Sàn XTB là gì ? Sàn XTB có uy tín không ? Chắc hẳn là câu hỏi của nhiều nhà giao dịch Việt với cái tên sàn lạ lẫm này, thế nên TraderPlus xin được là chia sẻ cho các trader thêm thông tin các sàn trong đó có sàn XTB.

XTB là 1 trong những nhà cung cấp thanh khoản cấp 1 (Tier 1); sở hữu vô số giấy phép đến từ các cơ quan tài chính hàng đầu như CA, CySEC, KNF, Bafin,…và quan trọng nhất XTB được niêm yết tại sàn chứng khoán Warsaw, Ba Lan vào năm 2016 với mã chứng khoán XTB. Chỉ với bấy nhiêu thông tin cũng đủ thấy “đẳng cấp” của XTB cũng như mức độ tin cậy, sự chuyên nghiệp, an toàn mà sàn mang lại. 1. Sàn XTB là gì?

 Những thông tin cơ bản về sàn XTB

Sàn XTB được thành lập vào năm 2002, tại Ba Lan dưới tên gọi X-Trade Brokers. Sau đó tới năm 2004, X-Trade đã sát nhập vào XTB. Kể từ đó, xuyên suốt 17 năm hoạt động, XTB đã liên tục phát triển. để trở thành 1 trong những sàn giao dịch forex lớn nhất thế giới, với văn phòng được đặt tại hơn 10 quốc gia khác nhau như: Belize, Anh, Ba Lan, Đức, Tây Ban Nha và Pháp.

Trước hết, nếu để nói ngắn gọn về XTB thì đây không chỉ là sàn giao dịch forex thông thường mà còn là 1 nhà cung cấp thanh khoản.

Như bạn biết, với các sàn dạng ECN, khi mở 1 vị thế, sàn sẽ trở thành nơi trung gian đẩy lệnh của bạn tới các đối tác cung cấp thanh khoản để khớp lệnh. Nhưng khi giao dịch tại XTB bạn sẽ không cần phải chờ đẩy lệnh đi đâu nữa, vì XTB chính là bên cung cấp thanh khoản cấp 1 cho bạn rồi! Nhờ vậy mà tốc độ khớp lệnh không chỉ nhanh mà còn không bị báo giá lại ngay cả khi thị trường biến động dữ dội nhất.

Thậm chí, XTB còn cung cấp thanh khoản cho rất nhiều đối tác trong đó có nhiều sàn forex được nhiều trader Việt quen mặt. Nên, nếu không có thời gian tìm hiểu kỹ lưỡng, hay xem xét giấy phép XTB sở hữu, chỉ cần với thông tin kể trên bạn hoàn toàn đánh giá được độ lớn mạnh và sự uy tín của sàn XTB là như thế nào rồi!

Chính vì thế, XTB cũng đã nhận được rất nhiều giải thưởng đến từ các tổ chức uy tín như: “Nhà môi giới CFDs tốt nhất 2019” bởi Tạp chí Broker Chooser, hoặc Nhà môi giới tốt nhất Châu Âu” do tạp chí Money Market bầu chọn,…

2. Thông tin các giấy phép và chứng chỉ hoạt động của sàn XTB

Giấy phép hoạt động là một trong những điểm cơ bản nhất để đánh giá một sàn giao dịch forex có uy tín hay không.

Tại sao điểm này lại quan trọng là bởi khi sàn được cấp giấy phép từ 1 cơ quan quản lý nào đó, sàn bắt buộc phải tuân thủ mọi quy tắc do cơ quan này đặt ra để hạn chế các hành vi lừa đảo, móc túi khách hàng. Vì lẽ đó, khi sàn forex sai phạm, cơ quan quản lý tài chính có thể xử phạt, hạn chế hoặc thậm chí là thu hồi vĩnh viễn giấy phép hoạt động của sàn (FXCM là trường hợp tiêu biểu đã bị CFTC tước giấy phép kinh doanh và bị phạt 7 triệu đô sau khi có những biểu hiện gian lận với khách hàng).

Ngoài ra, mỗi 1 cơ quan quản lý sẽ có những yêu cầu khác nhau nên cơ quan nào càng lớn thì yêu cầu sẽ càng khắt khe hơn. Vì lẽ đó, sàn forex được những tổ chức như ASIC, FCA, BaFin hay CySEC cấp phép, sẽ đảm bảo nhất định về mức độ uy tín của sàn, giúp trader an tâm giao dịch hơn.

