Cat-astrophe
Tumblr media
Freakish Friday
Tumblr media
It's been around a month, and the boys were so happy! They got free food, a free place to stay, they got to play and be mischievous all they wanted, and they got to be with you!
But... They were not always happy and their mood was dipping; they wanted to be more with you. they wanted to cuddle with you, they wanted to pull you close to them and kiss the top of your head. They wanted to kiss you, to really kiss you, not just the kitty kisses they have been giving, they wanted to make love to you.
But they couldn't do anything romantic like that, they were cats for fucks sake! You were only going to give them platonic love in these bodies and they wanted more!
They needed to find a way to get out of these bodies, it was fun at the start but now it was starting to piss them off. How long does this magic last?!
They were waiting in your living room, it was your day off and you were sleeping in. The boys were talking about ways and things to try to get back to normal.
'Maybe it goes away over time?'
'Maybe we have to take the Gems off?'
'Maybe it's like a princess in the frog thing and we need true love's kiss?'
'Shut up Paul.'
'HEY! I don't see you coming up with any Ideas Marko!'
'Still, true loves kiss? Kiss my furry ass dude.'
'You little bastard!-'
Marko and Paul started a catfight and were now meowing and hissing as they bit at each other.
David had to jump in telling them that if they don't stop they would wake you up, and that got them both to stop, they wouldn't want you to be tired and upset with them.
They just decided to do any random thing they could think of to try and change back, and see what happened.
And so the chaotic night had begun...
Tumblr media
To start Dwayne and Marko tried the bath theory, the both of them found some cooking stuff in the kitchen and just rolled around in it.
You were shocked but didn't freak out, it was the first time they did anything like this.
You just sighed and picked the two kitties up, one in each arm. Taking them to the bathroom, you shut the door with your foot behind you; put the boys down, and turn on the water making sure the water was perfectly warm.
You looked over picking the two fluffballs up before placing them both in the water, the fur around their paws soaking.
You were about to pour some water on them, but you then saw the collar gems around their necks and moved to remove them.
But when you did they didn't turn back, but something did change...
'Dwayne... Why is my feet wets?'
'I dont? What is this stuffs?'
'It's making our toe beans wet!'
'Quick run!'
Both boys lost their minds trying to jump out of the bath; their fur was all wet, their ears were cold, and their toes had no grip. THEY WANTED OUT DAMN IT! WHY WERE YOU BEING MEAN?!
While Marko was wailing and struggling, Dwayne was wide eyed standing bowlegged and shaking, maybe if he didn't move you would forget about him and leave him alone.
Soon after the bath, they sat on the soft towels as they licked their paws clean from the water trying to calm down; But then they heard a loud blowing noise and they were on the run again. They tried clawing at the door but it didn't work, you brushed and blow-dried the boys making their fur soft and puff out making them look like ridiculously puffy fat cats.
Once you clipped them gems around their level again, the cat instincts in them calmed down and they were back to normal.
They both just stared at each other for a moment, that was uhh... That sure was an experience...
Welp taking the gems off didn't work... Next plan!
Tumblr media
You were sitting on the couch just trying to play some games after giving Dwayne and Marko their baths. Which after getting all puffed up the other two boys couldn't help but tease...
Paul and David were cuddling all over you trying to get you to kiss them; Paul rubbed himself up on your leg while letting little meows looking up at you, David was just in your lap as he would put one of his paws up to pat at your chin.
You just smiled and looked over him to play the game, David got annoyed and started to hit your controller with his paw making you die in the game, Paul now jumping up when you "awed" in disappointment as he rubbed his head into your neck; you scratched his ears and cooed at the two kittens,
"aww it's ok, don't be jealous I love you guys too."
You leaned down giving them both a kiss on their noses your bottom lip slightly going over theirs...
And nothing... They were still cats....
Damn it.
Tumblr media
The boys sat around on your couch sulking, they were gonna be stuck like this forever; You were starting to worry about why they were acting weird, you had quit your job now that you had a job from home that paid well and you got to chose what hours you worked, you were taking a week break and decided to spend it on watching some good movies and playing with your boys.
But they seemed to be sad or disappointed about something and you couldn't figure out what.
Don't worry boys you were gonna find a way to cheer them up, you walked in smiling telling the boys you were gonna have fun today; you pulled back the curtains before walking out of the room not looking at the boys, and thank God you did.
It was daytime and the boys were now showered with sunlight, and they started to freak out; they were going to start howling and running around in pain, but then it happened.
With a big puff of smoke, the boys were back in their normal forms. Well...
Turns out the thing they were desperately avoiding the whole time was what they needed to turn back.
This was meant to come out last week but... Oh well, hope you guys like it and aren't too upset with me 😭😂

Sweet Things in Bitter Places [Luke x Reader]
Tumblr media
Word Count: 3000+
Summary: Being a barista on the coldest planet in the galaxy isn’t exactly a glamorous job, but it does have it’s perks. The cute rebel who buys a cup of caf from you everyday is one of them.
Requested by @racheltheclumsy
As you waited for the caf beans to finish brewing in the caf distiller, you brushed your hair behind your ear and stifled a yawn. It had been a long day with very few of the rebels asking for anything at your small coffee stand. There had been rumors of a lifeform somewhere out in the swirling snow that had gotten everybody rushing this way and that to do their jobs. It left very little room for stopping to get even just a small cup of the bitter drink. You watched the distiller even though your customer was behind you waiting in silence. You tried to casually look around, but it seemed to make the waiting worse. Finally, after a good two minutes, you turned around to Wedge Antilles.
"What was out there today?" You asked him, genuinely curious. "I heard that they might have found something?"
Wedge, obviously relieved you had started talking, chuckled. "It was just snow and ice today," he reported. "That's all it ever is." He shook his head and smiled. "Sometimes I think the generals make that stuff up just to keep everybody on their toes."
You laughed and maintained a casual conversation until the caf was done. The distiller let out a beep indicating it was finished. You poured Wedge a glass of it and added sugar and cream until he said it was enough. He placed a few credits on the counter and grabbed the cup.
"No, Wedge." You told him. "You don't have to pay." You shoved the credits back to him. He always did this and it made you feel greedy when he insisted you take them. Credits, of course, were of no use on the secluded planet of Hoth, but they were held onto in hopes that going back to a normal life someday was possible.
You put the currency in the pocket of your apron when Wedge refused to keep them, and looked up as two tauntauns rode in the open hatch door across the base, their riders covered in snow. The riders hopped off the tall, furry animals and shook the snow off of themselves.
After a while, Wedge called to the pair. You recognized one of the riders as Luke Skywalker as he ran toward the friend who had called him. He sat down next to Wedge with a big smile on his face. The other rider you assumed to be Han Solo, the "scoundrel" everyone complained about. The friends chatted merrily as you cleaned up around the small stand you had stayed at all day. Your job seemed so unimportant, but all the rebels agreed it was good to have something warm to keep their energy up. Noticing Han waving you over, you put the cleaning supplies down and walked over to see what he wanted.
"How much for one of those?" he asked, gesturing to the coffee Wedge was drinking. You shrugged.
"Whatever you see fit."
Han looked at her with interest now. "Anything?" He questioned. "Even nothing?"
Laughing, you nodded.
"Well then I'll take one." With his final decision he nudged Luke. "She's giving drinks away for free, Luke. You want one?"
Luke nodded knowingly. "I know, Han. Haven't you ever ordered caf from here before?" He inquired.
Han scrunched his face. "Caf?" he said sourly. He turned to you as you started pouring the drink. "Nevermind."
Stopping quickly, you looked at Luke and rolled your eyes. He laughed softly and offered to take the drink instead.
"You're telling me you drink that stuff?" Han asked him, surprised.
With a spark of mischief behind his eyes, Wedge answered him.
"Are you kidding?" he snorted. "Luke comes by here every day and drinks twice as much as any of us." He elbowed Luke. "Because you don't come here for the drink, do you?" he teased.
Luke laughed, finding a new interest on the counter in front of him. He stumbled on words, trying to say something cohesive. It caused him to turn beet red with embarrassment. You turned back to cleaning. Blood was rising to your face and making your cheeks warm. Wedge was always joking about you and Luke "having a thing" (as he put it) for each other, and you both should've been used to it by now. Still, you couldn't help but feel butterflies flittering around in your stomach every time he brought it up, but you could easily cover your nerves with the thin veil of a shy smile.
It was true enough that you had begun looking forward to Luke coming to the caf stand every day. He always showed up with an upbeat and terribly contagious attitude, and it was a bright part of your day to laugh and joke with him until he left for whatever work he had been assigned. Often times, he'd tell you the burdens of his mind–whether they were trifling small or unbearably large. You didn't mind it when he did, and equally as often you found yourself able to talk to him about your own concerns. Perhaps it was your imagination, but you both always seemed more at ease when either of you revealed your troubles to the other. You willingly shared whatever burden the other had.
