He may be comfortable being himself and doesn’t worry about restricting himself in order to fit some aesthetic. As a result his weight may fluctuate alot. His legs may have really muscular legs because he walks a lot. He may have dark wavy hair that makes a bit of a Superman curl. He may have big green eyes that are super expressive. It makes him look younger than he is. He may have a natural tan especially during the summer. I have a strong feeling she also has this sass to her lol. She's pretty witty and has swift comebacks which leads me to believe that she's quite well known/popular. I just see people seeing her as a bit closed off? Like people can try to connect with her but she likes to stand her ground. B. Is Wilbur’s father anyone specific? If he comes for Wilbur surely he wouldn’t be happy at the family that’s housing and helping him.

C. You said Tommy doesn’t really vibe with Wilbur. Does Wilbur help with that?? Does he see how Tommy doesn’t like him at first (when he hasn’t done anything) and after that purposely do things so Tommy doesn’t like him?

D. Roughly how old is everybody?

the first interaction is while wilbur is in the process of running away. they're in the middle of a forest (when wilbur has run out of giant grounds and has started getting into human territory) and he happens to run into a human. phil is a bit startled, but ultimately he sees tears and has to help ,,,,, wilbur is relatively open about his situation, but he is a bit wary of the fact that this is a human he's speaking to.

for now i don't think his father is anyone specific, maybe schlatt or a schlatt-inspired character. just some overbearing drunk. kind of like jd's father from heathers but a little worse. same vibes tho fs,,, and good god yeah he would. phil would also have some stuff to say to this guy. i have a mental image of phil standing on the roof of his house just pointing his finger at this guy swearing at him LMAO (meanwhile the roof is just barely above the guy's knees 😭)

tommy does not vibe with wilbur at first. it's bad enough that phil and techno are so close, a new "brother" pisses him the fuck off. wilbur does try to help. he's often leant against a wall right by tommy's window (don't ask why the house doesn't collapse against wilbur's weight. just roll with it) so he tries to talk to wilbur. tommy just either ignores it or just tells him to shut the fuck up. or argues with him. there is one fic idea/scene i have planned out (possibly two) with some bonding with the two of them so i will say that things get better with them. just not very quickly,,, and as for wilbur taunting tommy or just being a dick, he tries very hard not to be rude. occasionally he'll quip something or get irritated at tommy's persistence in being stubborn but maintains his temper for the sake of things getting better. he does playfully bully tommy though, he's wilbur :D

phil's like early 40's, wilbur is 19-ish, techno is 21 and tommy is 15 going on 16.

Thread: Eteri Tutberidze and the team at Sambo 70 have a long and horrifying history of disregarding skater health, diminishing serious injuries, and forcing injured teenage athletes into premature retirement. All of this has been enabled by the ISU, judges, and commentators.

Vendorian society values deception, subterfuge and a person's ability to do work other Vendorians find valuable.  Conversely concepts like love and companionship are so alien to the Vendorian mind set, that Vendorians that display these traits are considered outcasts fit only to perform tasks that typical Vendorians consider menial or undesirable, such as janitorial work or medical care.  

Physical Description

A Vendorian vaguely resembles a cross between an octopus and a virus, Vendorian skin tones tend towards varying shades of orange, red and reddish orange.  A typical Vendorian's body can be divided into three main sections a large head shaped like an inverted cone ringed with 5 glowing yellow or golden yellow eyes, a short circular body with a long thin neck, and six or seven long tentacles for movement and object manipulation.  Vendorians can use a natural form of particle manipulation to gather and use the forms of various living creatures and objects.  When in using another form, a Vendorian is virtually indistinguishable from the original, with only minor differences that can be detected by sophisticated medical or research equipment, and are usually so inconsequential that they are often dismissed as mechanical errors.

History and Technology

The Vendorians have lagged somewhat behind the civilizations of the Federation since at least the early 22nd century, though some species, (including the Romulans) seem to have had a limited amount of contact and trade with the Vendorians prior to their home system being quarantined as part of the treaty negotiations that formed the Neutral zone.  Oddly, despite their low opinion of the healthcare profession, Vendorian medical technology is advanced and typically nearly equal to other more advanced civilizations.

Relations

Do to their shape shifting ability and cultural out look, Vendorian relations with their neighbors are seriously strained at the best of times.  It does not help that a series of treaties between the United Federation of Planets and Romulan Star Empire, have kept the Vendorian people largely quarantined to their home system.  Vendorian society places a high value on the “discovery” of new objects and creatures to shape shift into, with the discoverer of a new form be granted total “ownership” of the form and can control over who can and can not use it within Vendorian society.

Lands

The Vendorians originate from the Beta Quadrant, living on the planet Vendor and its immediate stellar neighbors.  

