I have a small bone to pick with the DR1 chapter 3 investigation. Why are they insisting that Hiro is the ONLY one that could fit into this Robo Justice costume? 'Cause like I think that's blatantly false. I understand why they're saying Hina, Kyoko, Celeste, Toko, and Makoto can't fit into it, they're all much smaller and differently shaped and it would've been much too big on them. And also Sakura, she's taller and bigger and more muscular and it would've been too small for her. (And Taka and Hifumi are the dead ones, so they don't count.)

But Byakuya is of a relatively similar size and shape to Hiro. He's a mere inch taller, and though he's got a skinnier build, he's only a few pounds lighter than Hiro. Like...that's not that much of a difference. Like, depending on the fit of clothing, those boys could share clothes, that's how close that size difference feels to me. Or at the very least, even if Hiro couldn't fit into Byakuya's clothes, Byakuya could absolutely fit into Hiro's clothes without much issue.

All this to say that there's no way they can definitively claim that Byakuya can't fit into the Robo Justice costume if it's made for someone Hiro's size. Maybe it would be a tad bit loose, or maybe his legs would be slightly long, but I think he would fit in it well enough.

And like, after Hina tried on the costume and Hiro insisted a boy should try it on because it would be a better fit on a boy, why in the world did Byakuya tell Makoto to try it on rather than doing it himself?! Makoto is practically the exact same size as Hina, him trying it on wouldn't make a difference! Byakuya, don't you have eyes? I know you can tell just on sight that you are the closest in size to Hiro and you trying it on would be the best gauge for whether or not the costume ONLY fits Hiro.

So, in conclusion, I say that the claim that only Hiro could've fit the Robo Justice costume is a false one, because I think Byakuya could've fit into it, he and Hiro are close enough in size that it could have worked. And the fact that Byakuya didn't even try it on when he was the OBVIOUS choice to do so makes no sense
