i only like robots when they're like people, or have feelings (even if they claim to not have them). They don't even have to have an anthropomorphic shape. If they talk, communicate at all or have a personality, I usually like them

I don't like mech's that people just pilot around because those are just war machines mixed with cars. and i hate cars. I know it's a very unpopular opinion that I find them boring. They're objectively impressive, but they still bore me.

This is a problem because whenever I tell people i think robots are hot, they show me mecha anime stuff. and I'm like,,, this feels like you're just showing off a fancy glorified car to me. where's the feeling? where's the personality? i crave love in return.

guys you're not "supposed" to hate that character in a comedy that the other characters are unfairly mean to. The joke is that people despise that character way more than is justified by that character's irritating traits. it is expected that you go "wow i feel a little bad for that character"