Religion

Most Vendorians do not seem to have any form of religion or spiritual beliefs.

Language

The Vendorians native language is described as complex and hard to understand by outsiders, but, most people seem to simply fixate on the fact it possesses conditional verb forms.

Species Traits

Ability Modifiers: +4Dex, -4Cha, Vendorians are agile creatures, but, their alien mind sets make relations with other creatures difficult.

Aberration Traits (Ex): Vendorians have all traits common to aberrations.

Natural Attacks: As a full attack action, a Vendorian can perform attacks with upto 3 of their tentacles at a time either performing a natural tentacle rake attack (1d4+Strength modifier Bludgeoning/slashing) or used them to wield manufactured weapons.

Improved grab (Ex): If a Vendorian successfully hits a medium or smaller creature with a tentacle rake attack, they can start a grapple check as a free action.

Constrict (Ex): If a Vendorian begins play grappling an a medium sized or smaller creature, they deal automatic bludgeoning damage (2d4+1.5x the Vendorian's Strength modifier)

Size: Medium, as medium sized creatures, Vendorians receive no special bonuses or penalties

Darkvision: A Vendorian can see in total Darkness out to a range of 60ft.

Base Land Speed: 40ft.

Bonus Feats: At first level a Vendorian receives, Archaic Weapons proficiency, and Multi-attack or Multi-weapon fighting as bonus feats

Multiple Limbs (Ex): Due to their multiple tentacle like limbs, Vendorians receive a +4 species bonus to Climb and Grapple checks, and a +4 species bonus to checks to resist knock down and trip attempts.

All Round Vision (Ex): While in their natural form, a Vendorian can not be caught Flat-footed and receive a +4 species bonus to Search and Spot checks.

Acquire Form (Su): As a full round action, a Vendorian can reach out and grab a medium sized creature or small to large sized object as a melee touch attack.  If the target is a living creature, construct or undead they must pass a Fortitude save (DC 10+1/2 the Vendorian's Hit Dice+the Vendorian's Constitution modifier) or fall unconscious for 1d4 rounds.  If the Vendorian is able to maintain the grip for a full-round, they can now mimic the target's form.

Alter Shape (Su):  Once per round as a Full Round action, a Vendorian can change between natural shapes and one of their saved forms.  A Vendorian can maintain the form of a simple object (such as furniture) or a sapient creature they can maintain that shape indefinitely, for more complex objects, constructs or undead, they can maintain this form for only 1d4 hours at a time with a break of at least 1 hour in between.  When assuming the shape of a complex piece of machinery, such as a computer bank or advance component for a larger device, like a power generator or shield array, they can perform all the functions of that device.  A Vendorian using Alter shape uses the new forms Natural Armor bonus (if any) natural attacks (if any) and physical ability scors (Str, Dex, Con) but, retains their own class levels/Hit dice and mental ability scores. A “Vendorian can “store” a number of alternate forms, equal to their Constitution score.

Absorb Memories (Su):  When a Vendorian acquires the shape of a sapient creature (living, construct or undead), they, gain access to all of the creature's memories allowing them to use the original creature's skills and feats, and grants a +15 circumstance bonus to disguise checks to pass as the individual they are pretending to be. However, for every 24 hours that the Vendorian remains in their borrowed form, they must pass a Will save (DC 10+1/2 the original creature's Hit Dice+the original creature's Charisma Modifier) if the Vendorian fails three saves in a row, their Allegiance(s) automatically, and permanently,  change to the allegiance(s) of the creature they are impersonating, a successful save resets the count.

Alien Physiology (Ex): Vendorian gear must be custom made for them or species with similar physical proportions (Purchase DC +4), Vendorians must have the Alien Weapons proficiency feat to use weapons designed for other species.  

Level Adjustment: +3.

A Dumb Draft Exercise

It's a Friday night and we're all locked in so I decided to do something a touch different. I took the current NFL draft order and then looked up the last five NFL drafts (2015-2019) to see who was picked at spots. Using the teams as they stand after one long (and it feels it) week of free agency, I picked ONE player selected at that set position to try and do a retro draft. Each team picked ONE player picked over the last five years at that specific spot (so at 1 overall, you could only draft 1st overall). How different would your favorite team look? Welll.....

1. Cincinnati- QB Kyler Murray (2019)

The first round picks of the past five years consist of four QBs (Jameis Winston, Jared Goff, Baker Mayfield and Murray) alongside premiere edge rusher Myles Garrett. As is often the case with top pick QBs tasked with saving bad franchises, each becomes less and less attractive as the years go by and they hit the ceiling of "damn good but not quite franchise saver" over and over. I went with Murray because while I think Goff is vastly underrated by most fans, Murray's got the ability and personality to drastically change an organization that feels like it's been hankering for a chance over the past five years. Murray was one of the NFL's brightest stars last year and figures to only improve, especially if you put him under the watchful gaze of an offensive guru (of sorts) in Zac Taylor.