You were subconsciously aware of Han and Wedge walking away while laughing to each other. You poured yourself the last of the caf and sat down next to Luke.
"They'll never let that go," you joked. He nodded silently for a second then jerked his head up.
"Come with me next time," he suggested. With one look at your face he knew he needed to explain. "The next time I go out there to patrol come with me."
Could you really do that? You knew that only a few select people would be chosen for that job, and a small, quiet, coffee stand attendant wouldn't even be considered. You liked the idea though. The thought of trying something new from your general routine exhilarated you.
"I don't think I can," you reasoned, trying to suppress the sudden interest in the idea. He turned more towards you.
"Sure you can!" he said excitedly. "I know Leia. She's my friend, and I'm sure if I asked she would let you." You tried not to be as excited as he was, but as he smiled certainly, you couldn't help but feel that it was worth a try. He set his caf down and stood up. "Let's go find her," he said lending you his hand. You gladly accepted and Luke guided you through the rebel base to find Leia. You turned into a small tightly packed room with flashing buttons and screens in every direction.
"I haven't been here before," you admitted quietly to Luke, whose eyes were darting around the room. He continued walking.
"Most of the rebels haven't," he answered. "They're always busy with this or that, but they can come in when needed." He stopped abruptly and pointed.
"There she is!" He jogged up to the woman he pointed to in the little space he had with you close behind him. The princess was standing with a man who was examining a clipboard she was holding. She looked up when Luke approached.
"Luke, I'm glad you're here," she said, relieved. "I had Garven Dreis on patrol duty for tomorrow, but his sickness has only gotten worse and he can't do it." Leia turned back to the clipboard. "I can't find anyone to replace him. Do you know of anybody?" Luke looked hopefully at you.
"Actually, I do." He nudged you forward. You stuck your hand out but withdrew quickly. How was one supposed to act in front of the former princess of Alderaan?
"I'm Y/N," you said with a quick and awkward bow. It didn't feel right, but, thankfully, Leia said nothing of it.
"Have you been on patrol before?" she asked you. You shifted nervously, realizing this might not work after all.
"No, I haven't," you confessed. Luke stepped in.
"But she is good with the tauntauns and the scanners," he stated. "I'm sure she would be a great help."
Leia looked you both over then nodded. "If you think so, Luke. I trust you." She turned to you. "You can take the north markers tomorrow." With that, you and Luke left the room.
"I guess I have my work cut out for me tomorrow," you said, relieved that Luke's plan worked. He grinned.
"Yeah, but you'll want some sleep. Patrols start early." You said goodnight, to him and watched as he walked away. You didn't think you would get any sleep that night, but you would try so you could see him tomorrow.
________________________________________________________________
You waited by the closed hatch door on the north side of the base with your tauntaun next to you. You had been given warm clothing to replace your casual wear, but the coat you were wearing was so bulky it was hard to bend over. You hoped it wouldn't be a challenge to mount your tauntaun. Many of the rebels were up already and scattering about doing their jobs. You looked around eagerly for Luke, but you hadn't seen him yet. You figured he must be at a different door than you were now.
"Please stand clear of the doors!" An announcement came over the speakers indicating it was time for the doors to open. Even though they said this every time, you felt embarrassed as you backed away from the huge doors. You spun around quickly when you heard another tauntaun approaching. Tauntauns were not quiet animals with their constant, strange chatter to one another, but they were very sweet and useful. Luke steadied the animal and smiled down at you.
"Are you ready?" He raised his voice to be heard over the sound of the opening doors. In response you nodded and mounted your tauntaun with the difficulty you had hoped would leave you alone. You followed Luke to the side of the base where he stopped and turned around to you.
"We have to let the airspeeders go first," he explained as he smoothed his tauntaun's fur. "Are you excited?" You looked out into the freezing landscape the doors had hidden just few seconds before. You were excited, but the weather on Hoth was not the type you go out and have a good time in.
"I'm a little nervous," you answered.
He laughed. "I can't say I was my first time," he admitted. "I mean, I was pretty excited." He looked to the hanger door as the last of the airspeeders left. He turned back to you. "It's our turn now. Don't worry, you'll do great." He kicked his tauntaun lightly urging it to go forward. Yours bleated and followed right after without instruction.
As soon as you were outside, the cold wind whipped at you angrily. You had forgotten to pull your goggles down and the ice blowing into your eyes made it impossible to open them. You would have gone back inside, but Luke was already far ahead of you. You pulled the goggles down and lead your tauntaun farther through the swirling snow. Luke had stopped at the top of hill and waited for you to catch up.
"Is it always blowing like this?" you hollered over the wind.
"Sometimes in the mornings, but it'll clear up," he assured. He moved his tauntaun closer to you and showed you the map he had on the scanner. "You can go east to where the north and east markers meet up." He pointed in the direction you would be headed. "When you're done with that it should be clearer. Meet me north-west from there. I have something to show you." He smiled and headed off to where he would patrol, and you did the same.
After you found the east marker the weather cleared, making it easier to find your way around. You took the cloth from your mouth so you could breathe some of the fresh cold air and lifted your goggles so you could wipe them off. You looked down at the scanner you had been relying on to tell you what was out in the snow. There was nothing exciting about it, and you wondered why Luke had wanted you to come with him. You looked off in the direction Luke had wanted you to go next. Whatever was over there was the reason. You urged your tauntaun forward who seemed confused about going in the strange direction but obediently trotted on. Finally you spotted Luke standing at the entrance to a small cave.
"What's this?" You asked curiously as you approached. He smiled widely.
"Tie your tauntaun up here and follow me," he ran inside the cave without waiting for a response. You suspiciously tied the loud animal next to Luke's and ran after him. You collided with him which scared you more than it hurt you. "Sorry," he said after making sure you were alright. "You have to close your eyes."
"Luke, what's this about?" you questioned him.
"Come on, don't you trust me?" he asked. You stared at him skeptically for a little bit before you closed your eyes. "Just be careful. It's a little slippery," he grabbed your hand and led you down through the cave. His gloves were stiff from the ice that made its' home there, but he made sure you didn't fall once. He let go leaving you standing there with your eyes closed.
"You can open them," he said from seemingly farther away. You opened your eyes to a beautiful opened cave where ice hanged, glistening from the ceiling. There was soft snow that lay thinly over the thick ice floor and mounds of snow that almost made you want to lay down in them. Luke stood in the middle of the ice with his arms outstretched to show off the cave
"It's amazing," you said, awed. You took a closer look at the ceiling and found large hole that was letting the sun in and making the ice glow purple. "How did you find it?" you asked, hoping he hadn't found it by falling into it.
"I thought I saw something come this way once, but it was nothing and I saw the entrance." Despite the beauty of the cave, you were shivering with cold. You rubbed your frozen hands together and put the cloth back over your mouth. "I'm sorry, you must be freezing!" He jogged up to you and put his arm around you. "Let's get you back to the base." You stayed close to him as he led you out of the cave. Once you were back outside, you were greeting by the obnoxious noises of the tauntauns that were waiting for you.
"How many more markers are there?" You asked Luke.
"Don't worry about it," he said, turning you toward him. "I'll finish up the markers. You get back to Echo Base and warm up. Save some caf for me, OK?" He smiled and started walking toward his tauntaun. You held his hand firmly until he turned back around. "Is something wrong?" You looked into his blue eyes, wondering what to say to him. You stood on your toes with your heart pounding and kissed him on the cheek. Your face turned red standing out against the white snow around you. Luke walked backwards into his tauntaun still smiling despite the loud bleat it made.
"I'll be waiting." You said as you mounted your tauntaun.
"I'll be there." He murmured in response. Feeling warm suddenly you rode back to the rebel base and worked at the caf bar while you waited to see him again.
________________________________________________________________
You waited anxiously at the north doorway for Luke to come back. You had already closed up the bar and made an extra batch for you both to drink to help him warm up. The wind was starting to pick up again, making the snow blow in. At the sound of a tauntaun you strained to see the incoming rider. Han Solo entered the base and hopped off his animal swiftly. You couldn't help but feel a little disappointed.
"Where's Luke?" You asked him. Han turned to you, just realizing you were there.
"He went to check out a meteorite that crashed near here," He answered before walking off. Luke was always very inquisitive. It made sense that he would do that, and you felt stupid for worrying so much.
The rest of the day passed slowly and still there was no sign of Luke. You had wanted to ask Han if he had seen him at all, but he was in a bad mood and ignored most of your questions. You found Han standing with C-3PO next to the Millennium Falcon. Before you could reach him He had run off to talk with somebody else, but you knew Threepio wasn't one to keep secrets if he was told one.
"What's going on?" You questioned the droid. He turned around startled.
"Oh, it's just that, master Luke has gone missing," He responded. "Nobody knows where he is." Your stomach flipped. You knew something had been wrong, but you tricked yourself into thinking otherwise. A hand seemed to be squeezing your heart with no mercy. You looked over to where Han was stirring up commotion to see him ride off into the hungry snowstorm waiting outside. You spotted Wedge standing by the open hatch door and ran up to him.
