Empires SMP season 2 world download! Yay! I know where I'm going first!

I explore a bit. Everything I visit is just as I last saw it. Weapons abandoned in the hidden basement, "Sanctuary will always be there when you return", the room Jevin was killed in still needs cleaning... But what's that at the other end of the bridge? A hint of light blue, surely it's not-

Well! I wasn't actually expecting to find anything new today! At least, I don't remember seeing this one in anyone's videos. Seeing it from above, maybe I noticed it briefly as someone flew overhead, or maybe I'm thinking of a different place?

It ends here. I tried going in the direction it seems to point for a while, I tried seeing if there was anything interesting on the path ahead, I even went into spectator mode and went underneath the Fae plant, I found nothing else.

Did the plotter of the Fae storyline have something prepared for False that she never had the chance to see? Would there maybe have been allay noises and mysterious pieces of paper appearing here, if I only had whatever was enabling that on the server?

Or...

Well, in Sausage's final behind the scenes stream where he revealed he was behind the lore sign and Pumpkin Jack... he also said that in canon lore, False disappeared soon after the crossover...

In his canon that is, of course, and we're always encouraged to imagine whatever we want to have happened.

But seeing this, here... Something adds up.

The Fae. They seemed so nice, yet so ominous. But in the end, for most of the Empires, they really were benevolent, kind creatures, who really did just want to help people! But then, for Jimmy, who had been so adamantly on his villain arc... They remained a threat, and that threat escalated, to the point they took over his town and forced him and his bad influence mentor to flee!

So, a force for good, that's still alien and fae, and can be a terrifying, real threat to even an attempted bad guy?

And False, who spent so long killing and threatening others, who only recently chose to try to stop doing so...

What if they decided not to be so friendly to her?

Alternatively, an idea suggested to me by @mleemwyvern, what if Empires False was herself Fae? That could make her disappearance a return to her original home! A twin with even the same name as her sister, maybe indicates a fae who could have replaced the original False but was instead raised alongside her, and maybe hermit False's idea that there was some energy coming from the Rift that caused her sister to change was correct, maybe the Fae had even begun to invade Empires at that point, and their presence somehow messed with the Fae False's mind?

Whatever the case may be, however many new stories we can think of from this, I'm just so excited that I actually found something I didn't already know about! I'm looking forward to exploring the rest of the world download later!

What the hell is going on with False

[EDIT: This is no longer up to date, and has insted been suplanted by this post]

As the title says, I'm trying to get to the bottom of False's lore. I divided all my questions into ten points that I think sumarises the mistery in a satisfactory way.

This is also 90% so I can have some sort of structure when making any theory. If you notice something missing or want to add literally anything, feel free to let me know or make your own adition

So, first of all. In my opinion, for a theory to be strong, it has to answer at least most of the ten main questions:

Dead Guy's Clothes: This one is about that corpse e!False found in episode three and stole their clothes. Besides them, in the pile there was also bones and raw beef. Where did they come from? Why are they dead?

Those Weird Signs: Here's a post with all the signs. Who put them there? What do they mean?

Pumpkin Jack: Our favourite suspicious pumpkin. He was seen outside of Goblan, too, and appeared to False for the first time in episode 4. On episode 9 False put him in jail for Scary Crimes, and on episode 10 he was found being murdered. He was put in a field, where he stayed, and on episode 12 he got Buff after eating his vegetables. Sausage also claims to have seen many like them before, and one appeared outside Gobland. Plus, at the beggining of JoeHills hermitcraft s9e40, we see him wake up in the Tumble Town Water Thing in the bridge, no memories of how he got there, a sign saying beware of the pumpkin, three pumpkins stew, various pumpkin seeds, and saw a giant carved pumpkin at the end of the bridge. Wether or not it's connected is up to your interpretation.

e!False Murders: What the hell False. She killed Pixlriffs with an amnesia potion, and is heavily implied she did the same to Jevin (she threw an amnesia potion at him while he stayed in her room, after which he woke up on a different place and no memory of the fact. On False's video, we also see the same room filled with redstone/blood. This clip is shown before the one where she invites Jevin to stay, and the next morning False can't find Jevin, and tells herself he must have left on his own. Wheter this is an unreliable narrator stuff or the blood is somebody else's is unclear. Also, it's important to note that Jevin is literally a blue piece of slime. Wether this implies that it can't be Jevin's blood or that it's hard to recreate a murder scene in minecraft is unclear). False is also shown placing a sign on the hermit area to invite them to stay at her tavern, and it's implied that that's why Jevin went to stay there

h!False and e!False: Funky Lore Stuff. h!False knew of e!False, but e!False seems to not know about h!False. h!False called the other one dangerous, and is spying on her to make sure she isn't doing anything bad. e!False had a flashback at some point, where a False is shown looking at the camera, talking about wheter or not something worked, and that she had never wiped someone's memory before. There's also the fact that while e!False is having "brain glitches", a high static/electricity noise can be heard, and after them the sound of a clock ticking.

Gathered Resources: Now and then, resources that e!False's need appear out of nowhere. In one ocassion, they were placed in chests with a sign that said "you're welcome". They were the resources needed to build the ship she had dreamnt about.

Glitch/Flashback/Vision: There was a post that tumblr will not let me find that disected the clip beautifully. Point is, we see a False looking at the camera, claiming that she has never wiped anybody's memory before so she's not sure if it worked. See 5 for more details. Ep 14 had a whole cake of vision's lore, in which we see a False captured in a cage, working behind a desk somewhere, and observing someone in a cage. For more details see the wiki

Rift and Tower shock: Whenever a False is near something she shouldnt be, she gets shocked, even if the material can't carry electricity (eg wood). This happened to e!False when she tried to check on h!False's spy tower, and to h!False when she tried to get near the rift over at hermitcraft before the travel happened.