Để được 1 trong những cơ quan quản lý kể trên cấp phép, bản thân sàn forex cũng phải nỗ lực rất nhiều, thậm chí, FBS – sàn forex được nhiều trader Việt giao dịch, ra đời từ năm 2009, nhưng phải tới tận 2017, tức là sau 8 năm hoạt động mới nhận giấy phép từ CySEC!

Chính vì thế, nếu bạn nhìn vào số lượng giấy phép XTB sở hữu, bạn cũng hiểu sự uy tín, chuyên nghiệp của sàn phải đạt tới mức độ nào, mới được nhiều cơ quan cấp phép đến như vậy. Các giấy phép mà XTB có bao gồm:

3. Quyền lợi của trader với những giấy phép này

3.1 Cơ chế tài khoản tách biệt

XTB chịu sự quản lý từ cơ quan Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego (KNF) nhằm cung cấp dịch vụ cho các quốc gia thuộc Khu vực Châu Âu. Được biết, KNF là 1 trong những cơ quan quản lý tài chính có những yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt liên quan đến việc bảo vệ tiền ký quỹ của khách hàng và hạn chế sự xung đột lợi ích giữa 2 bên, bằng cơ chế tài khoản tách biệt (Segregated account). Nên khi KNF cấp phép, đồng nghĩa XTB bắt buộc phải có 2 tài khoản riêng biệt nhằm tuân thủ theo đúng quy định KNF đề ra.

Theo đó, Segregated account có nghĩa là tài khoản ký quỹ của khách hàng và tài khoản của broker được tách riêng. Điều này sẽ giúp bảo vệ các khoản đầu tư, tránh việc công ty sử dụng tiền ký quỹ vào những việc khác, hoặc đôi khi dùng chính số tiền đó đánh ngược lệnh với khách hàng. Ngoài ra, Segregated account cũng chính là dấu hiệu cho biết sàn đủ tiềm lực tài chính để chi trả cho nhà đầu tư, không lo sợ thiếu thanh khoản. Không những vậy, KNF còn yêu cầu tiến hành kiểm toán hàng năm để xem xét khả năng thanh toán của sàn, nên trader có thể hoàn toàn yên tâm giao dịch tại XTB.

3.2. Cơ chế bồi thường cho khách hàng

Không chỉ là thành viên của Chương trình bồi thường nhà đầu tư (ICS) nơi cung cấp bảo hiểm cho khách hàng trong trường hợp công ty phá sản hoặc mất khả năng thanh toán. Mà XTB còn chịu sự quản lý từ FCA và CySEC, nên XTB đảm bảo chịu trách nhiệm đối với khách hàng bằng khoản bồi thường trị giá 50.000 bảng theo luật định từ FCA và 20000 EUR theo luật định từ CySEC.

Không những sở hữu nhiều giấy phép uy tín, XTB còn được niêm yết trên sàn chứng khoán

Ngoài sở hữu 1 lượng giấy phép “khủng” đến từ nhiều cơ quan khác nhau. Điểm đáng nói nhất của XTB chính là sàn được niêm yết cổ phiếu tại Sàn giao dịch chứng khoán Warsaw, Ba Lan vào năm 2016.

Sở dĩ nói đây là điểm mấu chốt vì như trong bài top sàn forex, kienthucforex từng khuyên các bạn rằng 1 trong những tiêu chí để đánh giá sàn forex uy tín chính là được niêm yết trên sàn chứng khoán.

Để được niêm yết, ngoài việc phải minh bạch hóa sổ sách, giấy tờ, tức là toàn bộ thông tin liên quan tới công ty hay sàn giao dịch phải rõ ràng và hoàn toàn có “thật”. Mà bản thân sàn forex còn phải chịu sự giám sát từ nhiều cơ quan khác nhau trong việc tuân thủ các quy định, đảm bảo hoạt động của công ty là hợp pháp. Nhờ đó, quyền lợi của khách hàng sẽ luôn được bảo vệ đầy đủ hơn.