2. Washington- DE Nick Bosa (2019)

Was REALLY torn with Carson Wentz and Nick Bosa for the Redskins. There's a lot of dead-ish weight here with Mitch Trubisky and Marcus Mariota and while Saquon may be the best player in theory, no team needs to take a running back in the top 5 (or in the first round at all). Assuming the Redskins are truly comfortable with Dwayne Haskins then taking Nick Bosa and pairing him up in the front four along with the likes of Montez Sweat, Matt Ionidis and Daron Payne would probably be a formidable ass crew.  Basically the Chase Young strategy.

3. Detroit- DE Joey Bosa (2016)

How about the Bosa Bros going back to back! One would assume tht if the Lions wanted a QB, they're GOING to have their pick of the proverbial litter on the back end. After all after Cincy, they'll have Tua, Herbert and Love at their disposal if taking a QB so amuses them. Instead operating under the belief that the Lions feel comfortable with Stafford for MAYBE one more year, it leaves us to choose from Joey Bosa, Solomon Thomas and Dante Fowler. Bosa is likely on his way to a multiple pro bowl career while Thomas may just grade out as average and Fowler is on his third team now. Easy choice if ya ask me.

4. NY Giants- WR Amari Cooper (2015)

The Giants would be picking from a variety of offensive players; two of which are current Dallas Cowboys. You have Amari Cooper, Zeke Elliott, Leonard Fournette on offense and then Denzel Ward at cornerback as pretty much your only other option. Give me Amari Cooper as he'd immediately step in and make an offense consisting of Daniel Jones, Barkley, Golden Tate and a two tight end threat of Evan Engram and Kaden Smith a pretty damn formidable one.

5. Miami- OLB Bradley Chubb (2018)

This WOULD be easy in theory. Cornerback Jalen Ramsey would've been a FINE choice here but the Dolphins have Xavien Howard and Byron Jones on the back end. With Jalen Ramsey out of the picture, you have an interesting linebacker in Devin White, a superb guard in Brandon Scherff and my selection Bradley Chubb. With so much locked in on the defense, Chubb (if healthy) steps in as an immediate premiere pass rusher. Barely edges out Brandon Scherff. BARELY.

6. LA Chargers- OG Quinton Nelson (2018)

Man! The Chargers would have their glut of talent to choose from if they so desired. Want an elite strong safety? Jamal Adams was picked 6th in 2018. Want a QB to groom and develop? Daniel Jones went here in 2019. If you want a flexible havoc inducing DL piece? Leonard Williams in 2015 went 6th overall. Ronnie Stanley is a pretty damn good tackle as well.  Quinton Nelson is a top 3 guard in just two seasons and figures to continue to improve. It's not a premiere position for a lot of people but Nelson bucks the trend.

7. Carolina- QB Josh Allen (2018)

Funny bit? We have two Josh Allens here as Josh Allen from Wyoming and Josh Allen from Kentucky both went 7th overall. Both would be tremendous picks given the Panthers needs (an elite edge or a QB). Deforest Buckner finally hit on his potential and got paid paid for it as well, fitting in interestingly here as a potential flexible front line piece. The Panthers just paid Teddy Bridgewater relatively big time money but if you have the chance to take a really athletic strong armed QB who has shown strides in two seasons, you should do it. Imagine Allen throwing it to the likes of DJ Moore and Christian McCaffery.

8. Arizona- RB Christian McCaffery (2017)

THIS one was hard given the lack of obvious options. Do you need more receiving options? If so TE TJ Hockenson was picked 8th. Christian McCaffery is probably the best player at this spot but again, running backs and top 10s and etc etc etc. Nuke Hopkins, Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk are on paper a superb trio of WRs and you also have Kenyan Drake at RB. Vic Beasley is a good pass rusher who has sort of lost his way as a player (hence the one year prove it deal). Give me McCaffery I guess. I think he'd do wonders in Kingbsury's offense and I suppose you can make he and Drake work together. That's why head coaches get paid.

9. Jacksonville- OT Mike McGlinchey (2018)

There's not a lot of obvious fits for a tanking team like the Jaguars. DT Ed Oliver would be intriguing but I have no idea how he fits in with the Jaguars defense. The likes of Leonard Floyd (recently released), Ereck Flowers (failed tackle turned kinda failed guard), John Ross (oft injured speedster) are other options. Lastly there's Mike McGlinchey who was starting at right tackle for the Super Bowl 49ers. The Jaguars have spent picks at both tackle spots but McGlinchey is better.

