The most valid One Piece navy character is Fugitora (from the dressrosa arc) the man who blinded himself bc the world kept showing him horrible things, things he didn't want to see or have to remember, who later says "I wish I hadn't blinded myself, I wish could see your face, I bet you look kind" in reference to luffy. 10/10 peak character

Sabo revel oh shit! -I'm calling this right now. Sabo is there to gain intel. Once he gets enough he will shed the armor during the meeting. He will be swarmed but stops it by stating he is the true heir to the Goa Kingdom. Stelly will confirm this by blurting out "That's not possible you should be dead" or something. Stelly is adopted and only got power being sneaky.

This prevents Sabo from being harmed because he is royalty and the Navy can't harm royalty point blank. Sabo will make a clean getaway afterwards.( it's way too soon for Celestial Dragons to go down I feel)