Đây có thể xem như là mức cao nhất để khẳng định uy tín của 1 sàn forex. Chính vì thế, trong hàng nghìn sàn mới có 1 sàn đủ điều kiện kể trên. Và XTB chính là 1 trong những sàn hiếm hoi đạt tới đỉnh này!

4. Những tài khoản giao dịch và sản phẩm được cung cấp bởi sàn XTB

Sàn XTB cung cấp 2 loại tài khoản chính gồm: tài khoản Standard và tài khoản Pro.

4.1. Tài khoản Standard

Trong tài khoản Standard sẽ có 3 loại tài khoản nhỏ gồm: Standard A, Standard B và Standard C. Tài khoản này phù hợp với các nhà giao dịch mới tham gia thị trường. Đặc biệt là dành cho những trader nào yêu thích tiền điện tử, vì ở tài khoản pro sẽ không cung cấp sản phẩm này. Nên nếu muốn giao dịch tiền kỹ thuật số bạn bắt buộc phải mở 1 trong 3 loại tài khoản Standard kể trên.

Các thông tin cơ bản về tài khoản Standard:

Tiền gửi tối thiểu: $1

Đòn bẩy tối đa: 1:500

Loại Spread: Thả nổi

Chênh lệch từ (pip): 0.35 pip

Phí hoa hồng (Commission): Không

Mở lệnh tối thiểu: 0.01 lot

4.2. Tài khoản Pro

Đây là loại tài khoản phù hợp với những trader chuyên nghiệp, thích lướt sóng, nhờ vào spread siêu thấp từ 0.1 pip trở lên, cùng phí hoa hồng ở mức trung bình 7 USD/lot cho 2 chiều, giống như bao như sàn forex khác.

Ngoài ra, trong tài khoản Pro các sản phẩm CFD chứng khoán và ETF chỉ mất 0.08%/lot. Đặc biệt, giao dịch chỉ số sẽ được miễn phí swap, thực sự rất hấp dẫn để bạn trải nghiệm. Bởi giao dịch chỉ số, giao dịch CFD và ETF không giống như giao dịch tiền tệ forex, bạn sẽ phải chịu rất nhiều các khoản phí khác nhau. Trong đó khoản phí có thể nói gây “đau ví” nhất là phí swap. Chính vì thế, hầu hết các sàn forex đều cung cấp các sản phẩm này nhưng vì phí quá cao, nên không phải sàn nào cũng có thể giao dịch được. Ngoài giao dịch chỉ số được miễn phí, thì ETF và cố phiếu CFD vẫn mất phí swap nhưng thực sự rất thấp, không cao như nhiều sàn forex khác. Nên nếu bạn đang quan tâm tới chỉ số, cổ phiếu hay ETF bạn có thể tham khảo sàn XTB và tài khoản Pro, bạn nhé.

Điểm trừ duy nhất ở tài khoản Pro này chính là việc bạn sẽ phải mở khối lượng giao dịch từ 0.1 lot trở lên. Mặc dù, mức nạp tiền tối thiểu vẫn chỉ là 1$, nhưng vì phải mở ít nhất là 0.1 lot cộng với đòn bẩy tối đa là 1:500 và phí com là 7 USD/lot. Nên nếu bạn muốn trải nghiệm tài khoản này bạn bắt buộc phải nạp từ 50 USD trở lên mới đủ để mở vị thế.

4.3. Các sản phẩm được sàn XTB cung cấp

Đây có thể nói là điểm làm cho XTB thực sự khác biệt so với rất nhiều sàn giao dịch hiện nay, với số lượng sản phẩm quá phong phú lên tới 1800 sản phẩm ở tất cả các lĩnh vực như:

Tiền tệ forex (49 cặp);

Chỉ số chứng khoán (42 chỉ số);

Cổ phiếu CFD (1724 mã);

ETF (104 mã);

Tiền điện tử (25 mã);

4.4. Tiền điện tử

Có thể thấy, XTB là sàn giao dịch forex hiếm hoi hiện nay cung cấp số lượng lớn các cặp tiền điện tử cho trader chọn lựa. Điều này thực sự là 1 điểm cộng rất đáng khen. Như bạn biết, sàn forex nào cũng cung cấp tiền điện tử, nhưng với số lượng khá hạn chế chỉ từ 3 đến 5 cặp. Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều sàn vô cùng “tréo ngoe”, mang tiếng có tiền kỹ thuật số, nhưng lại chỉ được phép giao dịch từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, đóng cửa vào thứ 7 và chủ nhật như nhiều cặp forex, kim loại và hàng hóa khác. Điều này thực sự gây bất lợi cho những ai yêu thích tiền điện tử, bởi 2 ngày cuối tuần mới là 2 ngày sóng gió nhất cho loại sản phẩm này. Tuy nhiên, ở XTB bạn hoàn toàn có thể giao dịch bình thường như bao sàn exchange khác, mà không phải lo lắng về vấn đề đóng cửa vào 2 ngày cuối tuần, bạn nhé.

