So me and my cousins were walking around our neighborhood and we walk past this house that has no fence around it.

We look over at the house that we hard barking from. Seconds later my cousin told me to run. I was still processing this shit and when I stated running, I looked behind me and saw the dog fuking chasing me.

I was scared, it pushed me, oof. Fell on the pavement. Got scarred and cuts. There's one on my hand. It looks so bad 😭

Note: MC is not necessarily the MC of the person they are interacting with. They have been in an abusive friendship/relationship and have had maybe a year or three to start processing the fucked up stuff that happened to them. Some coping skills, has some trust in other people back, but still jumping at shadows of the past abuse. MC has not been sexually abused.

Protective Brother dog goes BOOF about some misunderstanding and spooks you

You’ve been free from your abuser long enough to be able to bark back to scare off the perceived threat, likely hurting Theo’s feelings and angering him in the process, then fuking BOLT

It is someone else who finds you, listens to you cry and explain some of what you’d been through and what triggered you. You are too shaken to notice Theo hovering on the other side of the door 

He’s gunna be absolutely stricken. Holy shit. He legit didnt mean to scare you like that. He didnt mean to cause trauma to resurface. He feel awful and wracked with guilt. He’d been too upset at your barking back to notice the terror in your eyes and oof. Guilt trip for days

He slinks off to his brother with his tail between his legs to ask for ideas on how to make it better. 

This is the hardest thing for him cause he is so firm in his tough guy Big Dog act, but he has to lower it and soften himself for you to make the apology work and to reassure you and hope to mend things

It absolutely is NOT a good way for him to soften for you, but by God he will TRY.

You likely get gifts, apologies, being treated like glass for a while, and he may have Vincent with him a LOT to help ease things. 

You also get a protector. If he can win you over to him again, he will vow to protect you and only make the big scary sounds at others, if you are ok with that. 

If you are ok with still being called a puppy, he will ensure its the most affectionate nickname when he says it. The others can only think of a big scary dog letting a tiny kitten crawl all over him, not that they’d ever admit it within his hearing. 

Vincent

Sunshine boy is gunna make you smile. He is going to try his darn best

He will also spend an hour talking to Theo when he figures out youve been abused so his brother wont scare her

If you are ok with Theo and his posturing, you now have a Big Brother Who can go Boof for you.

The encounter with The Academie has you fighting, and then shaken and sobbing not just in Vincent’s defense after they leave, but also because of the bad memories. Holy shit Vincent is gunna double down on making you happy and forget all about it

Art therapy. If you express interest, he might have a canvas or two somewhere so you can paint

The Best Support and Listener, even if he doesnt really know what to do sometimes or how to offer help

You are his sunflower.. but also his sun. It doesnt matter if the skies have been stormy for weeks and months for you. You determinedly come out again after a bit, shining and smiling, even if the warmth of your cheer is a bit forced and cooler than it is at other times. 

So many soft kisses and cuddles and days in the meadow with a Brush who is very happy to be cuddled.

William

He openly admits that people think he killed someone for the sake of his plays. You express doubt, having seen the real monsters and, in your recovery, learned how to spot the tell tale actions and words and behaviors to avoid them further. He doesnt give you the vibe of the monsters you knew

Curious, he bluffs with an attack sometime later, grabbing your arm and upping his danger drama act. And recoils from the terror in your eyes and the way you flinch as you snarl back at him in self defense.

Because William wants the reaction, but oh shit, he didnt think it would be that bad. He was starting to like you and he spooked and tried driving you off and now you are trembling against the wall

He feels like a monster, the same monster you had told him earlier that he wasnt.

He quickly finds his bunny and offers you some tea as he plops Puck down in your lap, knowing Puck is a very good comfort bunny who will gladly lick the salt of your tears until you are giggling.

It hurts so much to bare his heart to you but somehow he manages, apologizing and offering ways he can make it up to you

Somehow... the irony of how you both tried to scare the other off when spooked gets to you, and somehow that poor little bunny gets slightly damp and salty, but you both spend a night in an emotionally exhausted sleep and tentatively agree to try again.

William, after much consideration, starts making little scripts for plays no one but you will see, making buffooneries of abusive people and turning his wit to gentle roasting of anything that makes you uneasy. 

