I drew a similar concept two years ago when Fairy Ring was a Funguary prompt in 2023 and it's back again! I really like this prompt because I love fairies and I love how dark the fae can be >:3

There seem to be a lot of Australian fungi in the 2023 #Funguary prompts - today’s mushroom is the Cortinarius Archeri!

Like other purple fungi, these mushrooms eventually fade to brown as they get older, and these particular mushrooms also apparently have rather slimy caps. Nobody actually knows if they’re edible or not, either, so if you’re ever in Australia and happen to come across one, I don’t recommend trying one. Don’t ask why I made her a 40s-inspired nightclub singer, either - I just had the idea for such an outfit in my head and decided to use it on this girl.