"Where's Han going?" You asked breathlessly.
"He's gone to look for Luke," He responded without even glancing at you. You sat at the base of the Falcon, feeling too weak to stand. Everyone was on edge while waiting for Han and Luke to return. The later it got, the colder it was, and the need to close the hatch doors was growing. The decision was final and the whole base fell silent as the massive door shut slowly. You buried you head in your hands. Why hadn't you said it to him before? You were scared. Too scared to admit it to yourself. You loved Luke. The three small words that had scared you into denial were a powerful tool you had chosen to put away. Now you regretted that. I love him. You thought over and over until morning.
A gentle hand placed on your shoulder stirred you.
"Y/N," you heard Leia's voice and you woke up quickly. She smiled warmly at you. "Y/N, it's OK. They found Luke and Han." You sat up from the hunched position you had slept in. It took you a second, but you processed what she was saying.
"Are they alright?" You asked hurriedly.
"They're alive," she assured you. "Luke just barely made it, but he should be better soon." You stood up sorely with strong protest from your legs.
"He's here?" Leia nodded.
"He's in the recovery room. He asked for you," she said with a knowing look then stood up and walked away.
You walked into the recovery room to see Luke sitting on a small couch they had there. He turned around quickly.
"Luke." You said relieved. Luke stood up quickly.
"Y/N!" He hugged you tightly. Your heart raced happily.
"I thought you were dead." You whispered to him with tears in your eyes. You felt him shake his head.
"I'm alright." He responded. "Han found me and looked after me." You pulled away from him and reached down for the cup you had set on the table.
"I saved you some caf," you told him. He laughed and sat back on the couch. You sat next to him after putting the cup back on the table. "You can drink it when you tell me what happened." You bargained. He explained shortly about being abducted by a huge creature whos home had been the cave they had been admiring earlier. How he had escaped you still didn't understand, but you understood all too much about Han having to stuff Luke into his dead tauntaun's stomach.
After the story you sighed and rested your head on his shoulder. You were just glad to have him back. Luke had always been a good friend to you, but you noticed the more time you spent with him, the more you wanted him to be around. The want turned into need as he became the only happy thing in the messed up world around you. He was much more than a friend to you, and you hoped dearly he would feel the same. The fear that he wouldn't kept you away from the three words you wanted to say to him from the beginning.
"You scared me," you whispered to him. "Don't ever do that again." He held you close to him.
"I won't," he promised. You hesitated as you practiced the words in your mind.
"I love you," you voiced, shaking. He rubbed your shoulders to calm you.
"I love you, too, Y/N"

Hi yes hello. I saw that you rebloged the oc ask thingy and I'll be ordering for the whole table. Can I get a 2, 3 ,5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 32, 34, 37, 41, 45, 48, 50, 51, 55, 60, 65, 68, 69, 70, 73, 78, 83, 87, 89, 93, 96, 98, and 99? All for Biscuit. (IM REALLY REALLY SORRY I JUST WANNA KNOW MORE ABOUT THEM 😭)
This got real long... answers under the cut!
2. What are their favourite possessions? Why? (sentimentality, history, price, etc.)
His favourite possession... is you! ✋👁👁
Jokes aside, Biscuit isn't too materialistic. However, he does like the hairband he uses for his braid; it was a gift from his mother! The bow he wears around his neck is also a remnant of a modification of his uniform from his previous place of work. Biscuit used to work both as a mascot and a cook (it would switch depending on the situation) at his family's diner (restaurant? i don't know the term), and he added it because he thought it looked cute (also he couldn't do anything too feminine :( so this was the best he could do).
I will note that the cutlery embedded into him is not a part of his favourite possessions, despite his unwillingness to part with them. They're more like a part of his body, I guess?
3. Do They get jealous easily? If so, what usually causes it?
If Biscuit formed an attachment to someone and then saw them with someone else, he'd be wary of the new person, if not jealous. They'd have to become acquainted with Biscuit to ease him, though that might not always work. He'd still probably try to drag his companion away. Basically, he's pretty protective (possessive?) over those he likes.
5. What's their reputation like? Does this reputation contrast what they're really like?
I'm not sure how others would see him. Either it's "eccentric cosplayer (who's really in character)" or "weird dude". Probably the first one, as normal people couldn't survive with knives in their body for that long. Mostly Biscuit's just a weird dude though.
7. What's their "type"? What romantically attracts them to another person?
Biscuit doesn't really have a preference on appearance, it's more based on personality. Either it's someone who can care for him or someone who's just as feral/zero-braincell'd as him. He normally takes care of his victims, but he doesn't see that as attraction; it's more like caring for cattle before you eat it. If someone cared for him though, he'd be into it. As for the other one, it's just a feral power couple; both can be absolutely insane together (Run).
9. If they could change one part of their appearance, what would it be?
Spine that can turn 180 degrees. Reasoning: he has to sleep on his stomach because of the knives, but then his feet are bent uncomfy while on his stomach. Rotate spine for comfy feets. Plus, it'd be a cool party trick.
10. What's a simple thing that brings them joy?
Pets/physical affection. (Unfortunately, by unintentional design, this man is Unpettable.)
12. What's their position in their friend group? (leader, mom friend, chaos goblin, etc.)
The chill goblin: you can sit with him and have a nice hat, but if anything gets the interest of his one (1) braincell, he will go absolutely feral.
13. How forgiving are they? What do they consider unforgivable?
I think he's pretty forgiving, considering. If you attacked him, he'd probably consider it as play-fighting or something. He won't like it if you mess with his personal belongings, but he'll forgive you if it's for a good reason (for him) or if you give it back.
As for the things he'd find unforgivable, touching the two knives sticking out of his head is an absolute no-no. (The ones in his shoulders are sort of meh; he won't like it if you touch them, but he won't try to kill you for it.) The knives in his head are really sensitive, so he'll become agitated quick and snap if you try to move or remove them.
16. What food do they absolutely hate?
fish yucky >:(
17. Do they show a lot of affection, or are they pretty reserved?
If Biscuit had an s/o or a good friend (you know, people he's not interested in for food), he'd be pretty affectionate; he likes them and wants to show it! He might get a little close though, so make sure to set (and remind him of) personal boundaries.
19. What's their unusual quirk?
I don't know why, but I imagine that Biscuit can bleed infinitely. If you were to remove any of the knives embedded into him, the wound will just keep bleeding until they're inserted back in. I don't really have an explanation for this, but he is a human, so??? I just think it's neat.
20. Are they easy to wake up in the morning, or grouchy and sleepy?
While Biscuit does get up early, he's particularly lazy and groggy. It's kind of like those moods where you want to go back to sleep, but you can't because your body's awake.
21. What's their ideal date like?
Anywhere really, so long as his s/o is giving him attention.
32. What are they like at parties? Party animal, or awkwardly sitting in the corner drinking punch and reading?
Party animal, except everyone else is sitting in the corner trying to avoid him. He doesn’t really think before speaking, so he says whatever without any filter. (Plus, the knives don’t help. No, he won’t remove them.)
34. What’s their favourite drink? (Coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate, soda, etc.)
Biscuit is a milkshake lad. His favourite is strawberry-banana!
37. Are they a hopeless romantic, or is that stuff just not for them?
Biscuit has a “love-at-first-interaction” mentality, like if someone shows genuine interest in him, then he wants to be with them and chases that feeling (and them).
41. What would they dress up as for Halloween?
Bold of you to assume that he’d even need a Halloween costume.
All jokes aside though, Biscuit has No Patience to put a costume together (or even look for one), so he’d probably just go with his normal wear. People have already mistaken the knives as cosplay/props anyway, so it’s just less work, instant results.
(He does have the old mascot suit, but he can’t wear it anymore without it hitting the knives.)
45. Are they always late, on time, or early?
None of the above, he forgot that event was today.
48. How dramatic are they?
Biscuit’s not the type to start drama, nor is he extremely emphatic (is that the word?) with his speech. He’s just kind of vibing.
50. Why would they be a good partner for a road trip?
Fun(?) to do activities with; will probably suggest random stuff to do if there’s no set itinerary (will probably suggest it anyway). If you’re looking for a spontaneous road trip, he’s your guy.
51. Why would they be a BAD partner for a road trip?
Will Never Sit Still; must be kept under watch constantly, otherwise he’ll run off to who knows where. (Just keep him on a leash or something)
55. Choose a vine you think perfectly encapsulates their character.
This video has pretty strong vibes of brainrot, so I think it's appropriate.
60. What sappy thing will they cry at? (romance movies, cute cat videos, etc.) Would they deny crying about it later on?
Biscuit loves all types of animals, especially furry ones (so dogs, cats, bats, rats… bean toes are a plus). So he’d absolutely cry if shown cute pet videos and gush about how precious and baby each one is. No denial either, if you confront him about it, he’d just justify it by gushing about them more. (He doesn’t have any pets of his own though. I wouldn’t trust him with a pet.)