He may not be able to face his own demons as well, but perhaps... perhaps he can make yours less scary, if only for a while.

ohmy god oh my god pls do not get me started i could go on so much about how D*sney just fuked over a good YA series JUST like they did to Percy Jackson (if not worse). Artemis basically has been planning for about a year to steal gold FROM FAIRIES because it’s fuking GOLD and they have a LOT of it. The purpose was it to bring his criminal family back from p much bein bankrupt after his father (Artemis Senior) disappeared at sea doin criminal stuff. NOT ONLY that but he was going to use some of the money to HELP FIND HIS FATHER because after he went missing his mother LITERALLY LOST HER MIND and had extreme cases of madness. HIS ONLY GUARDIAN BEING HIS BUTLER. TLDR he ends up capturin a fairy, holds her for ransom and gets cash money but only some, not all. THEN it leads into the other book series where he keeps encountering the fairies and it just ends up being a enemies to friends type deal along w Artemis actually learning not to be a complete asshole. ONTO THE MOVIE PLOT I GUESS. TLDR the movie took the “captures a fairy” part of the OG story but instead its to trade the fairy for some fuking magical power source so HE can trade it to some other criminal to GET HIS DAD BACK. FYI!! HIS DAD NEVER SHOWS UP UNTIL THE SECOND BOOK!! ALSO the thing fairy power source thing?? ITS BEEN IN HIS GODAMN HOUSE THE WHOLE TIME!! His dad met a fairy one day and the fairy just told him to protect it. Thats it. It’s been there. So the whole time he’s looking for it, looking at clues from fairies and stuff...he just ends up finding it in a vault in his home. From his dad. Who shouldn’t even be here this early on. The plot is just so OOF that even if the book series didn’t exist it this movie probably would still flop. WOW WATS NEXT ON THE LIST OF SHITTY THINGS? ARTEMIS’S CHARACTER OVERALL!!! In the books Artemis is a genius, ruthless, cold, manipulative little 12 year old and a little socially awkward from no contact w people much n isolates himself from those close to him. Later on in the series he starts socializing more thru his adventures n starts learning that there’s probably more to being a criminal, and instead uses his genius to help the faires as well as earth itself. so like...CHARACTER GROWTH!! REALLY GOOD CHARACTER GROWTH!!! NOW ONTO THE SHITSHOW THAT IS HIS MOVIE PERSONA! Oh my god you cannot begin to understand his movie characterization at all. Like,,,you know how i said he isolates himself n doesnt go out much? YEA SO YOUR INTRODUCED TO HIM VIA MONTAGE OF SURFING!!! SURFING?!?! his kid has no athletic abilities what so ever and they give us a shot of him surfing?? WHICH NEVER COMES UP AGAIN!? the writing of this movie had no idea what they wanted to do with his character and had nothing similar to his original book self other than he’s “SMART” I could go on and on about this but i’m already frustrated from typing all this out. TLDR the books are a really good read and the movies just butchered a good young antagonist because they were cowards and the movie itself sucks as a stand alone title.

11) Their family life

Oof, I imagined it being an all known scenario, tbh. The gal had a normal family, up until the age 14, when her father and mother decided to get a divorce, but Sarah was left with her father who, in a couple of months, found himself a new spouse - a step-mother for the woman.

In a year more, Sarah wasn't the only family's child anymore - she got a little brother (which still needs to be developed, since I haven't really thought of how her family even looks like, only basics XD)

So, yeah, that was also a year when she accidentally met her "masked friend", abandoned on their attic among the old house owners' things and relics. And that's where the things got messy.

Sarah and the black mask (aka the "vessel" for June, her new acquaintance) soon became close friends, as Sarah could clearly hear her and hold neat conversations with June in her mind (pretty much a reason she's believed to have schizophrenia, and "talks to herself" a lot). But back to the topic :')

Some of those conversations lead to how much Sarah hated her step-mother, and wished she would never get into their life, for once that "pesky woman" appeared, her and her father's relationship got more... Strained.

In the followed two years, when Sarah was 17, would you know it, her step mother was found dead, and the police believes that she was suffocated by the opened gas in the room. But we know where else those fukes could come from, right? :'3

So, as for now, Sarah has got a rented apartment of her own, and doesn't see her family (or, rather, what's left of it) too much. She isn't aware of how her dad and brother are doing, but can't really connect with them either. Not after the growing guilt of what she and June have done.
