfortunately, my job is considered “essential” and can’t be done from home), but if you have the means and ability to do so, please stay home. Don’t go to bars, don’t go to crowded places, don’t go to the grocery store unless you absolutely have to. Self-isolation and social distancing is not just for your protection; it’s to protect everyone else.

Take the time to go through Gary’s entire filmography; that’ll keep you busy for a few days, at least (I’ve updated the streaming list in the sidebar with what’s available, at least in the US; if you have different titles in your country, let me know so I can add them). If you make graphics or gifs, make some and be sure to tag fyeahgaryoldman and garyoldmanedit so I can see them and reblog them!

Fic progress is slow going, but a lot happened today. I had no idea Gary was gonna be at CinemaCon, so I was in MUST POST ALL THE THINGS mode. He’s got another thing tomorrow too, so more craziness. He hasn’t done any appearances or press in almost three years, so it’s hard to adjust to him doing shit again.

(I run @fyeahgaryoldman if you weren’t aware. Go follow if you’re a Gary fan, because I don’t reblog everything to this blog, though he’ll probably start appearing on this blog more often as his movie release dates get closer and he does photoshoots and interviews and whatnot.)