As a side note, if he found out his victim was a beastkin or could turn into an animal or something, he’d be really conflicted on whether to harm them or not, but would ultimately decide against it.
65. Do they give people a lot of nicknames?
Biscuit isn’t creative enough to make genuine nicknames. However, if he forgot your name (and he probably would), he’d just name something off of your appearance (“pink jacket”, “shark guy”, things like that).
68. Are they easy to fluster? What would you have to do to truly fluster them?
Biscuit can only really be flustered by people he likes or people that he thinks are close to him. He’ll melt and nuzzle you if you surprise him with something nice, physical or otherwise :)
69. What’s their dream vacation like?
Go to the countryside and run around and be feral. Then chill in the evening and take a bath, because he needs to make sure his knives are clean.
70. Are they a good liar?
Biscuit doesn’t even try to lie. He’s really impulsive, and he doesn’t see what’s wrong with what he does. If he tried to lie, it’d be stupid/simple and obvious that it’s a lie, but he’d stick to his guns and insist that it’s true. Though, his voice/expression wouldn’t fluctuate, so you’d have to believe either in common sense or him.
73. Are they more book smarts, or street smarts?
Street smarts; this man’s head is empty (except for the two knives in there but).
78. What’s something they’re really bad at?
Almost anything that involves careful planning and concentration to complete. Things like puzzles or sewing; if it doesn’t give immediate satisfaction, then what’s the point?
The only things that Biscuit does pay attention to are cooking and, by extent, caring for his victim (as they’re a part of the cooking process).
83. What are they like as an s/o?
Loyal and (possibly) clingy. Will want to accompany you for days, then vanish out of thin air due to impulsiveness (will absolutely forget to feed his victim during this time, if he has one). Forgets about physical boundaries, but means well (trying to show affection).
Biscuit’s love languages are, in no particular order: physical touch, acts of service, and quality time. Personal hug-buddy that can cook :)
87. Do they like spicy food?
Yes he does! I like to imagine that he incorporates spice from time to time into his dishes. I don’t know what his tolerance would be though due to lack of experience (I will perish).
89. What would they get into a petty argument over?
Which animal is the best? Answer: it’s all of them. (Though he does have a preference towards furry animals, he tries to be unbiased in this argument.)
93. What type of movies do they like to watch?
Both gorey horror movies and feel-good movies (especially if they have animal protagonists). They’re just fun to watch.
96. What’s their sense of humour like? (Dad jokes, morbid humour, basic knock-knock jokes, stand-up comedy, etc.)
Physical humour, stand-up, and maybe surreal humour. Anything else might be too complex for him.
98. How competitive are they?
He’s not very competitive on his own, though if someone challenges him to a contest, he’s still going to try to beat them for the satisfaction of it. Don’t challenge him to a contest if you want to have chill times with him.
99. What would they wear to a formal event? Describe their outfit!
Biscuit has No Standards when it comes to social events, so he’s going as normal. If he had to dress fancy though (and if he had access to it), he’d probably just wear a simple pink dress shirt and dress pants + suspenders. Slick his hair back too. The knives stay.
(I don’t even think he can enter most shops with the knives, fake or not. I don’t know; I’ve never entered an establishment with visible knives before.)
This was a long post, so let me know if I missed anything;;

For @14daysdalovers from @oftachancer and I!
Pairing: F!Lavellan x Cassandra Pentaghast Rated: Teen Prompt: Ask me to stay Word Count: 2,043 Read here or on AO3!
Cassandra
It was the middle of winter, but she was sweating. Her fingers ached but she pressed anyway, wedging into the tight crevice-
“Oh, Creators,” she heard Lyanna sigh and she smiled. Worth it.
Cassandra leaned up on her elbows from the floor, setting the screwdriver to the side. It had taken them the better part of a week to transform what had once been Dorian’s room in the flat into a nursery. Lyanna’s cousin had left wood shavings all over her living room, hauling lumber up into the flat and sculpting it into the parts for a rocking chair and the crib that could connect and separate for the twins. Cassandra had spent her off hours from the office painting the walls, then installing soft-edged dimmable sconces and baby monitors and cloth mobiles, before child-proofing everything she could get her hands on.
“I think she likes it, eh,” Esha grinned.
Cassandra watched Lyanna pressing her fingers to her lips. “You weren’t supposed to see it until we were finished,” she chided softly, climbing to her feet. The room felt like a small forest. Warm wood and green walls. Shelves that looked like branches and clouds.
Cassandra set the screwdriver into her toolkit, wiping her hands off on her jeans, grateful for the summer lightness of the tank top. Outside, there would be snow in a few days, but in this room, it was warm from their labor.
“You- It’s-“ Lyanna glanced between the two of them, wrinkling her nose and wringing her hands. She was seven months into her pregnancy and looked as though she’d stuffed a watermelon under her shirt, the bulge stark against her thin frame. “It’s wonderful. You- All of this? You did all of this yourselves?”
“See,” Esha crossed his arms, leaning over the hand-made crib. “I told you we could have sprung for strippers.”
Cassandra snorted softly. “Yes,” she answered. “But if there’s anything you don’t like, we can change it. There’s time.”
“No,” Lyanna’s voice was shaking as she crossed to Cassandra, pressing her cheek to her shoulder blade, belly pressing up against her back. “No, Cass, it’s perfect. It’s so- Creators, are all of those toys handmade?”
“Your cousin,” Cassandra mumbled, “insisted that his kin shouldn’t be saddled with ‘shem corporatism’.” Only a few months before, Lyanna had been able to press flush against her. Now Cassandra could sometimes feel the twins kick her in the spine when they slept. Her tiny lover was a big spoon no matter the size of her belly. “It’s fortunate my uncle insisted I learn to sew.”
“It is fortunate,” Lyanna chuckled, nuzzling her nose against Cassandra’s back.
“The blocks are my doing,” Olivier’s voice called from the doorway, laden with takeaway boxes and bags. “Well, with some help. The tour bus was covered in sawdust for weeks, nearly sent Ril into a conniption.”
“Nearly,” Esha laughed. “If that was nearly, I’m genuinely afraid of what a real conniption looks like. He made me clean his harp with a toothbrush.” He grinned, resting his chin on his arms. “I thought for sure you’d spill the beans, but she looks genuinely surprised. Well done.”
“We can always get less lopsided stuffed animals when they leave,” Cassandra murmured, wrapping her arms back around Lyanna.
“Lopsided is perfect,” she chuckled, “I love them, each and every one.”
The words sent a curl of warmth through Cassandra’s core; she felt a smile curve her lips before she bit the inside of her cheek to control it. “Good.” She took a breath. “That’s good to hear.” She glanced across the room to find Lyanna’s cousin smirking. “Go away.”
“You’re welcome.” Esha hugged Lyanna on his way out the door. “Proud of you, asa'var'lin.”
“If I find either of you listening at the door, you’ll be in trouble,” Lyanna lifted her brows, kissing Esha’s forehead. “Save some food for the pregnant woman. The pickled onions in particular.”
“Those you can have,” he laughed, slipping out the door. “Ollie, she says she wants us to eat all the pickled onions!”
Cassandra rolled her eyes, uttering a sigh. “He talks so much.”
“He does,” Lyanna laughed brightly. “How long have you two been at this without me realizing?”
“Since they came to Val Royeaux for their tour.” Cassandra turned to wrap her arms around Lyanna, kissing her cheek. “The planning, in any case. We worked on some of it separately and pulled it all together in the last week.” She leaned back, studying Lyanna’s upturned face. Her sharp chin and kissable nose and pleasure warmed cheeks and bright, brilliant eyes. “I wasn’t sure which room it would be, but when Dorian elected to take the other lease… He loaned me his key so I could sneak in and take measurements while you were at work. You really didn’t suspect anything?”
“Well, perhaps something,” Lyanna admitted with a grin. “You’re not a very convincing liar.”
Cassandra shook her head. “You’re right. I’ve never really seen the point of pretending to do or be something that I’m not. But I wanted to do this for you, and I had a feeling if we told you, you would be on your hands and knees putting furniture together and breathing paint fumes. It’s alright?”
“More than,” Lyanna lifted on her toes to brush their lips together, eyes as green and shimmering as the freshly painted walls. “You know me too well. I love everything you’ve done, and that you did it with Esha and Olivier, and most of all…” She grinned, squeezing Cassandra’s hands. “Most of all, I love you. That you wish to be a part of not only my life, but theirs. It means everything.”
“I do,” she lifted Lyanna’s hands to her lips, kissing her fingers. “I want to, very much.” Cassandra cleared her throat. “It’s- I want to be with you for all of it. I’m aware it’s only been a few months, but this - us - Sometimes I can barely remember what it was like not to share my life with you.”
“What are you saying?” Lyanna lifted her brows, tilting her head curiously. “Of course you can be there.”