Where did e!False come from?: This one is probably very related to (5). At the begining of the season, we see what she described as "home" being a small room with a bed and nightstand, with windows we can'tsee through, and an iron door that she uses at the end of the clip to get out, though it's barely shown. Whether or not this is a holding cell depends on how much you want to stretch it. This also has to do with how she appeared in empires. Once again, ep 14 has a whole cake of lore. Memory potions: Who made them? How long did False had them? Did she only use them on Jevin and Pix? What are they for? See: JoeHills ep40, detailed in point 3. Also, both of them had recently been on an ancient city, and is shown on Pix's video that he is missing his Lore Compass, though the reason why Jevin went to stay at Cogsmead was a sign inviting any hermit in their area. On ep 14, e!False comments that maybe she should make some sleeping potions for her bad dreams, instead of the 'kind she's been making'.

New note: Im updating this post as new information comes, but there's a limit of what i can reasonable put in it. If I dont cover something completely, I'll put where one can get the full picture besides watching False's whole season.

Worlds Collide!

Tango Tek, the unofficial Hat Connoisseur, is a redstoner who uses his powers for evil (read: creating actually playable full games in survival). You may know him from his Double Life series meet-cute and ranch life with Jimmy the toy Sheriff.

Jevin is a builder, semi-frequent speedrunner, a big prankster (especially to cleo), and also a blue slime; that skeleton half is just a Halloween costume, don't worry about it.

Impulse is another redstone guy, although he's also a dwarf (it's Lore, for this season at least) but the rift has taken his beard away. On Hermitcraft this season, he bases together with PearlescentMoon (yes, our Pearl) and GeminiTay (unsure if this Gem is ours). He recently overthrew a king.

Who's the guy who conquered death spends three totems of undying and dies two times anyway while trying to get frogs named after ninja turtles from the Nether to a sewer? 🎵 That's Joe Hills! 🎶 A bit of an unofficial bard himself, you'll find poetry and puns a plenty in his videos.

Keralis, also known as Papa K, is a builder who's filled with innuendoes as far as those big eyes can see.

Grian is an accomplished builder, an avid prankster, and an overall menace to Minecraft society (half from death games and half from starting wars). He was the one to discover and activate the rift that created this whole situation we all find ourselves in.

So wait wait wait. Things that go through the Rift FROM the Hermitcraft side TO the Empiresmp side goes through Correctly. But, things that go through the Rift FROM the Empiresmp side TOO the Hermitcraft side GETS SCRAMBLED?!

Case in point! Some hermits like Jevin heard voices from the Rift that was incomprehensible, which turned out to be Sausages voice but backwards (correct me if I’m wrong because I’m going off what someone said).

Then there was explorers gary and sniff that Lizzie and Fwhip sent in to the Rift never exactly show up did they? Except, they did but now gary’s just a normal fox that we spotted in Grian’s video (don’t remember which exactly but there definitely was a fox sleeping in the background) and while I’m not sure about what happened to sniff but there is a lot of piglins showing up from the Rift and they were probably one of them.

Lastly the most important evidence I have to show is the two notes that were sent through the Rift in the latest videos. The first being “New portal who dis?” Sent by Grian and went through as it was exactly, to which the Empires people (who were having a festival at the time) sent back “Jimmy is in fact a Toy” but what Grian received was “Toy Mica Jam Is Nifty”, the note was scrambled (i tested).

And NOW a couple few of the Hermits themselves have just gone through the Rift, which makes me think, they’ll probably be fine but what happens when they get back or try to? But who knows.

Okay, I think I watched all the Empires CCs's povs of the crossover and I'm being so normal about it... just so normal...

There's so much I wanna talk about...

So, Pearl's clothes were changed. But we know she's still Hermicraft!Pearl and not Empires!Pearl, which is very interesting. Maybe the server changed her because it just recognized her as Empires!Pearl even if she isn't?

And Empires!Gem was acting weird. She was getting recognized by the Hermicraft people but she was obviously dressed like Empires!Gem and wasn't among the people we've seen near the rift, so what's going on with that?

Also False? I have no idea what's going on with her. I need False's episode.

Aside from that!

Joe and Pearl may have gotten the most peaceful accommodation staying at Scott's place, so good for them. Keralis and Jevin have kind of a second place, but Sausage is a serial pg rating breaker so... good luck to them...

And Tango's and Jimmy's reunion was so cute and wholesome! I loved it!

But also Tango is now living with Jimmy's bitter ex so... yeah. That's going on. I don't think that one's gonna end well for team rancher.

Also, Grian is a demon spawn dropped on Empires specifically to make Jimmy's life hell and no one can convince me otherwise. At least he got Scar? Kind of? When he's not also living with his bitter ex?

Also! I should have mentioned it earlier, but one thing I absolutely loved was how, after Sausage and Pearl met up, it was Scott who went after Sausage and did his best to calm him down and that was just incredibly cute! They're great, I love them.

Also, Mr. Graceffa, drop the video. I need to know how those pirate recruits are doing.

Anyway, there was so much. Some may say too much. Not me though, I loved every second of it. It is 2am though so I'll wait to watch the Hermits' povs

Oli said the festival would be Oct 23. In her vid desc, False calls it the 'Rift festival.' In Shubble's video, it's also called the rift festival and she even sees a whole boardwalk right up to the rift. In Jevin's episode today, he hears Sausage's voice backwards from the rift.

The TNT that Grian launched into the rift can be heard exploding in Fwhip's latest video from a few days back.

There’s no way this is all a coincidence. No way. The empires episodes for the festival must lead into the crossover. There’s been too much lining up, too much hyping up in everyone’s videos.
