I saw my doctor a couple days ago to go over an incredibly thorough panel of blood tests he had me do to see what was causing my symptoms. He looked at EVERYTHING. My entire digestive tract, blood counts, vitamin d, cortisol, serotonin, dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, full thyroid panel, allergies and food sensitivity tests. I'm gonna be honest I was crying and smiling at the same time when I got to my car at the end of my appointment. Because for 17 years I was put on medication for pain and mental health issues that did NOTHING but fuck up my gut and mess with my head. For 5 years I went to countless doctors with all the xrays/MRI's/ct scans/heart monitors/cardiac tests/liver tests. Had me thinking I had MS or a hidden tumor or a problem with my heart. Making me think I'm crazy or I'm gonna die too early. The picture on the left was a year and a half ago. I was 115lbs, sick and scared. The picture on the right is today. I've been with my current doctor, a naturopathic physician for ONE YEAR and a holistic counselor for one year and they have found, fixed and helped me with everything. I am optimal in all blood counts, my thyroid is optimal, I have a bad allergy to house dust, no allergies to foods, no tumors anywhere, and no infections. I DO however need B12, levothyroxine, omegas, and a probiotic every day. Vitamin D 3x a week either by pill or outside in the sun for at least an hour Without sunscreen(sunscreen blocks vitamin d absorption). A cream for my PMS headaches. Exercise and stretching for my headaches/neck/shoulder issues. Medical marijuana for chronic pain. Meditation 12 minutes a day at least 4x a week. I'm not sick, broken or stupid. It's not all on my head. I know my body. I am mindful. I am my own advocate. I have healed my shit. My chakras are aligning. My inner child is acknowledged and healing. This us why I use products like #Monat, sage, cbd, lavender, cannabis. Why I'm studying to be a natural health consultant. Why I'll be promoting more Monat stuff trying to help my peeps get better results with natural products. You guys.. This shit has been my new obsession. Gets you lifted and feeling so much better after just a 20 minute sesh. The Arizer Solo 2 - get it, toke away, you won't regret it at all. We start the sesh at about 195 C and we finish at 220 about 20-25 minutes later. The oven heats up in under 30 seconds and it's a great way to save on flower because it only takes 0.2g per bowl and it's always more than enough.