“I like making your tea in the mornings. I enjoy driving you to work and talking with you at the end of each day.” Cassandra brushed her thumbs over Lyanna’s fingers. “I miss you when we sleep apart. And when the twins come- I want to be able to help you with them. Not drive halfway across the city at odd hours. I want- I want to be with you. If that’s what you want.”
“You want to-“ Lyanna blinked, her brow furrowing. “Here? With… You’ll never get any sleep, once they come. At least I can take leave, for a time.”
“You forget I’ve raised multiple puppies. I’m more prepared for midnight feedings and sleepless nights than you are.” Cassandra watched her carefully. “Let me worry about what I want and what I can handle. What matters is whether or not you want me here. You don’t have to make a decision now. I only wanted you to know where I am, so you can consider it.”
Lyanna nodded, wringing her hands. “You wish to stay here. You want to-“ She closed her eyes, massaging her brows. “I didn’t realize you wished to- I hadn’t considered you might-“ Lyanna met Cassandra’s gaze, steady and serious. “Yes. So long as you keep your flat, at least for a while. In case… In case you decide it’s too much and want some space. Yes. Yes, if you’re sure.”
“You remember that I come with three appendages?” Cassandra thumbed her cheek. “It’s alright if I bring them here?”
“Please do,” she chuckled, “now that Dorian has officially moved out, we shouldn’t need to worry about allergies. I like waking up to a cold nose or a furry bum in my face in the morning.”
“I know you do, but also I have the dogs and the cat.” Cassandra bit the inside of her lip. “I wouldn’t go so far as to call my bum furry.”
“No, but Valentina’s is,” Lyanna rolled her eyes. “Fenedhis, I was speaking about your pets.”
“Oh, was that what you were doing?” Cassandra murmured innocently, trying to ignore the heat working its way up her neck into her cheeks. “So I shouldn’t try waking you with my bum in your face? Fuzzy. I would accept fuzzy. Like a peach. Yours is.”
“Mine is-“ Lyanna sniffed, crossing her arms at her chest. “What exactly are you getting at?”
Cassandra smiled despite herself. Somehow in a matter of months, she’d gone from fearing those consternated expressions to wanting to kiss Lyanna every time her nose wrinkled. “I love you,” she chuckled, smoothing her hands down Lyanna’s arms. “And I want to live with you and blend our lives and argue with you every day and every night about ridiculous things like how much I love your body. I want your children to grow up with Valentina and Alexei and Czyzy nuzzling them and giving them unconditional love and hopefully distracting them from the rabbit I made that has one ear shorter than the other.”
Lyanna seemed to melt before her, her features softening before her. She pressed her forehead against Cassandras shoulder, sighing as she wrapped her arms as tightly around her as she could manage. “Then stay,” she murmured, tilting her chin up to meet Cassandra’s gaze. “Stay. If you’re certain, I want you to stay.”
“I’m certain,” Cassandra kissed her forehead gently. “And I’ll keep my flat in case you change your mind. Until you realize you won’t.”
“I can start making room for you in my closet. You’ll need somewhere for all of those suits of yours.” Lyanna closed her eyes and stood still for a moment, arms wrapped around Cassandra’s shoulders. “I think I can have things sorted here by next weekend.”
“I can have things sorted,” Cassandra held her close. “You can tell me what to do and put your feet up while you eat pickled onions.”
“You are always sorting other people’s problems,” Lyanna leaned up to kiss her, lingering over her lips as her hands trailed down her back. “Just let me have this one little thing, make myself useful. And then I’ll have pickled onions and ice cream.”
That had been one of the most horrifying things Cassandra had ever witnessed. “You’re very useful.” She kissed her cheek. “And very beautiful.” She kissed her other cheek. “And very edible, somehow, despite all the onions.”
“They’re delicious,” Lyanna tutted, nudging her with her nose “I only just realized. The doctor says I need more salt. I won’t be distracted from my task by sweet nothings, though. I need to sift through my own belongings. Perhaps there are things I might not want you to find!”
“Like what?” Cassandra kissed her nose. “Your collection of bawdy magazines? I found those ages ago.”
“What?” Lyanna reddened, wrinkling her nose. “I don’t even have- Oh. Actually, I might. You were snooping, though.”
“I wasn’t snooping,” Cassandra laughed. “I was trying to find where you’d put your gray sweatshirt. It’s the only one that fits me.” She skimmed her hands down Lyanna’s sides. “One more reason it would be nice to have some of my things here.”
“Yes. Infinite sweaters and tee shirts for me to steal,” Lyanna chuckled, “though even those are getting a bit tight around the middle. Why don’t we eat and then we can clear out my room together?” She tilted her head. “Suitable compromise?”
“Yes.” Cassandra skimmed her fingers across a fallen bright red curl, tucking it back behind Lyanna’s ear. “You’re beautiful. Truly, wonderfully beautiful. I like the way you look, tight shirts and all.” She smiled, heat idling up her neck to her cheeks. “I like the way you look when sweaters stretch over you. I like the way you look when you’re slurping onions like a madwoman. I like you.”
“You’re terribly, horribly biased,” Lyanna rolled her eyes, wrapping her arms around Cassandra’s shoulders and stepping backwards from the room, fumbling with the doorknob behind her. “And I’m very glad you are.”
Cassandra kissed her temple as they headed down the hall. “As am I.”

Eulogy to my little black and white friend...
I’ve been putting off posting this since this morning because somehow posting it makes it real and I really wish it wasn’t.  My little cat, the Nordle, or the Lord Nordle (depending on the day and what he just did) got real sick.  I’ll try to tell you in order of how it happened, but I’m also kind of losing my shit here, so bear with me if I get anything wrong or it’s not exactly well written.  Here goes...  Last time I saw him well... which was just after I took these pics...
Tumblr media
and this one...
Tumblr media
It was almost dawn and he went out (as usual) to do his cool cat stuff. Only... he didn’t come back all that day ... and sometimes he does that. But then he didn’t come home all night which totally isn’t usual, I wish I’d gone out and looked for him there and then but I was asleep and I kept thinking that he’d be there when I woke.
He wasn’t.
So I went out looking for him. I searched for hours each time and I found him late afternoon on Saturday. He was lying in a thicket and it hurt him when I picked him up so I got his cat-carrier and we rushed him straight to the vet.
He had some sort of blockage to his bladder (not a stone) which we can’t explain because all the ‘usual reasons’ don’t apply. He’d been there for too long and his potassium levels were through the roof. His heart was struggling and he’d sustained massive kidney damage. But we didn’t know that then.
He had an operation to unblock his bladder and they flushed it through. He survived the op but he was still in a real bad way. We went and sat with him in the night but this morning he was still struggling and he was in pain so we made the heartbreaking decision to end his life.
Here are some pics...
Tumblr media
I’m sorry if these are hard to see. :(
Tumblr media
We brought him home afterwards and we buried him close to the trees he loved climbing, in a meadow where he used to make nests in the grass, right outside our garden.
Tumblr media
We’ll miss him forever.
The star that shines so bright lives half as long,  and you have shone so very, very brightly.
Rest In Power little furry dude.
Thanks for being my little black and white friend.  I love you.
Tumblr media
Toe beans!
Tumblr media
Cat of many talents!
I’ll even miss him singing the song of his people to me at 3am.  He was very good at that. :)
I just wanted to share this with you all because I know loads of you love him and love his photos. So... I guess we all get a chance to say goodbye to him together. :( x
I was so lucky that he chose me, and so lucky that we had our time together.  I’ll never, ever forget him.
I’m... going to go away and cry now.  Love you all.  Danny x

‘By Now’
"I can't wait to meet your parents, Blake! I mean, I met them at Haven, but it was rushed." Yang told Blake as they boarded the Pride ship for their trip to the island of Menagerie. "They do know we're dating now, right?"
"I'm not sure if they know or not. I talk about you enough, but I try to shy away from details when I talk to them." Blake replied, sipping from a bottle of water. "My mom would want to throw you a party, and my dad might try to fight you. Just to make sure you're 'strong enough for his little girl' or whatever."
"That's literally the cutest thing I've ever heard... What's it like to have two great parents?"
"It's awesome until you do something idiotic like scream at them and call them cowards because of some boy who turned out to be a monster." Blake chuckled to try and lighten the mood, but after that statement, it wasn't really possible.
"At least your parents didn't leave you. Taiyang didn't physically leave, but he might as well have. If anyone actually raised me after Summer died, it was Qrow. That's why Ruby adores him so much." Yang mused. She hoped she didn't sound like she was trying to one-up Blake's past with her own. Geez, did everyone from their class at Beacon have a tortured past?
"The sins of your parents are theirs to answer for, not yours, Sunshine. You turned out pretty great, as far as I can tell. And you raised a fantastic kid sister, too." Blake grinned at her Sunshine. Yang cracked a small smile at that.