10. Cleveland- QB Patrick Mahomes (2017)

Fuck. Would the Browns even with Baker Mayfield flirt with taking Patrick Mahomes? Who cares. Mayfield can be traded. If you have the chance to grab the best QB in the NFL, you do it. Easy peasy.

11. NY Jets- CB Marshon Lattimore (2016)

This one came down to Lattimore or Minkah Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick can do so much across a secondary and his swiss army knife toolset was amplified in a Pittsburgh secondary that left to his devices where he could roam free and fuck shit up. On the other hand, Marshon Lattimore represents one of the NFL's rare commodities; a star shutdown cornerback. Plus with Marcus Maye and Jamal Adams tie up the safety spots pretty well.

12. Las Vegas- QB Deshaun Watson (2017)

The Raiders are openly flirtatious with moving on from Derek Carr. Deshaun Watson would step in and be a massive upgrade. There's also not much here either given how 90% of the players are DL and the Raiders have plenty of names and faces they like there. Maxx Crosby, Maliek Collins, John Hankins and Clelin Ferrell to name a few.

13. San Francisco f/IND- OG Laremy Tunsil (2016)

Take the 49ers OL with Joe Staley, Mike McGlinchey and Laken Tomlinson and then slide in Laremy Tunsil at RG. That's an absurd OL. There also weren't many options to really delve into either depending on how you feel about Da'Ron Payne and Vita Vea.

14. Tampa Bay- DE Marcus Davenport (2018)

Pick 14 over the past five years is a bit of a dry spell unfortunately. The best player on the list is DeVante Parker and the Bucs clearly have a collection of damn good WRs. Shaq Barrett and JPP are in place for 2020 but could the Bucs use Davenport as a third rusher and move him inside on pass rush downs. Not a lot of good ideas here unfortunately.

15. Denver- RB Melvin Gordon (2015)

Easy peasy! I mean Denver just signed him! That's a bit of a cheapie but let's keep with it. Gordon fitshere (and nobody else does).

16. Atlanta- LB Tremaine Edmunds (2018)

Edmunds with Deion Jones? Sign me up! The only other option that makes sense here is Marlon Humphrey at corner which would be an equally fine pick.

17. Dallas- S Derwin James (2018)

Given that Arik Armstead and John Allen would be 3-technique types in this defense, it makes sense we would ONCE again look at the safety market! Yay! The Cowboys scheme in 2018 apparently didn't like Derwin James as much as the media thought they did but this is a brand new scheme and a new way to play. Derwin James would edge out Keanu Neal (who BTW when healthy is an amazing safety) by virtue of being more of the chess piece the Cowboys need.

18. Miami f/PIT- C Ryan Kelly (2017)

Again there's a glut of corners here but the Dolphins have their fair share. As such, turn your attention over to a glut of centers---who they also just signed a guy for. Ryan Kelly is a pro bowl center though and you can make exceptions for that.

19. Las Vegas f/CHI- LB Leighton Vander-Esch (2018)

One of the better linebackers in the NFL prior to his neck injury, LVE was a friggin' elite athlete who could still redefine what NFL linebackers look like. His defensive coordinator is there as well (as the DL coach) and I bet Gruden would love his leadership and his ability as an off ball linebacker. This one is easy enough.

20. Jacksonville f/LAR- TE Noah Fant (2019)

The Jaguars are in the midst of a rebuild of sorts but unfortunately there's no immediate building block pieces at 20. It came down to Frank Ragnow (a versatile OL with upside) or Noah Fant and I opted for tight end Noah Fant since Minshew could use a reliable safety blanket. Assuming Fant can control his drops of course.

21. Philadelphia- WR Will Fuller (2016)

The Eagles could REALLY use some targets for Carson Wentz. Last year in clutch games they were relying on JJ Arceaga-Whiteside and Boston Scott for targets outside of their tight ends. Wouldn't have a problem going with FS Darnell Savage either who also went at 21.

22. Minnesota f/BUF- DE Bud Dupree (2015)

I don't know if the Vikings NEED an edge but even if they don't, there's really no options here. Josh Doctson was a flop in Washington, Charles Harris was a flop in Miami, Rashaan Evans plays the same spot as their glut of damn good linebackers and Andre Dillard is an unproven tackle for Philly to this point. Hit or miss here.

23. New England- Isaiah Wynn (2018)

I mean they drafted him here. Easy enough. Although would they take TE Evan Engram all things being equal?

24. New Orleans- WR DJ Moore (2018)

The Saints did grab Emmanuel Sanders but DJ Moore, Sanders and Michael Thomas is a whole different world of WR depth. There's also pretty much nobody else here worthy of snagging either.

