Java is an established programming language and an ecosystem that has dominated the software business for many years. According to TIOBE index rankings, Java was the #1 popular programming language in 2020 and the fourth best currently for bespoke software development.
The key factor for its intensive popularity is its security, which is why it is extensively used in a broad range of disciplines such as Big data processing, AI application development, Android app development, Core Java software development, and many more. It provides a large set of tools and libraries, as well as cross-platform interoperability, allowing customers to build applications of their choice.

Something really struck me while reading @wallf1ower's recent post in response to a tag game, and I wanted to give my opinions in it.
Programming really does have a special place in my heart. It does not really look like it has any emotional value to it like art, or writing, or music but programmers know. I am so attached to it, it's my escape.
And it is also true that we sometimes get emotionally attached to a particular coding language, like a pet <3 due to many reasons. I did do a bit of Java as my first programming language in school, but Python was my key to the coding universe as I like to call it.
I love every second I spend in front of my laptop creating something, and knowing that although how hard the process may be, the output will be beautiful, and it will be my own creation, and I would be proud of it. This can be applied to any situation in real life, and it's surprising how programming has given me the confidence that I need to get through life.
It's funny how some things you like at a young age may seem temporary, but turn out to be the very element that shapes your future the way you love.

Today has been a day of wrangling villagers. I remembered I had no masons, so I built this home for them and sent over seven villagers from the breeder. I do want to move their workstations to the lower level but they'll be fine for now. Again, no interiors, but I wanted to get everyone in first. Then I can worry about the rest later.
I also cleaned up the chest monster from the cathedral build while I think about how to finish the tops of the towers, as well as the chest monster by the new build. So now everything is back in my storage room and nicely organised. All the fletchers are now in the starter house attic and not in the pit by the breeder. The smithery has added another toolsmith and a couple of leatherworkers. Also I now have a cleric trapped in the tower of my starter house below the farmer. bc idk. That's where he wanted to be so. You do you, ig.
I have plans for the rest of them to end up in the belly of the cathedral as clerics and butchers, but it's after 1:30am now so lol that's for another day. Once I have those all set up and distributed, I'll tidy up the breeder and think about whether I want any more villager buildings or not, and whether I can dismantle the breeder now that they're all in their own little places and I can breed them up in there now.
Alsoalso! I do have a plan for the library interior! I'm taking some insporation from Bdubs and I want to put in, like, chiseled bookshelves where I can store my enchanted books. This will have to wait until I upgrade to 1.20 but I can at least work on the layout and get all the regular bookshelves in while I wait.
I am also going to be brave and go netherite mining before I upgrade bc fuck going to bastions for netherite upgrades lol. But I have a lot of prep to do before I do that. Fire res, maybe some tnt, idk we'll see. That's the plan anyway. So we'll see how well that goes. I may take the Pearl approach and just dig it out by hand and see how well that goes before I bring explosives into the mix.

In a world where security is paramount, Java looks to be an unrivaled platform getting better with every new update. It is a premier programming language and an extraordinary ecosystem with the ability to deal with security concerns more effectively, thanks to its important tools and libraries.
Another aspect of Java’s unrivaled success is its “Write Once, Run Anywhere” principle. It doesn’t require recompilation when developing Java applications, which makes it the best choice for cross-platform software development.
Java is highly chosen for a wide range of projects, including AI/ML application development, Android app development, Bespoke Java software development, bespoke Blockchain development, and many more.