Pride's foghorn belted out its one-note song, signaling her departure from the port. Yang looked out toward the horizon, taking in the view of the sea beneath the night sky. The full moon was out tonight, casting a soft glow upon the waves. It made for a spectacular view.
"If you think the moonlit sea is beautiful, just wait until you see the sunrise over Menagerie. It's enough to make you fall in love." Blake quietly mused, her cat ears wiggling at the thought. She slid her arms around Yang's waist, snuggling up close to her and kissing at the back of her neck.
"Oh Blake, not with people around. I wouldn't want them to throw us into the sea." Yang pleaded. This only seemed to light Blake's fire, as her kisses turned to soft nibbles. Yang's legs went weak at that, her knees turning to jelly. She then felt a soft tickle at her left side. It was over now; she was like clay in Blake's hands at that. "I love you, Moonlight." She spoke through her heavy breaths.
"I love you too, Sunshine." Blake placed one hand on Yang's rear as she replied.
"And you killed the moment." Yang joked. Blake paid her no mind.
"I could just stop..."
"You probably should... but I don't want you to. Too bad we couldn't spring for a cabin."
"I've been on this ship more than a few times. I know some hiding places." Blake cooed into Yang's ear, the blonde's heart melting at the sound of Blake's voice. Blake took Yang's hand and led her off to a hideaway.
\/\/\/\/\/
Blake had not been lying: the sunrise over Menagerie was the most glorious sight Yang had seen in some time. She and Blake shared a kiss in the sun's warm rays.
"It's beautiful here, Blake. We should stay here forever." Yang mused, her girlfriend laughing at her.
"We haven't even made land yet, Yang. We can't live in the ocean. Besides, if we stay in Menagerie, a cute faunus girl might steal you from me."
"There's no faunus cuter than you, Moonlight!" Yang cheered with an ear-to-ear grin. Blake rolled her eyes.
"You haven't seen any fish faunus yet..." Blake replied with a small smirk. "They're seriously the most adorable creatures ever. With their tails and fins and scales, oh gods."
"So you are a Scalie! Explains why you brought Ilia home!" Yang jabbed. Blake turned ten shades of red at that.
"Ilia was on a mission! Also, she did help me relieve some stress on the way to Haven..." Yang's mouth dropped open.
"You have known another? HOW DARE!!" She joked. Blake playfully shoved her face away.
"It was just a few cuddles... and booty rubs. And maybe some neck kisses. But we didn't bone, even though she tried diligently." Blake retorted. "I bet she would be great at it. She has a whole lot of tongue, after all." Yang's eyes widened at Blake's comment. "What? Don't tell me you haven't thought that!"
"I have..." Yang confessed. "A few times." She continued. "We should have Ilia over for dinner some night. See if she would stay for dessert!" Yang purred, annoying Blake.
"You're terrible." Blake grinned. "I'll ask her sometime if she hasn't found a cute girlfriend yet."
"If she's really cute, the girlfriend can come, too!" Yang joked. She thought she saw Blake's expression change. "I mean if that's cool."
"Let's put those ideas away for now. The ship's about to dock, Sunshine." Blake pointed at the pier by the shoreline. Yang smiled as she gazed at Blake's home. The two of them made their way off the ship and began their walk through the island markets.
"So you and Ilia shared some snuggles and junk, but were you and Sun ever a thing while we were apart?" Yang asked. Blake eyes her quizzically. "I'm not jealous of Sun or anyone else. I'm legitimately curious."
"Well... if I'm being honest, Sun did kiss me. It was on the ship ride back to Haven." Blake blushed lightly at the thought of Sun trying to kiss her. It was all she could do not to laugh about it.
"What was that like?" Yang queried.
"He wasn't bad at it. He needed some practice, sure, but he's probably a pro now. He's sure been kissing Neptune a lot these days." They both laughed at that.
"I mean... did you feel anything?"
"No. And I told him that as soon as he finished kissing me." Yang could have fallen onto her face hearing that.
"Damn, Blake! Just crush the boy, why don't you! Drag him, even!" Yang couldn't help but laugh.
"Well, Yang, he told me the same thing," Blake replied. Yang's laugh faded and she frowned.
"So he wasn't in love with you?"
"Never was. See, Sun liked me, sure, but he was in love with his own idea of me. He realized that I wasn't who he thought I was, but he still wanted to love the real me." Blake looked at her fingernails, flicking a bug off of one finger.
"That's a little depressing."
"Life can't always be rainbows and butterflies. Sometimes the one you want is not the one you need. If I learned anything from Adam Taurus, it was that." Yang's left hand twitched at the mention of that monster, but it subsided. He was dead, after all. He could never hurt anyone else. She clenched her metal fist.
"So, who's the better kisser? Between me and Sun, I mean..."
"Oh, you, of course. By ten. Twenty, even. You've got softer lips and better technique, and I actually want you to kiss me." Blake smirked. Yang cheered and pumped her fists.
"EAT THAT, MONKEY KING!!!" She cheered at the top of her voice.
"Calm down. Dragonfire. People are looking at us."
"Let 'em look. We're just a girl and her cat, after all. Nothing fancy."
"Speak for yourself, Sunshine. I'm plenty fancy!" Blake bragged. Yang squeezed Blake's rear with her left hand.
"Oh, I know, Kitty Cat." Yang purred as Blake stopped walking. She looked around to see a huge expanse. "Wow, is this the place? Chieftain doesn't look like a bad gig."
"It's not as big as the last one. I kind of set that one on fire when Adam's radicals tried to kill my folks." Blake confessed. "Still, it's a pretty big place. It's even bigger on the inside." She knocked on the door as she finished her sentence.
Kali answered the door, a shorter and more tanned version of Blake with bigger cat ears. She had piercings in her right ear as well.
"Ghira! Blake's here! And she brought her girlfriend!" Kali called into the house before hugging Blake and Yang. "Yang, is it? It's nice to meet you properly. I'm Kali, though you might call me Mom."
"Thanks, but I'll stick to Kali for now, if that's okay," Yang answered. A giant of a faunus appeared at the doorway. From the knee down, his legs were furry and his feet were like panther feet. He even had toe beans. From the knee up, though, he was all man.
"So this is the fire dragon I've heard so much about, eh? I'm Ghira Belladonna. It seems my Blake has a thing for blondes. I hope you're more likable than the last one she brought here." Ghira bellowed. Yang grinned.
"I'm positively sun-sational, Pops!" She replied. Everyone but Blake laughed at that. She just put her face into her hands.
"You three are going to get along too well..." Blake mused as she and Blake stepped into the house.

I featured Blake’s parents at the end! That counts, right?
Just Bees talking, really. Whatever, Bumbleby is my fave and the easiest for me to write.

Pls have more ridiculous cat!Matt shenanigans, including some halfhearted worldbuilding, lol
“Mr. Nelson,” Foggy reads in his best falsely-jovial customer service voice, “as neither yourself or Mr. Murdock are legally classified as forcibly nocturnal, your request for a nighttime work shift has been denied to leave space for employees who have greater need of the night shift schedule. Please be at work promptly at seven forty-five AM with the attached onboarding paperwork completed and in hand. While we understand and respect that the circumstances of Mr. Murdock’s shapeshifting curse can be a challenge in the workplace, the firm of Landman and Zack reserves the right to terminate the employment of any employee unable to complete their work obligations in a timely manner, on the grounds of blah, blah, blah. Jesus fuck.”
With an angry huff, Foggy crumples up the memo. It’s on fancy card stock, so he has to put extra effort into crushing it and that only frustrates him more. When he tosses it at the trash can and misses wildly, Matt pounces on the paper and bites it. Normally his tiny fury would at least make Foggy crack a smile, but he’s still too upset. And the truth is, he knows deep down it’s not really funny. If Matt was human right now he’d have smashed something or broken his hand punching a wall. Foggy supposes that’s at least one silver lining to the curse — it generally keeps Matt from hurting himself when he’s pissed off.
“Ok yeah you might not die in sunlight or anything, but come on! How many blood-sucking lawyers do they have that there’s no room for two interns on the night shift!”
There’s a low, reproachful mrrow at that. Matt’s even stopped eviscerating the crumpled memo to point his furry, disapproving face up at Foggy. How Matt’s disappointed-in-you expression still works even as a cat, Foggy has no clue. He sighs loudly.
“Yes, I know, that’s sanguist. It’s not the vampires’ faults, it’s on L&Z. But I’m still royally torqued off, Matt! This is so stupid!” He picks up their onboarding paperwork and shakes it. “And do you know what’s worse?”
With a tilt of his head, Matt offers a questioning chirp. His tail flicks at the air, weaving back and forth.
“Your paperwork is all in Braille!” Foggy exclaims. “So basically they’re willing to accommodate your blindness — probably only because they’re legally required to — but not your cat-ness!”
