Honestly I fuckin hate helping other offices with their scheduling. I hate it even more when I am just doing what I'm told to do and the doctor gets fucking passive aggressive about someone I scheduled. "That doesn't answer my question as to why it was double booked." Bitch idfk. I've been at this office for 3 fuckin days and I have no clue what your schedule preferences are. I did what the practice manager told me to do. If that ain't a good enough answer I don't know what to tell you. I've already said I would fix it if that wasn't supposed to do that.
