Hi, random thank you from a random stranger! Your tags on my art made me cackle ❤️
Hello, mutual! I assume this is about your little comic about Yoh x Anna. I'm glad if my very "eloquent" tags could return at least a bit of the good feelings your art brought me 💚🌿

Yep, I’m still around and apologies for being quiet. Life sometimes interferes, but when I got THIS NOTICE (and I still can’t believe it’s been 4 years) I thought now was the time to say hello.
One good thing is that after months, I pulled out my story and realized it’s time to get back to it again. I think it really hit when Lee’s birthday rolled around. When I started writing it, it was my way of putting Team Guy out front. 😀 I appreciate everyone who has read it so far and hope you’ll continue to do so. I’m not sure if I’ll continue posting on Tumblr or send you all the links to the website where I’ll upload it as I return to writing it. I’ll let you know.
I hope many of you are still here. I’m going to type in your names and see if you’re tagged. If you are, Ive missed you @shock777 @sausage-fist @nejicanspin @tappingfingernails @bucolicnonentities @Samlovesmaitogai @ten-all-over @sincerelysinclair17 @fruitysmellz @teacher-monica @strikeelectricart. I hope I got everyone and you’re still here. 🥰

Awwww I Love these~ 😙😙😙
Hey! do You have some headcanons for YohxAnna? 😙
*cracks knuckles*
BRUH.
(1) Following their fated meeting in Aomori, Yoh and Anna start sending each other letters – a way for each of them to get to know the other more. Asakura Keiko finds it so adorable how Yoh would fuss and whine about what to write in his letters because this is her first time seeing her son look so determined to be liked by another person (and a girl at it too!).
(2) Keiko then decides to send Anna her own letters too, some with photos of Yoh. This is why Anna has so many embarrassing photos of Yoh in his childhood.
(3) They meet again during Christmas break, a year later. Yoh gives Anna a beaded bracelet to commemorate the day they first met, but decides to leave it in her room because he always finds himself tongue-tied in her presence.
(4) Anna pretends not to notice the huge smile he wore during that morning when she shows up during breakfast wearing his gift.
(5) Yoh’s decision to move to Funbari doesn’t surprise Anna. She knows this is his own way of preparing himself for the Shaman Fight. She claims she isn’t worried, but Kino never has the heart to point out that Anna hasn’t been paying much attention to her lessons these past few days.
(6) When Anna finds out that Yoh somehow manages to land himself in the hospital after his fight with Ren, she unconsciously starts drawing spirits around her. Fearing that another “oni” incident may happen, Kino immediately sets her off to Funbari to check on Yoh.
(7) Somehow they don’t find it weird sharing the same roof. They are going to get married some day anyway, although Yoh did get a good slap on the face when he suggested they share rooms too.
(8) Ghosts are pretty good gossips and the “tenants” at Funbari Flame Inn are no exceptions. However, they are pretty tight-lipped whenever anyone asks why Yoh is sporting a dreamy smile despite the big slap on the face or why Anna is locking herself up in her room.
(9) When Yoh and company did have to leave to search for Patch Village, Anna doesn’t hesitate on improving her furyoku and her skills as a spirit medium to check up on him by asking the spirits regarding his whereabouts and current condition.
(10) She will use this skill of hers a few years later, this time to check up on their son, Asakura Hana.
(11) The moment they reunited at Patch Village, Anna wastes no time in telling Yoh how she and the others got there. This includes their meeting with Hao, to which Yoh calmly suggests that she and the others shouldn’t meet up with Hao (or any of his henchmen) when they’re not with Yoh.
(12) To save Ren’s life, Yoh had to withdraw from the Shaman Fight, which he did. He believes he’s done the right thing, except he finds himself unable to go home and face Anna, knowing that he’s failed her in his promise. When Anna seeks him out herself, he knows that she’s already forgiven him. He still gets a slap though.
(13) Anna picking up his oracle bell makes him fall in love with her all over again. Yoh doesn’t know how she does it but thinks that he shouldn’t be too surprised. Anna being Anna is the reason he fell for her, after all.
(14) Unfortunately for Yoh, Hao does manage to lure Anna out by herself when he ran amok and almost consumed the Hanagumi’s souls to replenish his dwindling furyoku. Yoh thinks hell is bad enough, but nothing compares to the horror he felt when he found out Anna was up against Hao in battle.
(15) Yoh has never told anyone of his plan to convince Hao to give humans a chance to live. He thinks he and the others just got lucky when they were all able to enter the Great Spirits despite Hao becoming the Shaman King. But Anna showing up with Hao’s mother, who then slaps her son so she could knock some sense in to him? Ingenious.
(16) Hao sends them all back to Japan with a promise that he will stop his plan of ridding the world with humans under certain conditions. They are all worn out – physically, mentally, spiritually. When Anna casually mentions that maybe they should now share a room when they get back to Funbari, Yoh collapses in a heap of shyness.
#thanks for these kate~ ♥️#finally they can share rooms lmaoooo#I cant handle the fluff~ I might die#shaman king#yoh asakura#anna kyoyama#yohxanna#hao asakura#headcanons#fruitysmellz