25. Minnesota- WR Marquise Brown (2019)

HOLLYWOOD! The Vikings just traded away Stefon Diggs and could use an infusion of playmaker at their WR spot to help assist their TE room, Dalvin Cook and Adam Thielen. Marquise Brown would give Kirk Cousins a souped up version of Jamison Crowder; a WR-3 he relied heavily on in Washington.

26. Miami f/HOU- DE Montez Sweat (2019)

So the Dolphins have signed a lot of DE and we also gave them Bradley Chubb earlier BUT Montez Sweat is going to terrorize the NFL for the next 5-10 years and so he and Chubb combined? That's big time pass rush. Also, again, not much to really select from here either.

27. Seattle- CB Byron Jones (2015)

If you drew up a make and model for a Seahawks DB? It looks like Byron Jones. Byron just got paid big time money by Miami It's Byron vs Tre White and Byron fits the mold a bit better. Could also see Seattle liking Kenny Clark. Lots of good defensive players at 27.

28. Baltimore- OG Laken Tomlinson (2015)

Let Tomlinson battle it out with the interior OL the Ravens have currently. There's really not much here, it's either Tomlinson or DT Jerry Tillery.

29. Tennessee- TE David Njoku (2017)

Funny story, the 2016 1st round pick here was forfeited via deflategate. With just four names to choose from (and not really much to talk about either way), the Titans take David Njoku. Njoku has struggled with his role in Cleveland and the Titans do have some solid tight ends already in place but Njoku would be a pretty nice flier. Most of the guys here at 29 are just not good unless you're a Taven Bryan truther.

30. Green Bay- LB TJ Watt (2017)

And Cowboys fans across the globe shudder in horror. Yes, the Packers have two really good DEs in the Smith brothers. There's nobody else here who comes remotely close to the pure value TJ Watt has. Let him rush from the left side and rack up the sacks. You can figure it out somehow I figure. Let Preston Smith play 3-tech or something!

At the pick up Zhenya has Lena Radionova and Anya Pogorilaya, who leave at the end of the episode right before the Olympics. Lena — because of coach changes and sharp growth, Anya .... Anya is a theme for a single episode.

Quintessence of the state of the Russian women's team in 2016-17: World Cup 2017, where the fate of the Olympic tickets was determined. The hellish fight at the Russian Nationals and ... the deafening failure of the 2/3 team at the decisive moment. Medvedeva and her iron nerves pull out 3 tickets for the Olympics. «School Tutberidze» , they say. «Iron nerves» , they say.

Only one problem, «evil, dirty»  tongues whisper quietly behind their back that Tutberidze can not coach adults. If Zhenya will have a hard puberty, her career will be finished: talented Yulia Lipnitskaya left after the Olympics. ET has no students who perform reaching the age of 18 years. The coach is credited with the hellish methods of weight loss (which cannot be sustained after puberty) and indifference to injuries. As confirmation — the trauma of the Main Tutberidze’s Monster, «indestructible» Medvedeva. But Zhenya goes to the starts. Behind her back — the whole team. Problems? First, not everyone agrees with the PC — this is a clear premium from the Federation for stability. Secondly, lutz. A clear technical problem.

At this time, a girl named Alina Zagitova wins the junior world championship. Tutberidze took her in group recently. She’s still in the shade.

The main part. What’s Wrong with Eteri Tutberidze?

Before the beginning:

Eteri Tutberidze is an excellent coach. Yes, she does not have athletes over 18 years old. But the successes of Lipnitskaya (in her few seasons on senior) and Medvedeva (under 18 years) cause respect. Yes, the junior coach. But the sport is changing, and Eteri enjoys this very well.

But with all due respect, here are the tense moments collected in one post.

1) The methods of training are clearly not designed for long-term athletes.

Athletes of Tutberidze have usually very small height and weight (Medvedeva is  159 cm and 41 kg according to Tatler). It is purely physiologically impossible for 18 years. She’s even smaller than her mother. And by the way, screams mean love?

2) Medvedeva — not the first one who left Tutberidze like this.

Lipnitskaya and Medvedeva left without saying goodbye. It's not polite. But, whatever one may say, this is an indicator of fear and a general atmosphere in group. Why does Eteri say that all her leaving athletes are beasts? Why along with Medvedeva Tsurskaya left, which in another version may become the second number in the strongest group of the country? Why Shelepen’ left the same way? Are they all «ill-mannered, lazy and ungrateful» , while Eteri is one there who’s the right?

If the young girls were not afraid to go to the Olympics, why did the fear to write to the coach turned out to be more of a fear to go out in front of millions of spectators and give out a skate of the life? Perhaps the famous methods in the style of «wagging on the ice» had the opposite effect, when the athletes become more mature. Adulthood inevitably leads to the appearing of critical thinking.

And by the way, is it possible to speak so loudly about love and family relations, when...

3) Unethical statements about the left (and even not yet time to leave) athletes.