At last, Foggy’s indignation runs dry, and he slumps down onto one of their kitchen chairs, tossing the sheaf of paper onto the table. He doesn’t even want to think about mind-numbing paperwork right now, let alone the kind he’ll either have to fill out painstakingly slowly by himself or stay up all night to help Matt finish once the moon finally rises. Another groan spills past Foggy’s lips as he scrubs at his face in agitation. Really, though, there’s nothing for it.
“I guess that means I’d better beef up on my Braille,” he mutters, “unless we both want the boot. Jeez. It’s kind of ironic that this would actually be easier if they were full-on ADA non-compliant dicks and just left everything in print. What dipshit thinks a cat can read Braille with its teeny tiny toe beans?”
Matt makes an indignant little mew and butts his head against Foggy’s ankle.
“What! It’s a technical term!” insists Foggy. “I don’t care if you think it sounds undignified, they’re toe beans!”

ML Fluff Month 26: Please
<<Previous ~ Next>>
Read it on AO3
This is part of a collaboration between: @saoirse7ilysi, @yamina20-blog, @ao3bronte, @aknazer and myself in celebration of @miraculousfluffmonth!
26: Please (Adrien/Nino)
Summary: Nino is a dragon-slayer and Adrien is a sexy dragon.
Nino fell to the ground gasping. His lungs aching for air, and every intake of breath straining his chest muscles.
This was it. This was how he would die.
A long shadow fell over him, toxic green eyes boring into his soul.
In all his years as a dragon-slayer he had never begged for mercy. He had always been the champion, the victor. The one that triumphed over mere beasts. To fall this far... how did it happen?
The green-eyed devil slithered ever closer, it's lips peeling back to reveal rows upon rows of fangs, small and sharp as knives, meant for cutting flesh and rending it from bone.
One out-stretched arm came for him, retractable claws bared at the ends of giant cat-like paws.
He couldn't take anymore, he would rather beg for mercy then continue on as this foul creature's plaything.
"Please!" Nino gasped, kicking bits of treasure and attempting to crawl away. "Please stop!"
His cries fell upon deaf ears, just as dragon paws descended upon his torso.
"Adrien! No!" Nino screamed as he began writhing in the gold again, laughter exploding from his chest against his will.
The dragon was relentless, knowing just how to manipulate his claws and toe-beans to tickle the dragon-slayer, rather than maim him.
"Say it!" the dragon snarled.
"Alright! Alright!" Nino shrieked, clawing at the gold but feeling the coins ultimately give under his hands. "We go! Wegowegowegowego!"
The dragon released him, settling back on its haunches in victory and howling a thunderous, "Yesssss!" It was enough to shake the ruins, and make the pillars tremble.
Ashamed and exhausted, Nino collapsed into the gold, two seconds from sobbing. His lungs struggling to push and pull air, and his heart hammering around his ribcage like a smithy.
"This..." he puffed, "is going... to end very... badly."
"Don't be such a pessimist," said Adrien. He stretched his large body out across the piles gold next to Nino and began rolling around, displacing large quantities of coins.
"Dude, someone needs to counter balance your unyielding optimism." Nino sat up and began picking gold coins from his pauldrons, and anywhere else the coins had decided to go. When he shifted his hips he felt some things move that shouldn't ought to be moving like that.
Swell, they're in my pants too. He eyed the large golden beast next to him, and tried to discreetly dig coins out of his crotch.
Luckily Adrien didn't notice, too busy basking in his victory.
"So what's the plan, bro?" He dug the last coin from his pants and hurled it at Adrien, catching the dragon in the ear with it. "The moment we enter a human town, with you looking like... this," He gestured to all of Adrien, "they are going to brandish sword and pitch fork, and if they don't chase you off, they will kill you. Worst case scenario, I'm forced to kill you."
"You wouldn't kill me~" Adrien sang, rolling on to his back and curling his head around to give Nino a big pair of kitten eyes.
"I don't want to kill you, but you'd put me in a position where my only choice would be that, or face execution."
Adrien rose off the ground to his full height, which actually wasn't all that large for a dragon. He was only the length of two horses, not counting his serpentine tail, and as a quadruped he didn't stand much taller than one horse. Although if he stood up on his hind legs he was towering.
He was sleek and feline-esque, with lithe toned muscles under beautiful golden fur. No wings, or spikes, or horns, Adrien was the most beautiful and beast-like dragon Nino had ever encountered, and it would've been a damn shame of slay something so majestic.
Adrien was also the friendliest and most naive dragon that Nino had ever encountered, which led them to their current predicament. Adrien wanted to go see a human town... full of humans.
"This," large claws thrust themselves into Nino's field of vision, showing off a large black Damascus steel band.
"What's this?" Nino didn't dare touch it in case it was cursed, or enchanted. He glanced between the band and Adrien who was grinning widely.
"It's an enchanted ring," he explained. "Some rings grant power, invisibility, or invulnerability. This one will make me appear and feel human."
Nino stared down at the black band dubiously, "that is no ring, bro. That's like a bangle, or a circlet."
Adrien stuck out his tongue, and wrinkled his snout. "It's not meant for humans, it's meant for dragons." And with that he slipped the band over the middle toe on his right paw.
At first nothing appeared to happen, the ring was a little big on Adrien, and wasn't suited for feline paws anyway. But after a minute, the swirling pattern on the ring trembled, and came alive.
Where Nino had expected some flashy glow of bright white light, instead he saw bubbling black acid, it seemed to ooze up from the ring and crawl over Adrien's fur. It enveloped the dragon's body like some nightmarish horror, and ate away the dragon's size and shape.
Nino had no words, he honestly feared for his friend's life. And if he hadn't been scared into a state of paralysis he might've thrown himself on the dragon and ripped the ring off its paw.
Adrien didn't make a sound, the acidic bubbling black covering his body never made a sound. Smaller and smaller the dragon's form shrank, until he was shorter than Nino, and quickly enough, the black ooze bubbled itself out and evaporated into thin air.
All the golden fur was gone.
Well most of it.
It was reduced to an unruly gold mop on the top of a young man's head. ...And also his crotch.
Nino swallowed, and tried to keep his eyes above the belt. Bringing a whole new meaning to the term, cash and prizes.
Skin, pale, perfect, creamy skin, like the fresh cow's milk delivered to his doorstep every morning. Swooping aristocratic nose, lean but lithe body, and thighs... thighs for days.
Look at his face you heathen! Nino dragged his eyes back up to meet Adrien's cheerful and hopeful expression. Beautiful wheatgrass green irides blinked back at him under full blonde-tipped lashes.
"How do I look Nino? Am I human enough now?" And when he opened his mouth and spoke, there were fangs.
Nino swallowed... painfully. "No-not quite."
Adrien frowned at that. His neat blonde brows stitching together in frustration. He turned and marched across the gold, giving Nino an eyeful of his exposed backside.
Oh god, even his ass is perfect. He could feel his skin growing hot under all his clothing and armor, and hoped to god his dark skin color concealed the blush that was surely erupting all over his cheeks.
Adrien bent and collected a polished silver mirror from the hoard and stared into it.
"Well, I don't see what the matter is, Nino. I look human to me." He came marching back to the dragon-slayer, eyes glued to the mirror in his hands.
"Humans, don't have uh... sharp teeth," Nino fumbled, trying to look anywhere besides the very naked male in front of him, and failing.
Adrien pulled back his lip with a finger, and ran a long tongue over his canines. "It's not so bad."
"You also have pointed ears, slitted pupils, and claws, Dude. You have claws."
The former dragon inspected his hands, holding them up to admire the little pointed claws on the tip of each finger. "All the better to tickle you with." He grinned impishly.
"No bro!" Nino yelled. "Humans don't look like that!"
All at once Adrien's expression fell, and he crumpled in on himself like a wounded animal. Where once there had been pride and confidence, there was suddenly modesty and shame. His arms crossed over his naked torso, clutching his shoulders.
"Am I hideous?"
Hell no! and Nino realized a dragon would have no understanding of human beauty standards. Looking different to Adrien would translate as looking ugly.
"You-you're handsome, just different," Nino tried to explain.
"Am I too different?"
"Nope!" He squeaked. "You'll be fine. We can make this work."
"Really?" Adrien looked up at him again with hopeful eyes, and Nino found himself nervously adjusting his spectacles.
"Yeah, can we just... maybe get you some clothes, Dude? A shirt, some pants, shoes, maybe some gloves. You'll be looking fine—human in no time."
"Oh I got clothes covered," He winked playfully and Nino. "I have chests full of human clothes. It's one of my favorite things to hoard."
Regretfully Nino watched Adrien march off across the gold, once again giving the dragon-slayer a full view.
Oh god, I'm gay now... He tried to remind himself that Adrien was actually a dragon, a big furry, beast-like dragon, with claws and teeth, and a luxurious tail. Nino swallowed and his throat felt tight and dry. And... I'm also a furry. Or was he a scalie? How did one classify in this situation? Adrien may have been a dragon but he definitely didn't have any scales.
