Had some pho broth for lunch and caused a massive MCAS reaction, difficulty breathing, the whole nine yards. I could barely move. Had to get Dave to come home from work bc I was so scared I was going to pass out and maybe die tbh. I couldn't even get up to get some antihistamines, but I at least I had my emergency steroid spray within arm's reach, which kept my airways open until Dave got home.

Had some more antihistamines now, feeling more stable and at least able to type some, slowly and with lots of difficulty. I feel absolutely terrible. This illness is fucking garbage and I hate it