…when after you talk about them in bad manner, giving wvwryone all the small details of the leave? Why do we know everything about the leaving of athletes? Is it necessary for public? What is this for? Eteri has no one to share, and a strong woman does not want to cry near the window alone?

After leaving:

You know, when people constantly leave that way, even those whom she calls   «her children» (Shelepen’, Medvedeva, Lipnitskaya), are you either a very naive person or a very complicated person? And not all coaches of the group share the negative attitude of Eteri to the «defectors» : 

I can say only one thing: every person chooses his own destiny. If Evgenia decided this, then it remains to hope that she will succeed. I have known her since childhood, I accept her any decision. Is it wrong or not — time will show.

Is it possible to blame a person for leaving without saying goodbye the place where people are called pets? Yes, sure, it is. Do we know all the details of the conflict? No, we don’t.

4) Pay attention to the recurrence of the scenario:

It’s impossible not to grow up ever. In modern Russian (and world) sports, only Medvedev succeeded. Well, Tursynbayeva and Miyahara too, perhaps. Where is the guarantee that Tutberidze's school will release an adult athlete into life?

5) Choreography.

Daniil Gleichengauz is a wonderful young specialist. The Tutberidze’s group has excellent specialists, but… There are some questions to the choreography.

1) Why did Medvedeva really has the same program every year? It's not she herself who made herself the program with her mouth open.

2) Why do the students of Hrustalniy have such, um, strange topics in their skate? Escape from an asylum for 15-years girl?

Coming out of a coma for Medvedeva? Red lipstick of Panenkova — it's absolutely something weird that will appear in nightmares of fs fans all their life.

In total. The main questions we have to this whole situation.

1) Could Medvedeva progress further in the Tutberidze group? Is her leaving the reasonable step? Was it necessary to wait for another brilliant program in the same style with same elements?

Obviously not. Leaving is a great solution. Was situation ugly? It was. But why we are on the side of coach? Why the fact that the change of coach is an absolutely casual story for figure skating takes the second plan? Radionova left Goncharenko. Gubanova left Turenko. Sotskova and Tarakanova left Panova. All these coaches didn’t throw the skates in the backs of leaving athletes.

The difference is that all that people left because of a lack of ice or PC. And here? Why did Tsurskaya leave? Yes, silent leaving is terribly ugly. But why does everyone leave from Tutberidze without saying goodbye? How did it happen that this talented coach this season will have only adult women? Why all this people are so ungrateful? Is the spreading of information about the leave of each athlete ethical?

2) Why is there such a hype around the phrase «keep Alina one season in juniors» ? Medvedeva should refuse to translate for Zagitova at press-conferences? Where is the line between «hypocrisy» and professional ethics? Is it possible to judge a person for emotions?

3) Yes, the comments of Tarasova and others were incorrect. But what does Medvedeva have to do with it? Why is it so fashionable to hate winners, especially on Sports.ru? Why everyone here  is hated?

And the very main question.

Why do we not appreciate our athletes, knowing well that between 10 talented at a high level will hold 1-2? Of the talented list of Sotnikova, Tuktamysheva, Lipnitskaya, Proklova, Sakhanovich, Pogorilaya, Radionova, Medvedeva, only one potential revealed her potentional. And God forbid it will open further. We do not have many of them.

For the next season, Zagitova, Gubanova, Konstantinova, Panenkova remain competitive, not injured and inclined to struggle. The oldest (and hated by public) of them is 17 years old. The rest are 15 and 16. Our list of hopes: Shcherbakova, Trusova, Kostornaya, Tarusina, Panova's school. Changes in the rating rules from the next season will somewhat «skew» the advantage of the Russian school — jumping in the second half and technical complexity. It will become more difficult.

«Tutberidze’s conveyor» is an ambiguous phenomenon, but it deserves respect. In any hero there is a hint of villain. In any villain there is something human. This is about both sides of the conflict.

But in the argument «girls should be grateful to Tutberidze for who they are» there is one significant omission — Eteri should also be grateful to those who worked for her name. And we too should be grateful if we demand moral superiority over the mortals from the athletes.

And nationalism and general hatred against athletes is bad.

Please, think about it.