Một điểm cộng nữa không thể không nhắc tới chính là phí swap. Ngoại trừ BTC ra, thì tất cả các cặp còn lại đều siêu rẻ gần như là không có, thường chưa tới 0.3 USD cho 1 đơn vị giao dịch. Như bạn nhìn ví dụ minh họa bên trên, với 10 ETH thì phí qua đêm XTB tính cho các lệnh Sell cũng chỉ 1.12 USD. Trong khi đó, để lệnh Buy qua đêm, bạn cũng chỉ mất 0.37 USD cho 10 ETH. Siêu rẻ! Cho nên, XTB thực sự rất đáng để lưu tâm nếu bạn đang tìm 1 sàn forex để giao dịch tiền điện tử.

4.5. Cổ phiếu CFD và ETF

Tương tự như tiền kỹ thuật số, chỉ số CFD và ETF (Exchange Trade Fund – ETF là dạng quỹ kết hợp giữa hình thức quỹ thông thường với các loại cổ phiếu, đồng nghĩa ETF vừa có dạng quỹ nhưng vẫn hoạt động như bao dạng cổ phiếu khác, 1 loại ETF phổ biến nhất được nhiều người biết tới chính là S&P500).

XTB cung cấp rất nhiều loại cổ phiếu từ các sàn giao dịch chứng khoán lớn đến từ Mỹ, Anh, Đức, Pháp,… Thậm chí, không chỉ bó hẹp trong các loại quỹ cơ bản như quỹ iShare, mà XTB còn cung cấp ETF của quỹ vàng SPDR, quỹ theo dõi giá dầu USO,…

Phí giao dịch “hold” 1 tuần của XTB so với 2 sàn rất có tiếng khác là IG và eToro

Không chỉ cung cấp nhiều sản phẩm mà phí giao dịch các sản phẩm này ở XTB còn rất thấp chỉ 0.08% thấp hơn nhiều so khi giao dịch cổ phiếu cơ sở. Và điều đáng nói nhất chính là dù bản chất của những hình thức cổ phiếu giao dịch tại XTB vẫn là CFD, nhưng bạn vẫn hoàn toàn có thể nhận được CỔ TỨC, nếu bạn giữ lệnh tới ngày công ty trả, theo đúng lịch và giá trị mà công ty công bố.

Đây thực sự là 1 lợi thế rất lớn mà không phải sàn nào cũng làm được. Đặc biệt, các chỉ số do XTB cung cấp còn không mất phí swap (phí qua đêm) điều mà trader nào cũng cân nhắc khi giao dịch. Trong 1 năm bạn sẽ chỉ mất vài lần phí Rollover nhưng không đáng kể và cũng tùy từng mã, không phải mã nào cũng bị mất phí này. Bạn có thể tham khảo thông tin tại đây.

5.Sàn XTB với đòn bẩy, phí hoa hồng và spread

5.1. Đòn bẩy

Đòn bẩy ở XTB tối đa là 1:500, tuy nhiên cũng tùy từng loại sản phẩm sẽ có các mức đòn bẩy khác nhau như:

Tiền tệ forex đòn bẩy tối đa 1:500.

Các loại chỉ số chứng khoán đòn bẩy tối đa là 1:200 cho các mã phổ biến, với cá

Các loại ETFs CFD đòn bẩy tối đa 1:5.

Tiền điện tử đòn bẩy tối đa 1:5.