"Hey Nino!" Adrien called across the room, from the other side of the hoard pile. "What dress should I wear? I have this pretty red one with lace and corset. But I also have this lovely green one. It's got trailing sleeves and ruffles!"
It took longer than Nino would have liked to make the gears in his head switch from introspection to what ever the hell Adrien was going on about.
"I'm rather partial to ruffles," he added.
Finally Nino's brain registered what Adrien was attempting to wear. Ears burning hotly, imagination running wild with mental images, Nino bit the inside of his cheek and started over the mound of gold. Hoping beyond hope that Adrien didn't take notice of the problem in his trousers.
"Do you have anything besides expensive dresses?"
Tomorrow @ao3bronte will be treating you to the prompt Post-Akuma Comfort.

Noxis
Trigger Warnings: Mentions of Abuse, used for fighting, etc- Noxis was not treating too nicely
also whoops, i projected some shit onto him myself kldsdjfkslf lmao
sometimes angers, sadnesses, and traumas are projected o n t o the ocs
| Name: Maddox used to be his name but it was changed to Noxis
| Nickname: Nox
| Gender: Trans FTM (but he also uses It/Its pronouns too, those sound cool to him)
| Age: Definitely mid 20s somewhere (I’d say like 25 or 26 p much)
| Height: 6’3”
| Species/Race Anthropomorphic Dog (he’s pretty much a mutt)
| Fur Color/Body Type: His fur color is dark brown and he’s pretty skinny tbh
| Hair Color: His hairstyle is a mullet first n foremost and he’s dyed his hair a Emerald Green color
| Eye Color: Left eye is Prussian Blue and the right eye is a Dark Green color
| Appearance: He wears a black t-shirt first of all, some black ripped up and distressed looking skinny jeans with chains hanging down them, he also wears combat boots as well with dark green laces. He also wears a black spiked collar with a ring in the middle amongst all the spikes, he wears spiked bracelets on his wrists, his left ear is folded and his right ear is kinda half-pointing, he has some piercings in his ears, a piercing on his tongue, and an eyebrow piercing, likewise he’s got black claws (he used some nail polish and painted some claws dark green), his toe beans are an Emerald Green color as well with his middle ‘fingers’ essentially being that Prussian Blue coloring (wow going bold for the colors here ooo), his nose is also a dark green color as are the insides of his ears and his tongue as well, he’s also got razor sharp bear trap like teeth.
He’s got a few scars here and there, most can be VERY easily seen, others are pretty much not easily seen unless you get close to him, the most PROMINENT scarring are around his mouth, his face/head, nose, and a few more prominent looking scars are on his arms, legs, body, etc- he’s… Been through a LOT…  (also top surgery scars too don’t forget those- he’s also got a long bushy tail (he cut a hole in the back of his jeans for his tail to fit and move around a little bit)
| Personality: Oh b o y… This boy is VERY angry, aggressive, and practically almost feral at this point, he can still talk technically speaking but still, he’s very snippy/snarky, sarcastic as all hell, e d g y edgelord on our hands but eh there’s a reason for that even if it is not an excuse for him treating all humans like he does, speaking of those fuckin shitheads- he HATES humans absolutely DESPISES them, he won’t attack them or anyone unless they attack first, despite all the bark, he really is no bite… He doesn’t even LIKE fighting.
He doesn’t wanna hurt anyone really! ...He just wants to push people and others like him away because secretly? He’s fucking TERRIFIED of EVERYONE… He’s been hurt and betrayed by strangers before but what’s REALLY hurt him? He’s been betrayed and hurt and p much damaged SEVERELY by his own family! Those people were supposed to love him unconditionally! Those people were supposed to support him and take care of him! Not fucking abuse him, not fucking lie to him and tell him ‘everything’s going to be okay’ that ‘I’ve got your back’ and then turn around and hurt him so badly! Parents are supposed to care for you and love you unconditionally! He just wanted them to love him! He just wanted them to care, to be there for him!
(oops I put my own traumas, anger, etc onto my oc and I OOP-) anyways- He h a t e s his parents for how they’ve treated him, for how much they’ve betrayed him, for e v e r y t h i n g they’ve said and done to him, while they never PHYSICALLY abused him there was a lotta mental and verbal shit that happened, so now he tries to push everyone away so he doesn’t get hurt anymore, he wants to keep others away with anger, aggression, snarky and sarcastic remarks, he makes others think he’s just a straight up asshole but it’s to protect himself really, it’s all a defense mechanism in a way, deep down he just wants to stop the hurting, he wants to stop all the anger, the sadness, everything- He just wants to feel safe and happy, hell just OKAY in general! But, eh, he has a feeling its too late for all that now- might as well just keep up the act.
He’s also got a LOT of anxieties, depressive episodes, etc- Overall he’s just been through a LOT and I mean a LOT of shit-
| Side Facts: He usually stays in his home and keeps to himself, sometimes he’ll go out in order to get necessary items n shit like food/drinks, etc- But usually he’s at home, writing, playing video games, listening to music, or just- Watching random shit online, music, games, writing, videos- it takes his mind off a lot and can ease his stress immensely.
He owns a collection of various knives (is this just me in furry form? Lmao-) not for anything in particular but just because knives are fuckin cool- he is trying to learn witchcraft tbh because he finds that super cool, also wants to learn Irish Mythology and Greek Mythology a HELLA lot, he LOVES a good book from time to time, especially horror- like y e s please, he loves to watch horror movies too (...i sw e ar, im not projecting haaa)
Also, aside from putting my own traumas and feelings onto this boy, he IS his own character and he’s been through a LOT more than just parents- let me explain! So despite being a mutt/mixed breed/etc Noxis or Maddox more formerly known as was considered a VERY rare species, his colorings were unnatural compared to p much everyone in his area, they all had typical normal colorings, so of course people treated him weirdly as did others of his species, they essentially treated him like an outcast almost while others…
Well, people would pay a HIGH price for something like him… But I’m getting ahead of myself here, Noxis eventually ran away from home and that’s caused him to get into pretty bad situations, he’s been kidnapped a few times and sold as nothing more than a pet really or just something to look fancy in a home, basically a trophy/show-off item for the people in question, or in others cases he’s p much been captured and used for fighting because he looked like a tough breed who could hold his own, evidently this is where most of his scarring came from was from being put and used for fighting.
After all the fighting he eventually managed to escape from there and he honestly, while he does have a new home now VERY VERY far away from where all the bad shit, all the traumas, and of course he lives far away so his parents won’t ever find him, where nobody knows who he is or what, but he still doesn’t trust these people and shit either way- Like I said, he’s been through a L O T of shit, and it’s some pretty heavy stuff, likewise- Noxis fucking H A T E S being touched, anytime someone gets close to him you’ll definitely notice a flinch but he’s gonna hide it behind anger and aggression and just tell you to fuck off or something like that, now if someone raises a hand… That causes much more than just a flinch, his whole body language changes (the owners who d i d have him for a prize and the fighter dog owners ESPECIALLY weren’t kind or nice to him in the slightest soo yeah) say its a species like his own, another dog- if they bare their teeth that p much just brings back those flashbacks- while he usually runs away if they start charging him well he’s going to have to fight, despite hating confrontation and fighting he WON'T let himself be killed.
Noxis honestly definitely needs help, he needs someone to show him not EVERYONE is out to get him, that the world isn’t an ENTIRELY shitty place, he just needs someone to show him love, compassion, and understanding ...And a therapist, y-yeah- definitely needs a therapist, on the bright side at least he got his top surgery and bottom surgery! Hooray for trans doggo!! That’s a positive plus and a big fuck you to his parents and a lotta others, so there has been t h a t good around for him ...even though he didn’t trust humans and still doesn’t, I mean… He took a chance essentially, for all he knows they coulda dissected him ….eh- it’d be better than being owned as a prize or fighting mutt he supposed- either way, he’s pretty content with his body now so that’s a definite plus, i just didn’t want to end on a sour note!

Sweet Things in Bitter Places [Luke Skywalker x Reader]
Request: Hi there! I was wondering if you would consider writing a space barista!reader x Luke in which Luke finds that after everything that's gone down after ANH the only person he can really talk to is the sweet girl (the reader) who works at the caf bar on the base on Hoth. She has a unique way of understanding and solving his problems and the universe just seems simpler when he's with her. @racheltheclumsy
Words Count: 3000+
Warnings: Fear
Often times, he'd tell you the burdens of his mind--whether they were trifling small or unbearably large.
"When your done with that it should be clearer.
His gloves were stiff from the ice that made it's home there, but he made sure you didn't fall once.

"Luke just barely made it, but he should be better as soon." You stood up sorely with strong protest from your legs.
"He's here?" Leia nodded.
"He's in the recovery room. He asked for you," she said with a knowing look then stood up and walked away.
You walked into into the recovery room to see Luke sitting on a small couch they had there.
He explained shortly about being abducted by a huge creature who's home had been the cave they had been admiring earlier.