On The Way To The Draft

We are just 27 days away from the draft!  So let's first go over the moves that the Falcons have made so far this offseason.  First the big one, trading Matt Ryan to the Colts for only a 3rd round pick this year....Guys we could have gotten atleast 2 more picks and asked for 2 of them to be next year when there is more of a selection for our needs.  They claim they were trying to do right by Ryan, however this is business as well you are rebuilding and needed the compensation.  The second big thing to cover is the suspension of Calvin Ridley.  Ridley is a highly talented player.  However, leaving halfway through the season last season for mental health.  I get but at the same time there are dudes who have lost family or their children and still played.  Then we find out he was betting on games and especially ones that we were playing in...now we are without him.  This leads to my next point.  With Ridley gone most of the receiving weight fell onto Russell Gage and Zaccheus.  Then we go and lose Gage to the Bucs.  What are we thinking?  Reinstated DE Jonothan Bullard and OT Jason Spriggs from the reserve/COVID-19 list.  This gives us a defense guy back as well as an o-lineman which we desperately need.  We then release Dante Fowler.  I understand cap space. However the guy isn't horrible.  In my opinion not great but not bad, thus giving us another gap on D.  Signed WR Olamide Zaccheaus to a tendered contract. Re-signed K Younghoe Koo to a five-year contract extension. Released DT Tyeler Davison.  Davison isn't very good so I can get behind this as it also frees up cap space,  Zaccheaus is going to give us a reliable receiver.  Granted not a superstar but definitely a reliable receiver.  I like Zaccheaus he is a solid choice.  I already knew we were going to re-sign Koo anyone who thought we were going to let him get away was definitely living in a dream.  Signed OT Jake Matthews to a 3-year contract extension.  Since joining the Falcons Matthews has always been a solid offensive lineman.  We now just need to get solid lineman the rest of the way round.  We may now have a mobile QB in Marcus Mariota but still got to keep the QB safe so he can get the ball out.  Signed CB Casey Hayward to a two-year contract. Re-signed DT Anthony Rush and OL Colby Gossett. Signed OT Elijah Wilkinson and CB Teez Tabor.  I like this alot as it gives us 2 O-line guys and two really solid dudes in CBs Tabor and Hayward.  Those two are both really solid snags. So I think.  Next up, Re-signed CB Isaiah Oliver to a one-year contract. Signed RB Damien Williams to a one-year contract.  So I don't have anything against Williams but I don't think I would have made that move considering they got CP and then resigned Ollison. But I see why as well need a 3rd string.  The big one here for me is Oliver.  Isaiah Oliver is a great player who I think if worked with could become dangerous. Especially paired with Hayward and Tabor.  Agreed to terms with RB Cordarrelle Patterson on a contract.  Honestly I am so thankful for this one as CP was a HUGE part of our run game.  Not to mention dude used to be a WR so he has hands.  I am shocked however that it didn't happen sooner.  Agreed to terms with QB Marcus Mariota on a two-year contract. Signed LB Lorenzo Carter to a one-year contract. Traded QB Matt Ryan to Indianapolis for a 2022 third-round draft pick.  I mentioned this earlier but still should have chased a little more compensation for Ryan.  I have nothing against Mariota, I love that he is a mobile QB.  LB Carter is a solid fill for atleast this year while we rebuild.  Signed WR KhaDarel Hodge to a one-year contract. Signed FS Erik Harris.  I like that the brought in Hodge as this helps fill a hole in our WR lineup with someone who has experience.  Erik Harris is a solid choice to go with while rebuilding as he has hands.  So if he can get to where the ball is being thrown to first he just might make off with that INT.  Lastly, Signed RB Qadree Ollison and WR Auden Tate to one-year contracts.  I like Ollison however maybe i'm more of a powerback guy but I just don't think he fits the falcons scheme here.  I feel he does have speed but he just doesn't have the power to plow guys over, Nor do I think he has the evasion skills either.  Bringing in Auden Tate again adds talent and experience to our receiving core while we work on rebuilding.  Well sorry this was long just catching up.  Another post monday as I will cover any new news and touch on needs for the draft.

My take on a d20modern version of the Tarkata from Mortal Kombat

Tarkata

Powerfully built extra-dimensional humanoids from Outworld.

Personality

Tarkata are brutish creatures, but, with a feral cunning and a strong sense of personal honor, Tarkata love conflict and will actively seek out new opponents.

Physical Description

Tarkata are large bestial looking, spine covered humanoids with wide fang filled mouths, cat like eyes and retractable bone spurs in their forearms.  Tarkata skin tones range from a pale yellowish-beige to light tan.

History and Technology

While most people believe that the Tarkatan are the result of cross breeding between an unknown humanoid species native to Outworld and Netherrealm demons, the truth is that, they are not.  Tarkatans are natives from dimension previously conquered by Shao Kahn, swearing fealty to him after the fact.  The Tarkata are proud warriors with a long history of combat.

Relations

Tarkatans don't get along with anyone particularly well, but, they bear a grudging respect to other species and races under Shao Kahn's banner as long as they have proven to be strong warriors

Lands

Tarkatans are nomads, wandering the wastelands of Outworld in tight-knit tribal groups.

Religion

Most Tarkatans venerate the Kahn of Outworld as a diety.

The Tarkata have their own language, called Tarkatan.