5.2. Spread, phí hoa hồng của sàn XTB

XTB cung cấp 2 loại tài khoản chính là Standard và Pro (ECN). Theo đó, sẽ có 2 mức spread khác nhau:

Tài khoản Standard: (bao gồm: Standard A, Standard B và Standard C) có phí chênh lệch từ 1.3 pips và không mất phí hoa hồng

Tài khoản Pro: phí spread thấp hơn rất nhiều chỉ từ 0.1 pip cùng phí hoa hồng là $7/lot cho 2 chiều.

Một điểm cần lưu ý, khi bạn giao dịch với XTB đồng nghĩa bạn giao dịch với nhà cung cấp thanh khoản. Lệnh sẽ không bao giờ bị requote báo giá lại.Cho nên ngay cả thời điểm tin ra giá vẫn chạy vô cùng “mượt” để đảm bảo lợi ích giao dịch cho các nhà đầu tư 1 cách tối đa nhất.

6. Những nền tảng giao dịch sàn XTB

6.1.Nền tảng MT4

XTB hỗ trợ đầy đủ các phiên bản MT4 cho người dùng bao gồm MT4 dành cho máy tính để bàn, cho máy tính bảng, cho các thiết bị di động cho cả iOs và Android giúp nhà đầu tư có thể giao dịch mọi lúc mọi nơi.

6.2. Nền tảng xStation

Ngoài ra, xStation hỗ trợ rất nhiều loại ngôn ngữ khác nhau (19 ngôn ngữ) trong đó có tiếng Việt, nên rất dễ sử dụng và dễ tiếp cận cho dù bạn không biết tiếng Anh đi chăng nữa.

Nhưng không dừng lại ở đó, các tính năng thuộc dạng “tinh hoa” nhất của xStation không thể không nói tới chính là Market Sentiment, Market Depth và Stocks Scanner.

6.2.1. Market Sentiment

Hình ảnh ở trên chính là Market Sentiment, như bạn thấy chúng sẽ cung cấp thông tin về số lượng phần trăm trader đang Buy hoặc Sell 1 sản phẩm nào đó mà bạn quan tâm.

Nếu bạn cảm thấy khó xem với hình ảnh trên bạn có thể nhấn vào ô chữ nhật nằm bên tay phải, sẽ hiện ra từng cặp tiền với số lượng người mua và bán hiển thị theo 2 màu gồm: màu xanh dành cho trader mở vị thế Buy và màu đỏ dành cho trader mở vị thế Sell. Đây cũng là thông tin rất hữu ích để bạn biết phe nào đang tham gia thị trường đông hơn, cũng là 1 gợi ý bạn nên mở lệnh theo hướng nào để tốt nhất cho bạn.

6.2.2. Market Depth

Ngoài Market Sentiment, XTB còn cung cấp 1 ứng dụng hữu ích khác chính là Market Depth. Với Market Depth, bạn sẽ được cung cấp thông tin về khối lượng cặp tiền bạn mua, giá theo từng mức, cũng như khối lượng mà nhà cung cấp thanh khoản (ở đây chính là XTB) có thể đáp ứng được:

Như ví dụ ở hình ảnh trên cho chỉ số US30, nếu bạn mở 3 lot thì sẽ được giá 28305, nếu mở 10 lot thì giá sẽ tốt hơn còn 28298, tương tự nếu mở 15 lot bạn sẽ có giá là 28288 v.v.. Tuy nhiên, bạn cũng có thể thấy, khi cố tình để lot thật cao (50 lot) thì thị trường sẽ báo về là thanh khoản không đủ, nên sẽ không có đủ cho bạn khớp hết lệnh. Bạn lưu ý tính năng này sẽ chỉ được thấy, khi bạn sử dụng phiên bản xStation dành cho điện thoại và máy tính thôi bạn nhé.

Từ hình ảnh trên một lần nữa khẳng định XTB là đơn vị cung cấp thanh khoản nên mới có thể đảm bảo chắc chắn về giá như vậy. Và nếu bạn truy cập vào website xOpen Hub sẽ thấy XTB là đối tác của rất nhiều sàn trực thuộc châu Âu, trong đó có những sàn được trader Việt quen mặt như Zulutrade hay IFCMarkets cũng là đối tác của XTB.

6.2.3. Stocks Scanner

Ngoài 2 tính năng kể trên, tính năng tiếp theo không thể không nhắc tới, đặc biệt cực kỳ phù hợp với những bạn nào muốn giao dịch cổ phiếu chính là Stocks Scanner.