Based on @otpprompts and requested by @sasoustuff. Hope I delivered it well!
Anime: Shaman King
——
For all the tall tales with the grandest plot lines and dramatic dialogues he’s heard about them, Asakura Hana couldn’t exactly say he knew much about the people who were supposedly his parents.
Ryu never seemed to run out of stories about them, that was for certain, and the man wasn’t lying when he said that Asakura Yoh and Asakura Anna were two of the most powerful shamans he had ever laid his eyes on. Hana could practically feel the furyoku seeping out of his parents even when they were a good feet away. That was the testament of their strength.
However, furyoku didn’t matter much for Hana. Not when he never had any fond memories with his parents to remember them by. And who could blame him for that when they left before he could utter their names or even start crawling? It was even hard seeing them as his parents, when it was different people who tucked him good night and waved him goodbye on his first day of school.
But they were home now, weren’t they? And they were bound to stay, even for just a little bit, so wasn’t this the perfect time for Hana to at least know a thing or two about them? To form a bond, however tiny it may be, and finally have good memories about them?
Yeah, that would be nice. Despite his protests to talk to them earlier, Hana had always yearned to be with them, to be a family like almost every kid he saw at school.
And yet here he was, just standing still outside their room, squinting his eyes at the closed door that served as an impenetrable barrier between him and them, his arms crossed and his mouth a firm frown.
He didn’t know how to approach them or talk to them. Heck, what where they going to be talking about? He wasn’t good with words and his actions weren’t exactly the best at conveying his emotions. The kick to his father’s hip was proof of that!
Hana gulped, shut his eyes closed, and slowly reached to knock the door.
It opened even before his fist could make contact, and Hana jumped when he found himself face to face with his mirror image, although older and much more intimidating than he could ever hope to be.
He gaped as his mother turned slightly, a silent gesture to come inside.
“You were very loud,” Anna said, opening the door wider when Hana stayed rooted to his spot. “Is there something you wish to tell us, Hana?”
Hana blinked at her. Was he really making that much noise just now? Or was it another furyoku thing with his mom and—
“Hana.”
“Yes ma’am!”
He marched inside his parents’ room like a good little soldier. His mother’s tone held a sort of quelled impatience in it that had him obeying her without question. Or else there would be pain to be received and blood to be cleaned thereafter.
When Anna closed the door behind him, Hana released a breath he never knew he was holding. He quickly wiped away at the cold sweat sliding down from his forehead to his chin, and heard a chuckle that was unmistakably his father’s.
Hana focused his gaze on the man across him and found his father already in bed, still grinning. Hana glared at him.
“Don’t be embarrassed,” Yoh assured him, eyes a merry crescent. “Anna has that kind of effect on every one.”
Anna, who had reclaimed her spot next to her husband, merely hummed in reply and Yoh nodded, as if knowing what she had to say.
“So what’s on your mind, Hana?”
He didn’t really know what was on his mind – there were a million and one things in there. Questions started pouring in, demands screamed to be heard, and pleas stayed forgotten at the back of his head. Yet he found himself at a loss for words, a shrug his only answer as he fumbled with his shirt.
Yoh smiled, giving him all the time he needed to recollect his thoughts. His wife, on the other hand, had an idea of her own.
“Don’t think too much and ask us the first thing that comes to mind.”
“How did you guys meet?!” He blurted then clamped his mouth shut with his palms.
He’d asked Ryu this a couple of times, but the pompadour man never seemed to have a concrete answer for this. He’d asked Amidamaru too, but the samurai spirit would only blush and twiddle his fingers together like some star-struck high school girl before telling him it was a story meant to be told by his parents alone.
That had piqued his curiosity, but wasn’t his parents’ engagement an arranged one by the Asakura family? Surely this wasn’t as interesting as Amidamaru made it out to be. There was just no way it was an epic tale of courage and romance or whatever, and Amidamaru must have been flustered like that because he was an old fart who watched too many movies and—
“Oh. Well, I fell in love with your mom the moment I first laid my eyes on her and she told me to go to hell.”
“I… what?”
Beside him, Anna nodded sagely.
“It’s true.” She added, quietly. “I told him to die and go to hell, and he fell in love with me even more.”
Eyes wide and jaw slacking, Hana turned to his father then mother then repeat cycle.
“That’s…!” Hana spluttered, unconsciously drawing near his parents – close enough for him to smack his hand hard on the mattress – and pointing an accusing finger at Yoh. “That’s creepy! What the heck is wrong with you?!”
Anna, once again, nodded sagely.
“I thought so too.”
For all their accusations, Yoh only gave a laugh, a hand sheepishly massaging the back of his head. He tried to explain himself, blushed at the memory of his first meeting with his wife, and was then the sole receiver of his son’s incessant claims of him being the creepiest creep to ever creep in the world with Anna backing Hana up with more nods and a few choice words.
Somehow, they ended up with Yoh out of the bed so he could reenact the moments he shared with Anna back at Aomori, beaming when Hana gasped as soon as they reached the part about the oni and Matamune. Anna would throw in her own version of the story too, with Hana next to her and so absorbed with their tale, every time Yoh looked a little lost in his own reminiscing but Yoh remained the primary storyteller throughout the whole night.
Hana slept with them that night, snuggled in between his parents, and for the first time since he could remember, he felt full and content.
He finally knew what it felt like to have his parents so close to him.
——
It was a sneeze that alerted Sakurai that his ward was awake.
Craning his head slightly, the pilot found Hana slumped on the bed, his palm massaging his temples with a groan. Sakurai quickly turned his attention back to manning his plane, although he did ask Hana if he was alright.
Hana sighed.
“M’fine.” He grumbled, still out of it but slowly regaining his focus. “Just thought I remembered something, is all.”
“Did you? Remember, that is.”
Hana’s gaze was far away as he tried to recall that specific memory, but it was all in vain. Nothing came to mind. Instead, he gave a dismissive roll of his shoulders.
“Nope. It’s probably not that important anyways

@fruitysmellz said: lolololol that ending though :p

To be completely honest, the ending was actually one of the very parts of the fic that I finished, and quite literally wrote itself. Not that I’m complaining, though: it’s pretty great.