Species Traits

Ability Modifiers: +2Str, +2Dex, +2Con, -2Int, -4Cha, Tarkata are physically powerful creatures, but, not particularly bright or personable.  

Creature Type: Tarkata are considered Monstrous humanoids with the Extraplanar subtype.

Size, Medium: As medium sized creatures, Tarkata receive no size based benefits or penalties

Low-light vision (Ex): Tarkatans can see twice as far as humans in poor light conditions

Scent (Ex): Tarkatans have scent as described in the d20modern RPG, allowing to track and detect hidden foes.

Base Land Speed: 30ft.

Natural Weapons (Ex): A Tarkata has a bone spur growing from each forearm and a mouthful of sharp teeth,  a bone spur deals 1d6 plus the Tarkata's strength modifier worth of piercing or slashing (declared when the attack roll is made) damage and has a critical threat range of 18-20 and can be used in to block enemy melee attacks like an off-hand weapon.  A Bite attack deals 1d4 plus half the Tarkata's strength modifier in damage and has a x3 critical damage multiplier.  Bone spurs can not be used in conjunction with manufactured weapons, but, bites can.  If a A Tarkata loses a bone spur, it will regrow over the next 1d4+2 days.

Bone Spines (Ex): Share spines cover the backs and shoulders of most Tarkata allowing them to deal an automatic 1d4 points of piercing damage when grappled.  Additionally a Tarkatan can fire these spines as a defensive measure a number of times per day equal to their Constitution modifier (minimum 1/day) as a Full round actiom., a Tarkata can choose to remain standing project the spines in a 20ft cone, hitting everything behind them or, curl into a ball releasing the spines into a 10ft raduis burst.  Anything caught within the threatened area suffers 4d6 points of piercing damage a Reflex save halves the damage (DC equal to the Tarkatan's Dexterity score).  Each time the Tarkatan launches Bone spines they must pass a Fortitude save (DC 15 plus 1 per previous successful save) or fall unconscious as if they had failed a Massive damage save against a non-lethal attack.

Sparks (Ex):  As an Attack action, a Tarkata can strike their bone spurs together releasing an energy projectile at an opponent, the spark deals 2d4 points of damage with a range increment of 20ft (max range 100ft), half the damage is piercing and half is fire.  If the Tarkata decides to take a Full Attack action, they can fire off as many sparks as they have attacks.

Musk (Ex): Male Tarkata produce a potent essence, at certain times, a Tarkata male will produce so much essence that the scent will drive other males into a blind rage.  When this happens, all Tarkata within 30ft (including the one producing the excess essence once it has been detected) are thrown into a rage, while in this state, the Tarkata receive a +4 circumstance bonus to their Str, Dex and Con scores but, are unable to use any Int, Wis or Cha based skills except for Intimidate.   Once the rage has taken hold, all afflicted Tarkata will exclusively attack each other until only one is left standing, the last Tarkata left standing is fatigued for 2d4 hours after the battle.  Tarkatan essence can be collected and stored with a successful DC 15 survival check, if a Tarkatan or third party gathers at least 16 ounces of essence they can coat a small to large sized creature or object with it as a Full-round action, or placed into a container and thrown like a grenade (Range Incrment 10ft, max range 50ft), splashing everything within a 5ft radius. Regardless of the method used the target(s) will trigger any Tarkatan males that pass within 30ft as described above for as long as the essence persists, enraged males will percieve them as rival male Tarkata.  When used in this manner, Tarkatan essence will persist for one hour after coating a target, and can be stored in a sealed container for upto a year.

Bonus Feats: A Tarkata receives Archaic Weapons proficiency as a bonus feat.

Automatic Language: Tarkara begin play with the ability to read, write and speak Tarkatan

Benefit: If you score a successful critical hit with one of your bones spurs, you can make a Strength Check (DC equal to the target's Con score plus half their total HD rounded down) as a free action.   If the check succeeds the bone spur breaks off and is left in the victim. If the check fails, you must pass a Fort save (DC equal to the victim's Con score + half their character level rounded down) or be incapacitated with pain for 1d4 rounds.  While the spur is driven into your victim, they suffer a -2 circumstance penalty to all d20 rolls they make and the spur inflicts slashing damage to the victim equal to your Strength modifier (minimum 1), every time they attempt to perform a Full round action or take 2 standard actions in a single round.  A broken-off bone spur can be removed with either a successful Strength check (DC Your Strength score+1/2 your Hit Dice rounded down) as a full round action, or with a successful First Aid check (DC Your Strength Score+Your Wisdom modifier) and a full 6 minutes of work.  If an attempt fails a new attempt can immediately be attempted.  If the check fails by 5 points or more the bone spur deals automatic critical damage to the victim.
